For making use of Ginseng resources that exhibit an antitumor activity and for finding new anticancer drugs,three new fatty acid ester compounds: 3β-acetoxy panaxadiol ( Ⅰ ), 3β-palmitic acid aceloxy panaxadiol ( Ⅱ ), and 3β-octadecanoic acid aceloxy panaxadiol( Ⅰ , Ⅱ , and Ⅲ ) were synthesized with panaxadiol, diacetyl oxide, palmityl chloride and stearyl chloride, and their structures were determined via MS, 13C NMR, IR, TLC, and so on. The molar yields of the three compounds are 75.14%, 79. 08%, and 72. 57%, respectively. Meanwhile, the antitumor activity of the three new panaxadiol fatty acid ester derivatives and panaxadiol was compared by using the method of MTT. Tumor cell used was Vero cell line. Positive control was 5-FU, blank was an RPMI1640 culture medium, negative control was an RPMI1640 culture medium and the solvent for drugs to be tested. Compound Ⅰ has the strongest antitumor activity followed by panaxadiol; compounds Ⅱ and Ⅲ have similar and weakest antitumor activities.Furthermore, the antitumor activities of the panaxadiol fatty acid ester derivatives show positive correlation with the concentration of the test group, but show no relationship with the molecular weight of fatty acid. The methods that are used to synthesize the three compounds with high yields and strong antitumor activities are simple and show a great potential for meeting the needs of industrial manufacture of these drugs. 相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-dicyanobenzene with NaN3 in the presence of CuCl2, 2,2′-bipyridine and H2O affords a novel dinuclear copper(II)-ditetrazolate, [Cu(bpy)- (pdtz)]2 (Hpdtz = 5,5′-1,2-phenylene-ditetrazole, bpy = 2,2′-bipyridine). The pdtz ligand is generated in situ through Sharpless 2 3 cycloaddition reaction. Its crystal structure was deter- mined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 8.2096(16), b = 18.580(4), c = 11.838(2) , β = 103.12(3)o, V = 1758.5(6) 3, Z = 2, Mr = 863.83, Dc = 1.631 g/cm3, F(000) = 876 and μ = 1.272 mm-1. 为了解释锂离子二次电池正极材料LiNi0.5Co0.5O2具有的优良充放电循环性能和高比容量特征,采用基于密度泛函理论(DFT)的第一性原理计算方法对LiNi0.5Co0.5O2和LiNiO2的相关特性进行了研究。结果表明LiNi0.5Co0.5O2的结构稳定性优于LiNiO2的原因在于充放电过程中体系中Ni、Co离子交替存在的价电子构型t2g6eg0。依据LiNi0.5Co0.5O2体系中Ni离子和Co离子相互独立的电极反应提出了适用于LiNixCo1-xO2(0≤x≤1)体系的独立充放电机理(0.2C、3.0~4.2 V vs Li+/Li),并得到实验的证实。 相似文献

以3-三氯锗丙酸和硝酸铝为原料,通过共沉淀法合成了Al6Ge2O13陶瓷粉体,并利用TG-DSC、FTIR、XRD等研究了其形成过程。采用选择还原技术对Al6Ge2O13进行还原处理,还原产物观察到发光峰位于564、611、681、730和774 nm的室温光致发光现象。比较不同温度下还原的样品,发现550 ℃保温3 h还原制备的样品发光强度最强,通过XRD、XPS和Raman光谱研究表明样品在可见和近红外光区的发光是源于平均粒径为1.98 nm且未能形成完整晶格的Ge纳米粒子团簇。 相似文献

The hydrothermal reaction of 1,2-dicyanobenzene with NaN3 in the presence of Cd(NO3)2 affords a novel 2D cadmium tetrazolyl-benzoate,{Cd(tzbz)(H2O)}n (H2tzbz is 2-(5-tetrazolyl)-benzoate). The tzbz ligand is generated in situ through the 2+3 Sharpless cycloaddition reaction and hydrolyzation. Its crystal structure was determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction method. The crystal crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pbca with a=9.6659(19),b=7.6366(15),c=25.964(5) ,V=1916.5(7) 3,Z=8,Mr=318.57,Dc= 2.208 g/cm3,F(000)=1232 and μ=2.276 mm-1. The Cd(Ⅱ) atom is coordinated by four tzbz ligands and one water molecule to form a severely distorted pentangle bipyramid. While each tzbz ligand connects to four Cd(Ⅱ) atoms in a μ4-η1,η2,η1,η1,η1 coordination mode to construct a 2D architecture of the title complex.
