In this paper, the existence theorem of the cone-weak subdiflerential of set-valued mapping in locally convex topological vector space is proved.

本文介绍基于我国的三种非同步轨道卫星移动通信系统星座方案：低、中轨系统各有２４和１８颗星，轨道高度分别为１３２６和８０３５ｋｍ，两系统各以５°和３０°的仰角对我国的覆盖率为９９．７８％和９９．９６％；椭圆轨道系统１２颗星，近、远地点分别为４２７和２９０６ｋｍ，以７°和１５°仰角对我国北纬２０°以上地区覆盖率分别为９７．９０％和８９．６１％，若增加４颗中轨卫星，以１５°仰角对我国的覆盖率为９９．９９％。

Quality assurance for the analytical data of micro elements in food

The micro element content of food is an important quality index due to the action of these elements on human health. In this article, we discuss how to ensure the reliability of analytical data on micro elements in order to truly represent the condition of food. Sampling, treatment of the analytical sample, selection of the analytical method, standard solution, and certified reference material, blank test, calibration of the instrument and equipment, application of the quality control chart, assessment of the final analytical result, and quality assurance system are briefly described. Viterbi译码器的硬件实现

介绍了一种Vkerbi译码器的硬件实现方法。设计的基于硬判决的Viterbi译码器具有约束长度长（9)、译码深度深（64)的特点。为了兼顾硬件资源与电路性能两个方面，在设计中使用了4个ACS单元，并根据Xilinx Virtex系列FPGA的结构特点．利用FPGA内部的BlockRAM保存汉明距离和幸存路径，提高了译码速度。     

用Josephson结电子模拟器测量磁通量子2e/h

介绍用Josephson结电子模拟器在政党温度下，模拟测量磁通量子2e/h，用模拟器来研究Josephosn结的特性。该实验可作为普通物理实验中课题设计实验的一个内容。     

Structure and magnetic properties of nanocrystalline ferromagnets (II)

The role of magnetoelastic coupling effects in nanocrystalline ferromagnets is investigated by means of high-field magnetization and Doppler-broadening spectrum measurements. For the nanocrystalline Fe_{73 5}Cu₁Nb₃Si_13.5B₉ alloy, the results show that the pinning effects resulting from the quasidislocation dipole intensely influence the movement of domain wall; by coupling with the magnetostriction the defects-induced stress fields determine the magnetic properties at the early stage of crystallization. In view of the effective anisotropy and magnetoelastic coupling energy the optimal annealing conditions of alloys are discussed.     

分子振动态及其跃迁的激光相干控制

讨论了激光合成相干叠加态的原理及其性质 ,针对 XY2 型分子 ,证明了合成局域模振动的可行性 ,然后给出相干叠加态的跃迁几率特征 ,发现它仍表现出相干的特性 ,对之进行分析研究表明 ,分子的振动态具有可控性 ,态跃迁几率具有可控性。     

线状锗等离子体X射线线谱的时间分辨测量

用自行研制的X射线条纹晶体谱仪首次测量了线状锗等离子体的X射线时间分辨谱。给出了类Ne-锗L线共振线的时间演化过程,并用类Ne-锗L线共振线与其双电子俘获伴线的相对强度比粗估了锗等离子体的电子温度及其随时间的变化,实验给出了X光激光增益区介质的电子温度为400～760eV,同时给出了电子温度保持相对恒定的时间不小于90ps(电子温度变化小于2％)。
