An enantioselective sulfenylation/semipinacol rearrangement of 1,1‐disubstituted and trisubstituted allylic alcohols was accomplished with a chiral Lewis base and a chiral Brønsted acid as cocatalysts, generating various β‐arylthio ketones bearing an all‐carbon quaternary center in moderate to excellent yields and excellent enantioselectivities. These chiral arylthio ketone products are common intermediates with many applications, for example, in the design of new chiral catalysts/ligands and the total synthesis of natural products. Computational studies (DFT calculations) were carried out to explain the enantioselectivity and the role of the chiral Brønsted acid. Additionally, the synthetic utility of this method was exemplified by an enantioselective total synthesis of (?)‐herbertene and a one‐pot synthesis of a chiral sulfoxide and sulfone.  相似文献

A new and efficient access to (Z)‐N‐(2‐argio‐1‐(1H‐perimidin‐2‐yl)vinyl)benzamide derivatives from readily available substrates in HOAc is described with aid of microwave irradiation. An efficient and facile synthesis of 4,6-diarylpyrimidin-2(1H)-one via a Biginelli-like reaction of aromatic aldehydes, aromatic ketones, and urea in the presence of NaOH under solvent-free conditions using a heating method has been developed. Compared with the classical reaction conditions, this new synthetic method has the advantages of excellent yields, shorter reaction time, and mild reaction conditions.   相似文献

A W/O microemulsion reactor was used to prepare four kinds of modified lubricants: (i) modified lubricant 1, modified epoxidized microbial oil + rape oil in volume ratio of 1:1; (ii) modified lubricant 2, modified esterified microbial oil + rape oil in volume ratio of 1:3; (iii) modified lubricant 3, modified epoxidized rape oil; and (iv) modified lubricant 4, modified PAO. The individual modified lubricants were further modified with 0%, 0.5%, 1%, and 2% content of nano-Schiff base copper complex (nano-SBCC). A microtribometer was used to evaluate the friction coefficient between ball/flat point contacts immersed in the modified lubricants and operated in reciprocating and linear sliding mode. A comparison of the values of the friction coefficient with the lubricants further modified with nano-SBCC with those of their individual 0% nano-SBCC counterparts indicated significant decrease: (i) almost 19.18% was obtainable for the modified lubricant 1 with 2% of nano-Schiff base copper complex, (ii) almost 16.5% was obtainable for the modified lubricant 2 with 0.5% of nano-Schiff base copper complex; (iii) almost 7.42% was obtainable for the modified lubricant 3 with 1% of nano-SBCC; and (iv) almost 7.01% was obtainable for the modified lubricant 4 with 0.5% of nano-SBCC. These suggested that the addition of nano-Schiff base copper complex can efficiently decrease the friction coefficient of epoxidized or esterified microbial oil. Analyses of two-dimensional images, average profiles (across the mid-section y = 0 of the reciprocating sliding path), and three-dimensional topographies by confocal white light microscope for the worn surfaces of flats immersed in modified lubricant 1 and modified lubricant 2 suggested better wear-resistance of the modified lubricant 2 than that of the modified lubricant 1. The ability of wear resistance for the modified lubricant became better with the increasing content of nano-Schiff base copper complex from 0% to 2%. The study revealed the modification of epoxidized microbial oil + rape oil (1:1 volume ratio) and esterified microbial oil + rape oil (1:3 volume ratio) with Cu(II) chelate of bis(salicylaldehyde)ethylenediamine, reducing the magnitude of friction and wear because of their respective wear self-repairing ability. Such self-repairing ability furnishes the suitability of epoxidized microbial oil or esterified microbial oil to be effectively modified by nano-Schiff base copper complex and to substitute ordinary base oil as a mixture with rape oil.  相似文献

A chelating matrix prepared by immobilising folic acid on silica gel-bound amine phase was used as a new solid-phase extractant. This sorbent has been developed only for preconcentration of trace Pb(II) prior to determination by inductively coupled plasma atomic emission spectrometry (ICP-AES). Experimental conditions were investigated by batch and column procedures. The optimum pH value for the separation of Pb(II) on the new sorbent was 4.0. The adsorbed Pb(II) was quantitatively eluted by 2.0?cm3 of 0.5?mol?dm?3 of HCl. Common coexisting ions did not interfere with the separation and determination of Pb(II). The maximum static adsorption capacity of the sorbent under optimum conditions was found to be 69.23?mg?g?1 for Pb(II). The detection limit of the method defined by International Union of Pure and Applied Chemistry was 0.28?ng?cm?3. The relative standard deviation (RSD) of the method was lower than 2.0% (n?=?8). The developed method has been validated by analysing certified reference materials and successfully applied to the determination of Pb(II) in water samples with satisfactory results.  相似文献

ABSTRACT

In this work, a simple, sensitive and rapid method for the determination of trace amounts of catechol (CT) in aqueous media has been suggested. For this purpose, poly(1H-1,2,4-triazole-3-thiol) film was electrochemically deposited successfully at the gold electrode (Au/T3T). The electrochemical behaviour of CT was studied on the Au/T3T electrode by the cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry techniques. The anodic peak current value and the concentration of CT showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.015–2.8 µM. The limit of detection was found as 1.88 nM (S/N = 3). Besides, the reproducibility, repeatability, stability and interference measurements were also assayed. This sensor was applied successfully for the detection of CT in synthetic and real samples.  相似文献

The reaction mass spectrometry of cyclic glycols and monosaccharides with methylene chloride as reagent was studied. In the presence of ammonia, it was found that methylene chloride reacted stereoselectively with the quasi-molecular ions of cyclic glycols and monosaccharides to form characteristic ions, by comparison of the relative abundances of which the stereoisomers of cyclopentane-l,2-diols and cyclohexane-l,2-diols and some monosaccharides could be definitely distinguished.  相似文献

Here,the selective adsorption behaviors of guest molecule COR in two hexamer host grids were investigated by means of scanning tunnelling microscope(STM).The assembled structures of small functional organic molecules TTBTA and TATBA were thermodynamically stable.Interestingly,the introduction of the guest molecule COR destroyed the original hexamer structure of TTBTA and combined with it to form a new triangular host-guest system.Different from TTBTA,the introduction of the guest molecule COR did not affect the six-membered ring structure of TATBA.Furthermore,the co-assembly structure of TTBTA/TATBA/COR was established and the guest molecule COR showed preferential adsorption to the TATBA host grid.Density functional theory(DFT) calculations had been performed to disclose the mechanism of the involved assemblies.  相似文献
