Quinolone antibacterials are veterinary drugs authorized for use in food animal production. The analysis of residual amounts of drugs in food from animal origin is important for quality control of products for consumers. For this purpose, Maximum Residue Limits (MRLs) have been set up by a European Union Council Regulation on Veterinary Drug Residues (No. 90/2377/EEC and subsequent), and 8 quinolones received MRLs at concentration levels depending on both the matrix and the animal species of interest. A method was developed for screening and confirming 10 quinolone residues (ciprofloxacin, danofloxacin, difloxacin, enrofloxacin, flumequine, marbofloxacin, nalidixic acid, norfloxacin, oxolinic acid, sarafloxacin) in a wide variety of matrixes of different animal species. It involves extraction of the residues from the biological tissues/fluids by acidic aqueous solution, centrifugation and filtration prior to injection on a C18 narrow-bore column, and detection through a 3-step-mode fluorescence detector. The method was validated during a 2-week study for a set of 8 species-matrixes (i.e., bovine raw milk, bovine muscle, porcine muscle, porcine kidney, porcine liver, fish flesh and skin, poultry muscle, whole egg). Residues were quantified down to 15 microg/kg with limits of detection and quantitation ranging from 4 to 11 and 13 to 36 microg/kg, respectively, which are sufficient compared to the wide range of MRLs set for these substances (from 30 microg/kg for danofloxacin in milk to 1900 microg/kg for difloxacin in poultry liver). The limit of performance of the method in terms of CCalpha and CCbeta, the critical concentrations stated in the Decision No. 2002/657/EC and the ISO Standard No. 11843, has been calculated for the authorized (MRL) substances but only estimated in the case of the nonauthorized (non-MRL) substances.  相似文献

The origin of the [M–69]+ and [M–111]+ signals in the mass spectrum of taraxasterol was studied through the use of C(18), (19), (21), (22) and/or (30) deuteriated derivatives. The generality of these signals for ring systems with an exocyclic methylene group and a methyl moiety on an adjacent carbon was verified with 2-methylmethylenecyclohexane, 1-methyl-2-methylene-trans-decalin, 1,10-dimethyl-2-methylene-trans-decalin and some of their deuteriated derivatives. The most plausible mechanism for the formation of the [M–69]+ ion appears to involve cleavage of both bonds allylic to the exocyclic methylene group with a 1,3-hydrogen transfer from the adjacent ring. Genesis of the [M–111]+ ion is more complicated but a five-membered allylic ion generated from ring D is proposed.  相似文献

1, 4-Pentadiene has been polymerized by Ziegler-Natta catalysts to give amorphous polymers which are up to 64 wt.-% soluble. The polymers all have residual unsaturation which is substantially less than one double bond per mer, some as low as 0.1 double bond per mer. The polymerizations proceed by an unusual double inter-, double intramolecular cyclopolymerization mechanism leading to the formation of [3.3.1] bicyclic repeat units. Some main-chain (internal) unsaturation as well as pendant-group (external) unsaturation is observed. The latter results from incompletely cyclized 1,4-pentadiene units. The former is due to some concurrent isomerization of 1,4- to 1,3 pentadiene, which then copolymerizes with the 1,4 diene. The extent of isomerization varied with the catalyst system used. The soluble polymer fractions were brittle for internal unsaturations of less than about 0.05 double bond per mer and were viscous for higher values. The insoluble fractions were brittle and are believed to be lightly crosslinked.  相似文献

The photopolymerization of vinyl fluoride, in the presence of peroxide, was studied in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) solution and in bulk. It was found that high rates of reaction could be obtained in spite of the fact that the polymer precipitates at an early stage. By continuous supply of monomer the precipitated polymer was converted into a transparent bulk polymer.  相似文献

The acid H(2)B(12)(OH)(12) can be isolated as a crystalline solid by protonation of the hydroxylated borane anion, B(12)(OH)(12)(2)(-). This acidic compound has low solubility in water, conducts protons in the solid state, and has thermal stability to a temperature of 400 degrees C. The conductivity mechanism is a Grotthuss mechanism with a low activation enthalpy (9-13 kcal/mol). This new acid represents an addition to the class of oxoacids, of which sulfuric and phosphoric acid are the most prominent examples.  相似文献

The first examples of the use of racemic vinylaziridines in a Pd-catalyzed dynamic kinetic asymmetric transformation have been examined. Optimization studies of the Pd-catalyzed addition of vinylaziridines to isocyanates revealed that the chiral ligand between trans-1,2-diaminocyclohexane and 2-diphenylphosphino-1-naphthoic acid is superior to that involving 2-diphenylphosphino benzoic acid. Surprisingly, high ee's required the use of an acid whose pKa was about 4.7 +/- 0.1 as a cocatalyst. Both acetic acid and hydroxybenzotriazole meet this requirement. Less electrophilic isocyanates (e.g., benzyl, p-methoxyphenyl) gave higher ee's than more electrophilic ones (phenyl or benzoyl). Both N-benzyl and N-arylaziridines react well to give good yields and ee's, whereas N-tosylaziridines gave lower ee's. A 1,1-disubstituted aziridine led to the formation of a tertiary C-N bond with ee's comparable to the formation of the secondary C-N bond. The products were easily reduced almost quantitatively to the sensitive imidazolidines which can be readily hydrolyzed to the vicinal diamines. The reactivity pattern is consistent with a Curtin-Hammett situation wherein the enantiodiscriminating event is the cyclization of a rapidly equilibrating dynamic pi-allyl palladium intermediate.  相似文献

The Suzuki cross-coupling methodology provides a facile synthetic approach for the modular preparation of meso-tetraaryl cofacial bisporphyrins anchored by xanthene and dibenzofuran. This synthetic method furnishes cofacial bisporphyrin templates with enhanced steric and electronic protection from mu-oxo formation and oxidative degradation. The ability of these platforms to support multielectron oxidation chemistry mediated by proton-coupled electron transfer (PCET) is demonstrated by their reactivity for the catalytic disproportionation of hydrogen peroxide to oxygen and water.  相似文献

The model of Onsager in which a polar molecule undergoes a reaction field due to the polarization of the molecular surroundings is used to evaluate by a S.C.F. calculation (CNDO/2 approximation) the modifications of a molecular structure in the liquid state.Application to water molecule and to three polar dimers for values of the dielectric constant varying between 3 and 78, shows that most of geometric parameters and dipoles moments vary of few per cent when the molecule is inserted in a liquid. In the liquid state dipole moments do not depend very much on the dielectric constant but energies and relative stabilities of isomers are strongly dependent on the medium.[/p]

Reaction of TpR,MeCo(I) dinitrogen complexes (R = iPr, tBu) with trimethylsilyl azide yields structurally characterized compounds that imply the formation of reactive intermediates of the type TpR,MeCo=NSiMe3. These cobalt imido species apparently abstract hydrogen from the 3-substituent of the Tp-ligand, leading to the formation of amido complexes accompanied by either Co-C bond formation (R = tBu) or C-C bond formation (R = iPr).  相似文献

The constrained Hartree-Fock method using experimental X-ray diffraction data is extended and applied to the case of noncentrosymmetric molecular crystals. A new way to estimate the errors in derived properties as a derivative with respect to added Gaussian noise is also described. Three molecular crystals are examined: ammonia [NH(3)], urea [CO(NH(2))(2)], and alloxan [(CO)(4)(NH)(2)]. The energetic and electrical properties of these molecules in the crystalline state are presented. In all cases, an enhancement of the dipole moment is observed upon application of the experimental constraint. It is found that the phases of the structure factors are robustly determined by the constrained Hartree-Fock model, even in the presence of simulated noise. Plots of the electron density, electrostatic potential, and the electron localization function for the molecules in the crystal are displayed. In general, relative to the Hartree-Fock model, there is a depletion of charge around hydrogen atoms and lone pair regions, and a build-up of charge within the molecular framework near nuclei, directed along the bonds. The electron localization function plots reveal an increase in the pair density between vicinal hydrogen atoms.  相似文献
