Isolation and Structure Elucidation of Nortriterpenoids from Schisandra rubriflora

Seven new highly oxygenated nortriterpenoids, rubriflorins D–J ( 1 – 7 ), were isolated from the leaves and stems of Schisandra rubriflora, and their structures were elucidated on the basis of extensive analysis of spectroscopic data. These new compounds feature the opening of ring A compared with related known nortriterpenoids isolated from the genus Schisandra and showed weak activity against HIV‐1.     

Characteristics of Schottky Barrier Junction Based on Hexagonal Microtube ZnO

Hexagonal microtube ZnO was firstly grown on single crystal p-Si (111) substrates by hydrothermal method, and fabricated Ag/n-ZnO and Au/n-ZnO Schottky junction. Schottky effective barrier heights were calculated by I-V measurement. It is confirmed that the presence of a large amount of surface states related possibly to lattice imperfections existed near the surface leads to the pinning of the surface Fermi level at 0.35 eV below the conduction-band edge. Then the fabricated Schottky barrier junctions are evaluated for their use as UV photodetectors.     

Synthesis and micellization of amphiphilic poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride) block copolymers

Amphiphilic biodegradable block copolymers [poly(sebacic anhydride)–poly(ethylene glycol)–poly(sebacic anhydride)] were synthesized by the melt polycondensation of poly(ethylene glycol) and sebacic anhydride prepolymers. The chemical structure, crystalline nature, and phase behavior of the resulting copolymers were characterized with ¹H NMR, Fourier transform infrared, gel permeation chromatography, and differential scanning calorimetry. Microphase separation of the copolymers occurred, and the crystallinity of the poly(sebacic anhydride) (PSA) blocks diminished when the sebacic anhydride unit content in the copolymer was only 21.6%. ¹H NMR spectra carried out in CDCl₃ and D₂O were used to demonstrate the existence of hydrophobic PSA domains as the core of the micelle. In aqueous media, the copolymers formed micelles after precipitation from water‐miscible solvents. The effects on the micelle sizes due to the micelle preparation conditions, such as the organic phase, dropping rate of the polymer organic solution into the aqueous phase, and copolymer concentrations in the organic phase, were studied. There was an increase in the micelle size as the molecular weight of the PSA block was increased. The diameters of the copolymer micelles were also found to increase as the concentration of the copolymer dissolved in the organic phase was increased, and the dependence of the micelle diameters on the concentration of the copolymer varied with the copolymer composition. © 2005 Wiley Periodicals, Inc. Is Kano-Nucleon Interaction Consistent with Pentaquark θ^＋

The quark-delocalization colour-screening model is employed to calculate the effective potential between nucleon and kaon. The results show that the potentials are attractive in the I = 0 channel and repulsive in the I = 1 channel. The interactions are very weak between K^＋n or K^0p due to the cancellation between I = 0 and I = 1. It is possible to have a high s-wave resonance （1615 MeV）, but the width may be too wide to be observed in the experiments.     

BNCT优化网格设计及相关算法研究

用MCNP蒙特卡罗程序模拟了硼中子俘获治疗(BNCT)3种国际基准网格模型, 并与 修正的Snyder椭球模型进行了比较. 在此基础上, 给出了一种保质量守恒、内存量少、易于产生输入文件的4种基本材料成分的BNCT网格模型. 计算结果表明, 在4mm网格下, 新模型可以达到基准模型的精度; 根据解析模型剂量随深度的变化规律, 研究构造了多网格组合模型, 在重要区域计算精度不损失的条件下, 计算时间大大缩短. 最后研究给出了一个既保证精度、又在可接受的时间内完成剂量计算的模型、样本数和相应的算法, 它基本上满足临床BNCT的要求.     

超导／半导兼容材料的制作及性能分析
