用等离子体增强化学气相沉积(PECVD)的方法,以固定的氢气(H2)流量和不同的硅烷(SiH4)和甲烷(CH4)流量比沉积了一系列的氢化非晶SiC(a-Si,C1-x-H)膜。用这种宽带隙的a-SixC1-x-H材料作为掺铒的基体材料,通过离子注入的方法得到掺铒的a-SixC1-x-H(a-SixC1-x-H:Er)膜。注入以后的样品经过不同温度的退火。用X射线光电子能谱(XPS)、红外吸收光谱(IR)、拉曼散射谱(Raman)等技术研究不同的SiH4/CH4流量比和退火温度对a-SixC1-x-H:Er发光强度的影响。结果表明,高温退火引起了膜中C的分凝,对饵的发光是不利的。通过低温和室温下铒发光强度的比较,表明这种材料具有较弱的温度猝灭效应。 相似文献

A simple and sensitive fluorimetric method for the determination of ascorbic acid (AA) is described. The method is based on the condensation reaction between AA and o-phenylenediamine (OPDA) in the absence of the oxidant. The fluorescence intensity is measured at excitation and emission wavelengths of 360 and 430 nm, respectively. Under optimum condition, a linear relationship is obtained between the fluorescence intensity and the concentration of AA in the range of 0.05-40 μg ml−1. The detection limit is 0.006 μg ml−1, which is obviously lower than that of other fluorimetric methods reported. 相似文献

Using FcCOONa (Fc = (eta(5)-C(5)H(5))Fe(eta(5)-C(5)H(4))) as starting material, we obtained an unprecedented metal-organic coordination polymer containing ferrocenecarboxylate components [[Pb(2)(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(2)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(mu(3)-eta(2)-FcCOO)(CH(3)OH)].1.5CH(3)OH.H(2)O](n) (1), tetramer [Zn(4)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(6)(mu(4)-O)] (2), and coordination polymers [Pb(FcCOO)(mu(2)-FcCOO)(bpe)](n) (3) (bpe = 1,2-bis(4-pyridyl)ethene), [[Zn(FcCOO)(2)(bpt)].2.5H(2)O](n) (4) (bpt = N,N'-bis(3-pyridylmethyl)thiourea), and [Zn(FcCOO)(eta(2)-FcCOO)(bbp)](n) (5) (bbp = 4,4'-trimethylene-dipyridine). Compounds 1 and 2 are formed by ferrocenecarboxylate units coordinating with Pb(II) or Zn(II). In polymer 1, ferrocenecarboxylate units have four kinds of coordinate modes; just these novel coordinate modes lead to the unprecedented one-dimensional polymer where two kinds of rhomboids are arranged alternatively along the chain. Compound 2 is a tetramer, in which a distinct connectivity of the six ferrocene units is established through the four Zn atoms. Compounds 3-5 are obtained by organic ligands bridging Pb(II) or Zn(II), leading to a new type of metal-organic coordination polymer. 相似文献

The effects of Manganese(Mn)incorporation on a precipitated iron-based Fischer-Tropsch synthesis(FTS)catalyst were investigated using N_2 physical adsorption,air differential thermal analysis (DTA),H_2 temperature-programmed reduction(TPR),and M(?)ssbauer spectroscopy.The FTS perfor- mances of the catalysts were tested in a slurry phase reactor.The characterization results indicated that Mn increased the surface area of the catalyst,and improved the dispersion ofα-Fe_2O_3 and reduced its crystallite size as a result of the high dispersion effect of Mn and the Fe-Mn interaction.The Fe-Mn inter- action also suppressed the reduction ofα-Fe_2O_3 to Fe_3O_4,stabilized the FeO phase,and(or)decreased the carburization degree of the catalysts in the H_2 and syngas reduction processes.In addition,incorporated Mn decreased the initial catalyst activity,but improved the catalyst stability because Mn restrained the reoxidation of iron carbides to Fe_3O_4,and improved further carburization of the catalysts.Manganese suppressed the formation of CH_4 and increased the selectivity to light olefins(C_(2-4)~=),but it had little effect on the selectivities to heavy(C_(5 )) hydrocarbons.All these results indicated that the strong Fe-Mn interaction suppressed the chemisorptive effect of the Mn as an electronic promoter,to some extent,in the precipitated iron-manganese catalyst system. 相似文献

Hexagonal ZnO group whiskers synthesized from Zn(NH3)42+ precursor at 145°C in a structure-directing template solvent (2.5% v/v alcohol) show strong photoluminescence at 409 and 420 nm.
