Some monomeric and dimeric surfactants with functional head groups have been synthesized from di- and triethanolamine synthons. The treatment of alkyl bromide with triethanolamine resulted in simultaneous N-alkylation and O-alkylation products. However, with diethanolamine, N-alkylated products were obtained, which were further used to synthesize various double-tailed surfactants and gemini surfactants.  相似文献

The photo‐irradiation of thienylchromenone resulted in the regioselective cyclization which is exclusively controlled by the nature of solvent used as reaction medium. Compared to nonpolar medium, polar solvent furnished a diverse array of novel angular tetracyclic photoproducts with gem‐dihydro functionality and exocyclic double bonds on the fused pyran ring, which is unprecedented to best of our knowledge.  相似文献

An efficient synthesis of N-acyl/N-substituted acyl pyrazolines and their triazole hybrids have been accomplished via acylation of pyrazolines and pyrazoline-triazole hybrids with carboxylic acids and/or substituted carboxylic acids in the absence of activating agents/catalysts. In the present study, a mechanism envisaging the in situ generation of a new transient acylating intermediate has been proposed to explain the acylation.  相似文献

We observe an abrupt change in diamagnetic susceptibility at critical donor concentration for an $\text{ Al }_\mathrm{x}\text{ Ga }_\mathrm{1-x}\text{ As/GaAs }$ Al x Ga 1 ? x As/GaAs quantum dot system in the effective mass approximation indicating a possible semiconductor metal transition. The effect of confining potential and the laser intensity on the abrupt change in diamagnetic susceptibility has also been studied. The effect of nonparabolicity of the conduction band has been included in our calculations. Results are presented and discussed.  相似文献

Human brain bacterial meningitis is a life-threatening disease caused mainly by Neisseria meningitidis, lead to damage of the outer membrane covering (meninges) of brain or even death. The usual methods of diagnosis are either time-consuming or have some limitations. The specific rmpM (reduction-modifiable protein M) virulent gene based genosensor is more sensitive, specific, and can detect N. meningitidis directly from the patient cerebrospinal fluid in 30 min including 1-min response time. 5′-Thiol-labeled single-stranded DNA (ssDNA) probe was immobilized onto screen-printed gold electrode (SPGE) and hybridized with denatured (95 °C) single-stranded genomic DNA (ssG-DNA) for 10 min at 25 °C. The electrochemical response was measured by cyclic voltammetry, differential pulse voltammetry (DPV) and electrochemical impedance using redox indicators. The sensitivity of the genosensor was 9.5087?(μA/cm2)/ng with DPV and limit of detection was 3 ng/6 μL ssG-DNA. The immobilization of the ssDNA probe and hybridization with ssG-DNA from N. meningitidis was characterized by atomic force microscopy and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy. The rmpM genosensor was stable for 6 months at 4 °C with 10 % loss in initial DPV current. The advantage of rmpM genosensor is to detect bacterial meningitis simultaneously in multiple patients using SPGE array during an outbreak of the disease.  相似文献

Reductive amination of various ketones and aldehydes by transfer hydrogenation under aqueous conditions has been developed, by using cyclometallated iridium complexes as catalysts and formate as hydrogen source. The pH value of the solution is shown to be critical for a high catalytic chemoselectivity and activity, with the best pH value being 4.8. In comparison with that in organic solvents, the reductive amination in an aqueous phase is faster, and the molar ratio of the substrate to the catalyst (S/C) can be set as high as 1×105, the highest S/C value ever reported in reductive amination reactions. The catalyst is easy to access and the reaction is operationally simple, allowing a wide range of ketones and aldehydes to react with various amines in high yields. The protocol provides a practical and environmental friendly new method for the synthesis of amine compounds.  相似文献

Densities of the aqueous dilute solutions of rubidium, cesium, strontium, yttrium, and gallium nitrate were measured at different temperatures ranging from (293.15–343.15) K and atmospheric pressure. From these density values, the apparent molal volumes were calculated and fitted to Masson’s correlation and the temperature dependence was correlated by a second order polynomial. The apparent molal volumes at infinite dilution and experimental slopes have been interpreted in terms of ion–solvent and ion–ion interactions, respectively. The measurements include density as per ASTM D-4052, refractive index (nD25) at sodium D line at 25 °C. Thermal isobaric expansibility was calculated and structure making and structure breaking behaviour of electrolytes were inferred from the sign of the second derivative of apparent molal volumes with respect to temperature at constant pressure. The experimental apparent molal volume was compared with the available literature value.  相似文献

Heavy metal fluorides like BiF3 as a host for lanthanide ions are of interest as bismuth is the only heavy metal that is nontoxic. In this work, we report the synthesis of highly water‐dispersible ultrasmall BiF3 nanoparticles about 6 nm in size within a poly(vinyl pyrrolidone) matrix by a hydrothermal method. Microscopy analysis reveals that the nanoparticles are well separated and confined within the polymer network. These nanoparticles were found to be excellent hosts for lanthanide (Ln3+) ions. Through suitable Ln3+ doping, BiF3 exhibits strong emissions in the visible region upon both UV and near infrared (NIR) excitations. The non‐toxicity of both bismuth and PVP can be advantageous for the potential use of BiF3 nanoparticles in drug delivery and bioimaging.  相似文献

A nanoformulation composed of curdlan, a linear polysaccharide of 1,3‐β‐linked d ‐glucose units, hydrogen bonded to poly(γ ‐glutamic acid) (PGA), was developed to stimulate macrophage. Curdlan/PGA nanoparticles (C‐NP) are formulated by physically blending curdlan (0.2 mg mL?1 in 0.4 m NaOH) with PGA (0.8 mg mL?1). Forster resonance energy transfer (FRET) analysis demonstrates a heterospecies interpolymer complex formed between curdlan and PGA. The 1H‐NMR spectra display significant peak broadening as well as downfield chemical shifts of the hydroxyl proton resonances of curdlan, indicating potential intermolecular hydrogen bonding interactions. In addition, the cross peaks in 1H‐1H 2D‐NOESY suggest intermolecular associations between the OH‐2/OH‐4 hydroxyl groups of curdlan and the carboxylic‐/amide‐groups of PGA via hydrogen bonding. Intracellular uptake of C‐NP occurs over time in human monocyte‐derived macrophage (MDM). Furthermore, C‐NP nanoparticles dose‐dependently increase gene expression for TNF‐α, IL‐6, and IL‐8 at 24 h in MDM. C‐NP nanoparticles also stimulate the release of IL‐lβ, MCP‐1, TNF‐α, IL‐8, IL‐12p70, IL‐17, IL‐18, and IL‐23 from MDM. Overall, this is the first demonstration of a simplistic nanoformulation formed by hydrogen bonding between curdlan and PGA that modulates cytokine gene expression and release of cytokines from MDM.  相似文献

The cross section for e+ e- --> pi+ pi- psi(2S) between threshold and sqrt[s]=5.5 GeV is measured using 673 fb(-1) of data on and off the Upsilon(4S) resonance collected with the Belle detector at KEKB. Two resonant structures are observed in the pi+ pi- psi(2S) invariant-mass distribution, one at 4361 +/- 9 +/- 9 MeV/c2 with a width of 74 +/- 15 +/- 10 MeV/c2, and another at 4664 +/- 11 +/- 5 MeV/c2 with a width of 48 +/- 15 +/- 3 MeV/c2, if the mass spectrum is parametrized with the coherent sum of two Breit-Wigner functions. These values do not match those of any of the known charmonium states.  相似文献
