Increasing fidelity is the ultimate challenge of quantum information technology. In addition to decoherence and dissipation, fidelity is affected by internal imperfections such as impurities in the system. Here we show that the quality of quantum revival, i.e., periodic recurrence in the time evolution, can be restored almost completely by coupling the distorted system to an external field obtained from quantum optimal control theory. We demonstrate the procedure with wave-packet calculations in both one- and two-dimensional quantum wells, and analyze the required physical characteristics of the control field. Our results generally show that the inherent dynamics of a quantum system can be idealized at an extremely low cost.  相似文献

The manufacturing method utilizing digital printing technology offers alternatives to create electronic structures to be used even in microelectronic applications. Material deposition based on digital inkjet technology offers advantages over both traditional mask-etch technologies and other printing methods. Inkjet technology works in an additive manner, reducing material consumption and the amount of created waste. Additionally, the digital nature of the process allows flexible production, e.g., rapid design changes, quick prototyping, and small, customized series. This research paper introduces ink jetting performance optimization utilized in a concept where discrete components and bare silicon chips were integrated in a single module with ink jetted interconnections. Jetting optimization of fluids enhances the droplet placement and volume accuracy that is a critical issue when forming interconnections for dense IC circuits. The overall drop placement error in jet printing is a combination of several error sources such as mechanical, dynamical and material related issues. However, the largest error portion is induced by a single printhead. The printhead related errors can be detected by observing the flight behavior after firing from the printhead nozzle. This paper focuses on optimizing the performance of ejected droplets during flight, i.e., drop formation sequence and minimum flight time variance. The average drop velocities of drops fired from separate printhead nozzles can be used to evaluate the difference in placement on substrate, which in worse case may lead to electrical wiring failures. The performance optimization was done by analyzing the initial state, modeling the drop velocity during flight, optimizing the process parameters to satisfy the model, and accepting the model after verification. Two inks, conductive and dielectric, were evaluated and improvement in placement accuracy was achieved through enhanced uniformity in drop average velocities, a dimensionless number, coefficient of variation was enhanced from 0.051 to 0.040,with conductive ink and from 0.111 to 0.049 with dielectric ink, thus decreasing the velocity related drop placement error.  相似文献

A novel ultra-wideband (UWB) bandpass filter with four resonant modes is proposed based on a parallel coupled microstrip line (PCML) with L- and C-shaped resonators. The coupling factor of the PCML structure depends on the impedance of the feeding network. The PCML coupling factor can be enhanced by using a feeding network with smaller characteristic impedance. With an L-shaped feeding network and C-shaped middle microstrip line a non-uniform resonator is constructed with the first two resonant modes falling within the UWB. The other two resonant modes within the UWB can be obtained by adjusting the width of both the L- and C-shaped resonators. Overall the designed filter exhibits good UWB passband behaviour with insertion loss < -0.2 dB and group delay < 0.15 ns.  相似文献

α-Aminophosphonates, -phosphinates, and -phosphine oxides are a group of organophosphorus compounds that were investigated as extraction agents for rare earth (RE) metals and actinoids for the first time in the 1960s. However, more systematic investigations of their extraction properties towards REs and actinoids were not started until the 2010s. Indeed, recent studies have shown that these α-amino-functionalized compounds can outperform the commercial organophosphorus extraction agents in RE separations. They have also proven to be very efficient extraction and precipitation agents for recovering Th and U from RE concentrates. These actinoids coexist with REs in some of the commercially important RE-containing minerals. The efficient separation and purification of REs is becoming more and more important every year as these elements have a pivotal role in many existing technologies. If one also considers the facile synthesis of α-amino-functionalized organophosphorus extractants and precipitation agents, it is expected that they will be increasingly utilized in the extraction chemistry of REs and actinoids in the future. This review collates α-aminophosphonates, -phosphinates, and -phosphine oxides that have been utilized in the separation chemistry of REs and actinoids, including their most relevant synthetic routes and molecular properties. Their extraction and precipitation properties towards REs and actinoids are also discussed.  相似文献

Three different modifiers, (-)-cinchonidine, 10,11-dihydrocinchonidine and (+)-cinchonine were investigated in the enantioselective hydrogenation of an unsymmetrical dione, 1-phenyl-1,2-propanedione, over a commercial Pt/Al2O3 catalyst. Let (Xn) be a positive recurrent Harris chain on a general state space, with invariant probability measure π. We give necessary and sufficient conditions for the geometric convergence of λPnf towards its limit π(f), and show that when such convergence happens it is, in fact, uniform over f and in L1(π)-norm. As a corollary we obtain that, when (Xn) is geometrically ergodic, ∝ π(dx)6Pn(x,·)-π6 converges to zero geometrically fast. We also characterize the geometric ergodicity of (Xn) in terms of hitting time distributions. We show that here the so-called small sets act like individual points of a countable state space chain. We give a test function criterion for geometric ergodicity and apply it to random walks on the positive half line. We apply these results to non-singular renewal processes on [0,∞) providing a probabilistic approach to the exponencial convergence of renewal measures.  相似文献
