A stepped impedance spiral resonator suitable for high-temperature superconducting (HTS) filter with bandwidth narrower than 0.5% is presented. An eight-pole demonstration HTS filter is developed with a central frequency of 650 MHz and a bandwidth of 0.3%. The measurements show that the insertion loss is less than 0.3 dB, and the return loss is better than 16 dB. The filter has out-of-band rejections of 65 dB at 2 MHz below the passband and 80 dB at 2 MHz above the passband, respectively.  相似文献

Functionalized 1,2-oxazinanes are interesting and valuable heterocycles with potential applications in synthetic and medicinal chemistry. A straightforward strategy for quick access to unprecedented trans-4-hydroxyl-5-azido/cyano/amino 1,2-oxazinanes are developed: N-COR 3,6-dihydro- 1,2-oxazine oxides are prepared with ease from related dihydro- 1,2-oxazines and opened by nucleophiles TMSN3, TMSCN and aryl/alkyl amines. Appropriate Lewis acid catalysts are found playing a vital role for both reaction rate and regioselectivity. The N-COR group can be removed under mild conditions to provide highly desirable NH 1,2-oxazinanes inaccessible via previous methods.  相似文献

Molecular dynamics simulations and neutron scattering experiments have shown that many hydrated globular proteins exhibit a universal dynamic transition at TD = 220 K, below which the biological activity of a protein sharply diminishes. We studied the phononlike low-energy excitations of two structurally very different proteins, lysozyme and bovine serum albumin, using inelastic x-ray scattering above and below TD. We found that the excitation energies of the high-Q phonons show a marked softening above TD. This suggests that the large amplitude motions of wavelengths corresponding to this specific Q range are intimately correlated with the increase of biological activities of the proteins.  相似文献

采用水热包覆法成功制备了ZSM-5@ZrO2催化剂,研究了ZrO2不同相态对催化剂物化性质和甲硫醇合成的影响.借助XRD、SEM、FTIR、Raman、BET和NH3/CO2-TPD等手段对催化剂结构性质进行了分析表征.结果表明,ZrO2不同相态对催化剂物化性质和催化性能影响较大.以四方晶相t-ZrO2制得ZSM-5@t-ZrO2催化剂形成了均匀的包覆相结构和微-介孔结构(微孔比表面积114.12 m2/g、介孔比表面积125.08 m2/g、总比表面积239.2 m2/g、总孔容0.38 cm3/g),同时具有酸碱特性(总酸量0.071 mmol/g、总碱量0.077 mmol/g).在反应压力1.0 MPa、H2S/CH3 OH摩尔比2:1、氮气流量90 mL/min、反应温度370℃条件下,催化剂表现出良好催化性能和反应寿命,CH3 OH转化率和CH3 SH选择性分别为92.07;、90.89;,催化寿命达20 h.  相似文献

Small angle neutron scattering (SANS) is used to measure the absolute density of water contained in 1-D cylindrical pores of a silica material MCM-41-S with pore diameters of 19 and 15 A. By being able to suppress the homogeneous nucleation process inside the narrow pore, one can keep water in the liquid state down to at least 160 K. From a combined analysis of SANS data from both H(2)O and D(2)O hydrated samples, we determined the absolute value of the density of 1-D confined water. We found that the average density of water inside the fully hydrated 19 A pore is 8% higher than that of the bulk water at room temperature. The temperature derivative of the density shows a pronounced peak at T(L) = 235 K signaling the crossing of the Widom line at ambient pressure and confirming the existence of a liquid-liquid phase transition at an elevated pressure. Pore size and hydration level dependences of the density are also studied.  相似文献

A new binary phase, Cu10In7, was found during the investigation of the η‐phase field in the Cu‐In system. Single crystals of Cu10In7 were grown from a melt under an inert atmosphere. The compound crystallizes in the monoclinic space group C2/m with cell parameters a = 13.8453(2) Å, b = 11.8462(1) Å, c = 6.7388(1) Å and β = 91.063(1). The structure is based on a unit of face‐sharing octahedra consisting of five Cu4In2 octahedra terminated by Cu5In octahedra at both ends. The crystal structure is closely related to the Cu11In9 structure type.  相似文献

A highly sensitive liquid chromatographic-tandem mass spectrometric method (LC-MS-MS) is developed to quantitate ranolazine in human plasma. The analyte and internal standard tramadol are extracted from plasma by liquid-liquid extraction using diethyl ether-dichloromethane (60:40 v/v), and separated on a Zorbax extend C(18) column using methanol-10mM ammonium acetate (60:40 v/v, pH 4.0) at a flow of 1.0 mL/min. Detection is carried out by multiple reaction monitoring on a QtrapTM LC-MS-MS system with an electrospray ionization interface. The assay is linear over the range 10-5000 ng/mL with a limit of quantitation of 10 ng/mL and a lower limit of detection (S/N > 3) of 1 ng/mL. Intra- and inter-day precision are < 3.1% and < 2.8%, respectively, and the accuracy is in the range 96.7-101.6%. The validated method is successfully used to analyze the drug in samples of human plasma for pharmacokinetic studies.  相似文献
