分子印迹膜SPR传感器检测氯磺隆的方法   总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1  
研究使用了中国科学院电子学研究所自行研制的高灵敏度单通道SPR分析仪和进样装置,仪器为棱镜耦合型SPR传感器结构,其检测角度范围是40°~70°,折射率检测范围为1.04~1.47,谐振角的精度在0.001°。适用于SPR分析仪的分子印迹芯片采用PVC-MIP共聚膜法制备,SPR角度扫描结果表明,200nm以下厚度芯片具有较好的SPR吸收特性。以氯磺隆为模板的分子印迹膜与不加氯磺隆的分子印迹膜对比实验发现前者具有特异性结合的能力。实验对浓度0.1,0.2,0.5和1μg/mL的氯磺隆进行了SPR定点检测,这四种浓度氯磺隆的折射率响应信号满足线性关系,相关系数R=0.996 4。实验中对低浓度的氯磺隆进行反复检测,检测到50ng/mL的氯磺隆,满足农残检测的要求。  相似文献

Two waves of technology are dramatically changing daily life: cloud computing and mobile phones. New cloud computing services such as webmail and content rich data search have emerged. However, in order to use these services, a mobile phone must be able to run new applications and handle high network bandwidth. Worldwide, about 3.45 billion mobile phones are low end phones;they have low bandwidth and cannot run new applications. Because of this technology gap, most mobile users are unable to experience cloud computing services with their thumbs. In this paper, a novel platform, Thumb-in-Cloud, is proposed to bridge this gap.Thumb-in-Cloud consists of two subsystems: Thumb-Machine and Thumb-Gateways. Thumb-Machine is a virtual machine built into a low end phone to enable it to run new applications. Thumb-Gateways can tailor cloud computing services by reformatting and compressing the service to fit the phone' s profile.  相似文献

In January 2010, the State Council of China decided to speed up the convergence of the telecommunications network, cable network and Internet network. That means the government led practical exploration of the networks convergence. The convergence is related to the entities in the fields of telecommunications, broadcasting and the Internet industry. The authors apply the static game theory to analyze the games among the players in the fields of telecommunications and broadcasting, and point out that the games would strengthen the network infrastructures, promote the development of related industries, and profoundly influence and change the ways of thinking and social management in China. This paper mainly deals with the problem of detecting and identifying target in close range, the performance of which will be effected by the radiometer’s parameters and target’s characteristics. According to the relationship between the range equation of the Passive Millimeter Wave (PMMW) and these parameters, we present a convenient statistical method based on PMMW image detection to solve the inherent problem by statistical radiometer parameters, which can be achieved by the W band radiometer experimental data. Finally, we validate the method by simulation and experiment. The results show that the method is convenient for detecting and identifying target in close range.  相似文献

为了研究ZnO压敏防雷芯片的工频过电压耐受特性和8/20μs通流能力的相关性,在生产线上抽取同批次产品进行工频过电压耐受试验和8/20μs通流能力试验。研究结果表明:工频过电压老化后会使压敏电阻的通流能力下降,但经过8/20μs雷电流峰值20 kA冲击后,压敏电阻的工频过电压耐受能力会增强,在冲击15次左右时达到最大值,随着冲击次数的增多,工频过电压耐受能力会降低。  相似文献

A new method for single sinusoidal frequency estimation in closed-form formula is proposed. Since sinusoidal signals are narrow-banded and white noise distribution is statistically equal in the whole spectrum, a narrow-band signal extracted from the Fourier transform of the original signal can be used to approximate the noise-corrupted sinusoidal signal. A concise closed-form formula is then deduced to estimate the frequency based on the narrow-band signal. Performance analysis and simulation results are presented, showing that the new algorithm has close performance to the Cramer-Rao bound, especially under low SNRs. It is also demonstrated that the method can be easily generalized to multi-sinusoidal signals.  相似文献
