The hydroxo compounds [Re(OH)(CO)(3)(N-N)] (N-N=bipy, 2 a; Me(2)-bipy, 2 b) were prepared in a biphasic H(2)O/CH(2)Cl(2) medium by reaction of [Re(OTf)(CO)(3)(N-N)] with KOH. In contrast, when anhydrous CH(2)Cl(2) was used, the binuclear hydroxo-bridged compound [[Re(CO)(3)(bipy)](2)(mu-OH)]OTf (3-OTf) was obtained. Compound [Re(OH)(CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (2 b) reacted with phenyl acetate or vinyl acetate to afford [Re(OAc)(CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (4) and phenol or acetaldehyde, respectively. The reactions of [Mo(OH)(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (1), 2 a, and 2 b toward several unsaturated organic electrophiles were studied. The reaction of 1 with (p-tolyl)isocyanate afforded an adduct of N,N'-di(p-tolyl)urea and the carbonato-bridged compound [[Mo(eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)](2)(mu-eta(1)(O),eta(1)(O)-CO(3))] (5). In contrast, the reaction of 2 a with phenylisocyanate afforded [Re(OC(O)NHPh)(CO)(3)(bipy)] (6); this results from formal PhNCO insertion into the O-H bond. On the other hand, compounds [Mo[SC(O)NH(p-tolyl)](eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(2)(phen)] (7), [Re[SC(O)NH(p-tolyl)](CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (8 a), and [Re[SC(O)NHEt](CO)(3)(Me(2)-bipy)] (8 b) were obtained by reaction of 1 or 2 b with the corresponding alkyl or aryl isothiocyanates. In those cases, RNCS was inserted into the M-O bond. The reactions of 1, 2 a, and 2 b with dimethylacetylenedicarboxylate (DMAD) gave the complexes [Mo[C(OH)-C(CO(2)Me)C(CO(2)Me)-O](eta(3)-C(3)H(4)-Me-2)(CO)(phen)] (9) and [Re[C(OH)C(CO(2)Me)C(CO(2)Me)O](CO)(2)(N-N)] (N-N=bipy, 10 a; Me(2)-bipy, 10 b). The molecules of these compounds contain five-membered metallacycles that are the result of coupling between the hydroxo ligand, DMAD, and one of the CO ligands. The new compounds were characterized by a combination of IR and NMR spectroscopy, and for [[Re(CO)(3)(bipy)(2)(mu-OH)]BF(4) (3-BF(4)), 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 b, 9, and 10 b, also by means of single-crystal X-ray diffraction.  相似文献

Metals and ceramics can behave as active electrocatalyst materials, particularly in hydrocarbon oxidation in anodic reaction fuel cells. Combustion synthesis is a very reliable, fruitful and rapid synthesis method to produce metals, ceramics and cermets with low particle size and high specific surface area. The aim of this study is to show the advantages of the emerging multicommutation methodology based on the use of solenoid valves for Te determination in milk by hydride generation atomic fluorescence spectrometry (HG-AFS). The delivery of a series of alternating sequential insertions of small volumes of samples and reagents gives rise to new hydrodynamic processes and exciting analytical potentials by controlling the time of flow through the on/off-switched solenoid valves. This drastically reduces the reagent consumption by a factor of 4 and the generation of effluents (590 mL h–1 instead of 750 mL h–1 generated by the continuous-mode measurement) and also provides an improvement in the laboratory productivity by an increase of the sample throughput (85 h–1 compared to 20 h–1 found in the continuous mode). So, multicommutation is an environmentally and economically sustainable alternative to the methodology based on continuous measurements. The multicommutation-based method developed was applied to tellurium determination in commercially available milk samples; a calibration range of 0.0–0.5 ng mL–1 and a detection limit of 0.20 ng L–1 with average relative standard deviation of 2.1% were found. Comparable results were obtained for a series of samples using both continuous and multicommutation HG-AFS modes.  相似文献

A series of novel lanthanide polyoxomolybdates was synthesized by reaction of lanthanide cations with the Anderson type anion (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-). The polyoxometalates K(6n)(TeMo(6)O(24))(n)[(Ln(H(2)O)(7))(2)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)[middle dot]16nH(2)O (Ln = Eu, Gd) and K(3n)[Ln(H(2)O)(5)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)[middle dot]6nH(2)O (Ln = Tb, Dy, Ho, Er) were characterized by X-ray structure analysis, elemental analysis and IR spectroscopy. We found that the solid-state structures of Ln/(TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) compounds are strongly dependent on the lanthanide cations, and therefore represent a rare example for different arrangements of building units depending on the nature of the rare earth cations. While the Eu(3+) and Gd(3+) cations achieve ninefold coordination by seven water molecules and two terminal oxygen atoms of the (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) anions, the Tb(3+), Dy(3+), Ho(3+) and Er(3+) cations are coordinated by five water molecules, two terminal oxygen atoms and one molybdenum-bridging oxygen atom belonging to the (TeMo(6)O(24))(6-) anion. The europium and gadolinium substituted compounds contain infinite one-dimensional [(Ln(H(2)O)(7))(2)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n) chains; the terbium, dysprosium, holmium and erbium compounds contain infinite one-dimensional [Ln(H(2)O)(5)(TeMo(6)O(24))](n)(3n-) chains.  相似文献

The (1)H NMR spectra of [H(x)DOTA]((4-x)-) species are reported as a function of pH and temperature in aqueous solution. The spectra show line broadening both in ligand proton signals and also in the water proton signal by titration with KOH solution. The formation of different [K(H(x)DOTA)]((3-x)-) complexes is found to be responsible for this behaviour. At high pH the usual fluxional motions, i.e. the ring inversion and the change in the acetate arms' helicity, which are also characteristic for other but inert metal-DOTA complexes, have been detected. However, because of the kinetic lability of K(+)-O and K(+)-N coordinative bonds a new type of rearrangement appears. This new motion requires breaking of coordinative bonds in the complex and can be described as a certain type of "ring slewing" around the ring C-C bonds. At low temperature (about 270 K) the ring slewing slows down and becomes negligible compared with the ring inversion and the change in the arms' helicity. These two latter processes have the same rate. When the temperature is higher (about 320 K) the ring slewing accelerates and its rate exceeds the rate of ring inversion. At this temperature the change in the acetate arms' helicity has the same rate as the ring slewing. Additionally, in the pH range 4-5 a slow intermolecular proton exchange process has been observed between the water and the dissociable protons of [K(H(x)DOTA)]((3-x)-). A water-assisted proton exchange mechanism is proposed on the basis of the activation parameters. This finding supports the previously suggested slow proton motion hypothesis for the formation of DOTA complexes.  相似文献

Gas chromatography (GC) and GC-mass spectrometry are used to identify a new sesqiterpene, beta-eudesmol, which seems to be a characteristic essential oil component of the intact and in vitro organized root of chamomile [Chamomilla recutita (L.) Rauschert]. It is identified on three types of stationary phases by GC. The confirmation of identity is carried out by comparison of mass spectra with those reported in the literature and measured from a reference compound. The percentage evaluation of the oil component is made by area normalization, on the basis of three parallel measurements. Among the cultivated and wild chamomile species examined, the wild species from the areas of Szeghalom contain the highest quantity of beta-eudesmol (9.25% in the total essential oil).  相似文献

An ultrafast docking and virtual screening program, CRDOCK, is presented that contains (1) a search engine that can use a variety of sampling methods and an initial energy evaluation function, (2) several energy minimization algorithms for fine tuning the binding poses, and (3) different scoring functions. This modularity ensures the easy configuration of custom-made protocols that can be optimized depending on the problem in hand. CRDOCK employs a precomputed library of ligand conformations that are initially generated from one-dimensional SMILES strings. Testing CRDOCK on two widely used benchmarks, the ASTEX diverse set and the Directory of Useful Decoys, yielded a success rate of ~75% in pose prediction and an average AUC of 0.66. A typical ligand can be docked, on average, in just ~13 s. Extension to a representative group of pharmacologically relevant G protein-coupled receptors that have been recently cocrystallized with some selective ligands allowed us to demonstrate the utility of this tool and also highlight some current limitations. CRDOCK is now included within VSDMIP, our integrated platform for drug discovery.  相似文献

Two enantiomerically pure thiosemicarbazone-proline conjugates with enhanced aqueous solubility, namely, 2-hydroxy-3-methyl-(S)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate-5-methylbenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone [l-Pro-STSC or (S)-H(2)L] and 2-hydroxy-3-methyl-(R)-pyrrolidine-2-carboxylate-5-methylbenzaldehyde thiosemicarbazone [d-Pro-STSC or (R)-H(2)L] have been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, spectroscopic methods (UV-vis and (1)H and (13)C NMR), and electrospray ionization mass spectrometry. The metal complexation behavior of l-Pro-STSC, stoichiometry, and thermodynamic stability of iron(II), iron(III), copper(II), and zinc(II) complexes in 30% (w/w) dimethyl sulfoxide/H(2)O solvent mixture have been studied by pH-potentiometric, UV-vis-spectrophotometric, circular dichroism, electron paramagnetic resonance, (1)H NMR spectroscopic, and spectrofluorimetric measurements. By the reaction of CuCl(2)·2H(2)O with (S)-H(2)L and (R)-H(2)L, respectively, the complexes [Cu[(S)-H(2)L]Cl]Cl and [Cu[(R)-H(2)L]Cl]Cl have been prepared and comprehensively characterized. An X-ray diffraction study of [Cu[(R)-H(2)L]Cl]Cl showed the formation of a square-planar copper(II) complex, which builds up stacks with interplanar separation of 3.3 ?. The antiproliferative activity of two chiral ligands and their corresponding copper(II) complexes has been tested in two human cancer cell lines, namely, SW480 (colon carcinoma) and CH1 (ovarian carcinoma). The thiosemicarbazone-proline conjugates l- and d-Pro-STSC show only moderate cytotoxic potency with IC(50) values of 62 and 75 μM, respectively, in CH1 cells and >100 μM in SW480 cells. However, the corresponding copper(II) complexes are 13 and 5 times more potent in CH1 cells, based on a comparison of IC(50) values, and in SW480 cells the increase in the antiproliferative activity is even higher. In both tested cell lines, l-Pro-STSC as well as its copper(II) complex show slightly stronger antiproliferative activity than the compounds with a d-Pro moiety, yielding IC(50) values of 4.6 and 5.5 μM for [Cu(l-Pro-STSC)Cl]Cl in CH1 and SW480 cells, respectively.  相似文献

Proteolytic degradation is an essential cellular process which is primarily carried out by the 20S proteasome core particle (CP), a protease of 720 kDa and 28 individual subunits. As a result of its central functional role, the proteasome represents an attractive drug target that has been extensively investigated during the last decade and validated by the approval of bortezomib by the US Food and Drug Administration (FDA). Currently, several optimized second‐generation proteasome inhibitors are being explored as anticancer drugs in clinical trials, and most of them target both constitutive proteasomes (cCPs) and immunoproteasomes (iCPs). However, selective inhibition of the iCPs, a distinct class of proteasomes predominantly expressed in immune cells, appears to be a promising therapeutic rationale for the treatment of autoimmune disorders. Although a few selective agents have already been identified, the recently determined crystal structure of the iCP will further promote the development and optimization of iCP‐selective compounds.  相似文献
