偶氮四唑叠氮基甲脒AFZT的爆轰性能表现优异,在高能炸药领域中具有广阔的应用前景.本文采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理方法计算了AFZT在0~50 GPa压力下的晶体结构、电子性质以及氢键相互作用,并分析了这些性质在压力下的变化规律.在压力的作用下,AFZT晶体在5 GPa下发生了结构转变并伴随着电子结构中带隙值的突变,其带隙先减小后增大再减小,总态密度的峰值随着压力的增加而减小.结构中叠氮甲脒阳离子上的N8-N9与N9-N10键在压力下表现得最稳定,N-HN类型的氢键在所有相互作用中占据主导地位.此外,AFZT结构沿不同晶轴压缩的难易程度与此方向上氢键相互作用分布的疏密有关,并且其氢键主要沿xz平面分布而在y轴上分布极少,这导致了它沿y轴方向最易被压缩.  相似文献

Medical image fusion (MIF) has received painstaking attention due to its diverse medical applications in response to accurately diagnosing clinical images. Numerous MIF methods have been proposed to date, but the fused image suffers from poor contrast, non-uniform illumination, noise presence, and improper fusion strategies, resulting in an inadequate sparse representation of significant features. This paper proposes the morphological preprocessing method to address the non-uniform illumination and noise by the bottom-hat–top-hat strategy. Then, grey-principal component analysis (grey-PCA) is used to transform RGB images into gray images that can preserve detailed features. After that, the local shift-invariant shearlet transform (LSIST) method decomposes the images into the low-pass (LP) and high-pass (HP) sub-bands, efficiently restoring all significant characteristics in various scales and directions. The HP sub-bands are fed to two branches of the Siamese convolutional neural network (CNN) by process of feature detection, initial segmentation, and consistency verification to effectively capture smooth edges, and textures. While the LP sub-bands are fused by employing local energy fusion using the averaging and selection mode to restore the energy information. The proposed method is validated by subjective and objective quality assessments. The subjective evaluation is conducted by a user case study in which twelve field specialists verified the superiority of the proposed method based on precise details, image contrast, noise in the fused image, and no loss of information. The supremacy of the proposed method is further justified by obtaining 0.6836 to 0.8794, 0.5234 to 0.6710, and 3.8501 to 8.7937 gain for QFAB, CRR, and AG and noise reduction from 0.3397 to 0.1209 over other methods for objective parameters.  相似文献

In this paper, the stationary probability distribution (SPD) function and the mean first passage time (MFPT) are investigated in a tumor growth model driven by non-Gaussian noise which is introduced to mimic random fluctuations in the levels of the immune system. Results demonstrate the different transitions induced by the strength of non-Gaussian noise under different immune coefficients and the dual roles of non-Gaussian noise in promoting host protection against cancer and in facilitating tumor escape from immune destruction. Additionally, it can be discovered that increases in noise strength, the degree of departure from Gaussian noise, and the immune coefficient can accelerate the extinction of tumor cells. Numerical simulations are performed, and their results present good agreement with the theoretical results.  相似文献

To understand the behaviour of nuclear waste glass in groundwater, borosilicate glasses were placed in simulated groundwater for more than 200 days. The composition of the simulated groundwater was similar to that of the groundwater in Beishan (a potential nuclear waste site). The pH value of groundwater was adjusted to 7.5, and the ratio of the surface area of glass to the volume of the solution (SA/V) was set to 10?m?1. Solutions and bulk glasses were characterised to obtain the elemental behaviour and surface morphology of the glass/solution interface, which was named the alteration layer. The mean thicknesses of the alteration layer were 5.16?±?0.11?µm and 11.67?±?0.28?µm at 70°C and 90°C, respectively. A thicker alteration layer was attributed to the lower surface activation energy of the glass and a high ion exchange between K+ and Na+ in the interface between the glass surface and the solution. For the elemental behaviour, mobile species B and Na were depleted, while K and Ca from the solution were enriched in the alteration layer due to ion exchange. Network species Si decreased in the layer, leading to the corrosion of the backbone of the glass; however, species Al increased, which implied that some [SiO4] units were partially replaced by [AlO4] units. In this work, glass in groundwater suffered much more intense corrosion than that in de-ionised water.  相似文献

We create a GaN photocathode based on graded Alx Ga1-x N buffer layers to overcome the influence of buffer-emission layer interface on the photoemission of transmission-mode GaN photocathodes.A gateshaped spectral response with a 260-nm starting wavelength and a 375-nm cut-off wavelength is obtained.Average quantum efficiency is 15% and short wavelength responses are almost equivalent to long wavelength ones.The fitted interface recombination velocity is 5×104 cm/s,with negligible magnitude,proving that the design of the graded buffer layers is efficient in obtaining good interface quality between the buffer and the emission layer.  相似文献

从调制的基本概念出发,指出声光驻波调制器件为宽带频率调制型。讨论了调制度概念的成立条件和适用范围。理论上求出其成立条件为v<0.9(v=2πL△u/λ为衍射光强I(θ,t)中的自变量)。鉴于一般驻波型声光器件都是含有一定的行波成份,但行波声场和驻波声场在拉曼-奈斯衍射范围内衍射角均遵从sinθmi=土mλ/,故两者在空间上是无法分开的。文中给出了从频域上测量调制度M的一种新方法。并给出了零级和一般衍射光的测量值。  相似文献

In this paper, we first establish the existence theorems of the solution of hybrid inclusion and disclusion systems, from which we study mixed types of systems of generalized quasivariational inclusion and disclusion problems and systems of generalized vector quasiequilibrium problems. A tunneling-type magnetoresistance (MR) as large as 158% is observed at T = 300 K in a polycrystalline Zn0.41Fe2.59O4 sample, in which the Zn0.41Fe2.59O4 grains are separated by insulating alpha-Fe2O3 boundaries. The huge room-temperature MR is attributed to the high spin polarization of Zn(0.41)Fe(2.59)O4 grains and antiferromagnetic correlations between magnetic domains on both sides of the insulating alpha-Fe2O3 boundary. The MR exhibits strong temperature dependence below 100 K and its magnitude is enhanced to reach 1280% at 4.2 K, which may arise from the Coulomb blockade effect.  相似文献
