基于WVD的防空雷达直升机信号特征分析

基于直升机目标旋转部件的调制模型，本文针对防空雷达提出了分析直升机信号特征的一种新方法——WVD法，并对直升机目标旋转部件调制回波信号在不同噪声情况下加以仿真分析，结果表明：用WVD分析雷达回波中直升机信号特征是一种非常有效的方法。     

Buckling of a stiff thin film on a compliant substrate in large deformation

A finite-deformation theory is developed to study the mechanics of thin buckled films on compliant substrates. Perturbation analysis is performed for this highly nonlinear system to obtain the analytical solution. The results agree well with experiments and finite element analysis in wavelength and amplitude. In particular, it is found that the wavelength depends on the strain. Based on the accurate wavelength and amplitude, the membrane and peak strains in thin films, and stretchability and compressibility of the system are also obtained analytically.     

Crystallographic report: Diiodo[tris(2‐pyridyl)amine]mercury(II), [(C5H4N)3N]HgI2

In mononuclear HgI₂[(C₅H₄N)₃N], mercury is tetrahedrally coordinated by two nitrogen atoms of a tris(2‐pyridyl)amine ligand and two iodides. Control of self‐organized low‐dimensional morphology in poly(styrene‐b‐4vinylpyridine)/polystyrene blend thin films

The surface morphologies of poly(styrene‐b‐4vinylpyridine) (PS‐b‐P4VP) diblock copolymer and homopolystyrene (hPS) binary blend thin films were investigated by atomic force microscopy as a function of total volume fraction of PS (?_PS) in the mixture. It was found that when hPS was added into symmetric PS‐b‐P4VP diblock copolymers, the surface morphology of this diblock copolymer was changed to a certain degree. With ?_PS increasing at first, hPS was solubilized into the corresponding domains of block copolymer and formed cylinders. Moreover, the more solubilized the hPS, the more cylinders exist. However, when the limit was reached, excessive hPS tended to separate from the domains independently instead of solubilizing into the corresponding domains any longer, that is, a macrophase separation occurred. A model describing transitions of these morphologies with an increase in ?_PS is proposed. The effect of composition on the phase morphology of blend films when graphite is used as a substrate is also investigated. © 2004 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. 喷气Z箍缩内爆等离子体的雪铲模型

 在喷气Z pinch内爆等离子体研究中，雪铲模型是一种常用的、比较简单的物理模型。根据实验中提供的电流波形，负载线质量和初始半径，可以通过雪铲模型来估算内爆到心的时刻。根据一维运动方程和不同构形下的解析解以及部分实验结果相结合，讨论了雪铲模型的适用范围。数值计算的内爆时间和实验（Gamble II, Double EAGLE, BLACKJACK 5）测量值符合得较好。结果表明，雪铲模型在喷气Z pinch实验的负载优化设计研究中是很有参考价值的方法。     

Modeling electromigration lifetime under bidirectional currentstress

Electromigration reliability of interconnect under bidirectional current stress has been studied in a wide frequency range (mHz to 200 MHz). Experimental results show that the AC lifetime rises with the stress current frequency. The current density exponent and the activation energy of AC lifetime are found to be twice that of DC lifetime. Pure AC current stress failure at extremely high current density is believed to result from thermal migration of metal at hot/cold transition points     

液相添加剂对PTCR陶瓷电性能的影响

液相添加剂ＡＳＴ（Ａｌ２Ｏ３＋ＳｉＯ２＋ＴｉＯ２）对ＢａＴｉＯ３陶瓷材料电性能的影响很大，随着Ａｌ２Ｏ３含量的增加，材料的电性能降低；ＳｉＯ２、ＴｉＯ２的物理特性对材料电性能影响较大；过量ＴｉＯ２对材料ＰＴＣ效应有重要影响，适当过量ＴｉＯ２含量，可得到性能优良的ＰＴＣＲ陶瓷。     

A Novel Athermal 40-Channel DWDM Multi/Demultiplexer Based on the Combination of AWGs and Interleaver

An athermal 40-channel dense wavelength-division-multiplexing multi/demultiplexer using a novel combination technology is proposed. It consists of one 1times4 100- to 400-GHz spacing interleaver filter and four sub-arrayed-waveguide gratings (AWGs). The temperature-dependent wavelength shift of the combined device is successfully suppressed to 0.058 nm in the -20degC to 70degC temperature range. Moreover, the combined device's adjacent crosstalk (typically -35 dB) is much better than conventional AWGs (typically -25 dB).     

A Subcarriers Allocation Scheme for Cognitive Radio Systems Based on Multi-Carrier Modulation

Cognitive radio (CR) is a dynamic spectrum access technology as a solution to spectrum under-utilization problem in some licensed bands. Operating over an exceedingly wide spectrum, CR systems usually adopt multi-carrier modulation (MCM) to implement flexible channelization. Consequently, efficient channel allocation scheme becomes extremely important to an MCM based CR (MCM-CR) system. In this paper, a maximum likelihood detection model is developed to detect the presence and locations of licensed users (LUs) signals in the frequency domain. Performance of the detection model, including the optimal detection region, detection probability and false alarm probability, is analyzed. A one-order two-state Markovian chain model is proposed to predict channel status information. In particular, a novel subcarrier allocation scheme for MCM-CR systems is proposed, taking into account the confidence of channel estimation, quality of services (QoS) of rental users (RUs) and throughput. To validate the analytical results, simulations have been conducted to show effectiveness of the proposed scheme.
