In this paper,elitist reconstruction genetic algorithm(ERGA) based on Markov random field(MRF) is introduced for image segmentation.In this algorithm,a population of possible solutions is maintained at every generation,and for each solution a fitness value is calculated according to a fitness function,which is constructed based on the MRF potential function according to Metropolis function and Bayesian framework.After the improved selection,crossover and mutation,an elitist individual is restructured based on the strategy of restructuring elitist.This procedure is processed to select the location that denotes the largest MRF potential function value in the same location of all individuals.The algorithm is stopped when the change of fitness functions between two sequent generations is less than a specified value.Experiments show that the performance of the hybrid algorithm is better than that of some traditional algorithms. 相似文献

As the most promising lead‐free branch, tin halide perovskites suffer from the severe oxidation from Sn2+ to Sn4+, which results in the unsatisfactory conversion efficiency far from what they deserve. In this work, by facile incorporation of methylammonium bromide in composition engineering, formamidinium and methylammonium mixed cations tin halide perovskite films with ultrahighly oriented crystallization are synthesized with the preferential facet of (001), and that oxidation is suppressed with obviously declined trap density. MA+ ions are responsible for that impressive orientation while Br‐ ions account for their bandgap modulation. Depending on high quality of the optimal MA0.25FA0.75SnI2.75Br0.25 perovskite films, their device conversion efficiency surges to 9.31% in contrast to 5.02% of the control formamidinium tin triiodide perovskite (FASnI3) device, along with almost eliminated hysteresis. That also results in the outstanding device stability, maintaining above 80% of the initial efficiency after 300 h of light soaking while the control FASnI3 device fails within 120 h. This paper definitely paves a facile and effective way to develop high‐efficiency tin halide perovskites solar cells, optoelectronic devices, and beyond. 相似文献

Conductive polymer/sulfur composite materials were prepared by heating the mixture of polyacrylonitrile (PAN) and sublimed sulfur. During the heating process, PAN was dehydrogenated by sulfur, forming a conductive main chain similar to polyacetylene. At the same time, the high‐polarity functional group –CN cyclized at the melt state, forming a thermally stable heterocyclic compound in which sulfur was embedded. The nanodispersed composites showed excellent electrochemical properties. Tested as cathode material in a non‐aqueous lithium cell based on poly(vinylidene fluoride) (PVDF) gel electrolyte at room temperature, the composite exhibited a specific capacity up to 850 mA h g–1 in the initial cycle. Its specific capacity remained above 600 mA h g–1 after 50 cycles, about five times that of LiCoO2, and recovered partly after replacement of the anode with a fresh lithium sheet. The utilization of the electrochemically active sulfur was about 90 % assuming a complete reaction to the product, Li2S. 相似文献

Equilateral-triangle-resonator (ETR) lasers with an output waveguide jointed at one vertex of the resonator are fabricated on (100) GaInAsP-InP wafers using photolithography and a two-step inductively coupled plasma (ICP) etching technique. Distinct peaks with the mode spacing of longitudinal mode intervals are observed in the luminescence spectra at room temperature. Furthermore, some minor peaks appear in the middle of the main peaks, which can be attributed to the first-order transverse modes as predicted in the theoretical results. CW directional lasing emissions are achieved for ETR lasers with side lengths ranging from 15 to 30 mum up to 200 K. The temperature dependences of the threshold current and lasing wavelength are measured for an ETR laser with the side length of 20 mum from 80 to 200 K. 本文提出了将两种神经网络模型进行套用的图像重建算法。算法将图像重建问题转化为神经网络优化计算,利用Hopfield神经网络(HNN)将各种优化准则转化为模型的能量函数,并应用Adaline网络调整各准则在能量函数中所占的比重,从而求取图像重建的最优解。将其应用于少数投影图像重建,体现出重建精度高、收敛快等特点,取得了令人满意的效果。 相似文献
