Amplified distributed reflective optical star couplers

A practical configuration for an amplified distributed reflective N-star coupler using 2×2 3-dB fiber couplers and minimum numbers of erbium-doped fibers, pump lasers, and standard fibers is presented. The constitution and characteristics of this coupler are investigated. Besides a tremendous amount of saving of the required standard fibers, this distributed coupler is more efficient, more reliable, more flexible for future expansion, and more cost-effective for application in optical networks     

稀布阵综合脉冲孔径雷达旁瓣对消性能分析

定量分析了阵列孔径、干扰信号带宽、通道幅相误差以及Ａ／Ｄ变换器的量化噪声对大型稀布圆形阵列天线干扰对消效果的影响，介绍了稀布阵综合脉冲孔径雷达（ＳＩＡＲ）采用抽头延迟线以提高干扰对消性能的方法，并给出了数值计算与计算机模拟结果。

Study on a Cross Diffusion Parabolic System

This paper considers a kind of strongly coupled cross diffusion parabolic system,which can be usedas the multi-dimensional Lyumkis energy transport model in semiconductor science.The global existence andlarge time behavior are obtained for smooth solution to the initial boundary value problem.When the initialdata are a small perturbation of an isothermal stationary solution,the smooth solution of the problem under theinsulating boundary condition,converges to that stationary solution exponentially fast as time goes to infinity.

Isobar separation at FRS-ESR – a development towards pure isomeric stored beams

One important goal of the ILIMA project at FAIR is the study of masses and decay properties of relativistic isomeric beams stored and cooled in the planned storage-ring complex. A new scheme is described, where a storage-cooler ring is used for high-resolution mass separation. Experimental results on the separation of the isobaric pair ¹⁴⁰Pr-¹⁴⁰Ce are presented. P.
