Intramolecular interactions between fragments of L ‐phenylalanine, i.e., phenyl and alaninyl, have been investigated using dual space analysis (DSA) quantum mechanically. Valence space photoelectron spectra (PES), orbital energy topology and correlation diagram, as well as orbital momentum distributions (MDs) of L ‐phenylalanine, benzene and L ‐alanine are studied using density functional theory methods. While fully resolved experimental PES of L ‐phenylalanine is not yet available, our simulated PES reproduces major features of the experimental measurement. For benzene, the simulated orbital MDs for 1e1g and 1a2u orbitals also agree well with those measured using electron momentum spectra. Our theoretical models are then applied to reveal intramolecular interactions of the species on an orbital base, using DSA. Valence orbitals of L ‐phenylalanine can be essentially deduced into contributions from its fragments such as phenyl and alaninyl as well as their interactions. The fragment orbitals inherit properties of their parent species in energy and shape (ie., MDs). Phenylalanine orbitals show strong bonding in the energy range of 14‐20 eV, rather than outside of this region. This study presents a competent orbital based fragments‐in‐molecules picture in the valence space, which supports the fragment molecular orbital picture and building block principle in valence space. The main objective of this paper is to analyse residential demand by traffic destination, using a translogarithmic indirect utility function. We focus on five traffic directions, in order to construct a model adapted to evaluate the characteristics of telecommunications demand in a competitive market. The resulting price elasticities express high reactivity to own price changes for the main traffic directions, as well as little interactions between the different types of traffic. Moreover, the high values of income elasticities confirm the importance of income effects when analysing residential telecommunications demand. This model shows useful for welfare analysis. The computation of customers' income equivalent variation shows, on average, a higher willingness to pay for some traffic directions than the bill actually paid. Finally, we show that the optimal prices for the operator, in a cost minimisation point of view, are higher than the observed prices for local and national traffic directions. This emphasises the existence of important cross-subsidies among the different segments of customers. 相似文献

We present the measurements of the spin correlation parameterA ookk (np). A longitudinally polarized beam of free neutrons obtained from the break-up of polarized deuterons was scattered on the longitudinally polarized Saclay frozen-spin proton target. Measurements were carried out at SATURNE II, at neutron beam kinetic energies of 0.63, 0.88, 0.98 and 1.08 GeV. The data points cover the angular region from about 40° to 110° CM. The observed angular dependence ofA ookk (np) at 0.63 GeV agree with the phase shift analysis predictions except at small angles. 相似文献

flow information facilitating identification of flow structures associated with thrombus formation in this valve. The experimental
protocol was designed to ensure fluid dynamic similarity between the model and prototype heart valves. Flow was visualized
using dye injection. The detailed flow structures observed showed the hinge’s inflow channel was the most suspect region for

The main structure around m = 2.15 GeV first observed by the Argonne group in the spin-dependent total cross section ΔσL is confirmed in the energy range available at SIN. A simultaneous study of the scattered particles at small angles has been carried out with success and gave the spin-correlation parameter A00kk for the pp elastic scattering and for the reaction pp → π+d. The contribution of the 3-body reactions to this spin-dependent total cross section has been deduced and found to be lower than the contribution of the π+d reaction even at 583 MeV. 相似文献

The trajectory of a charged test particle under a Lorentz force is obtained as the geodesic of a riemannian four dimensional manifold. Originally, the geodesic equation is nonlinear in some vector field A′μ. The nonlinearity is traded in for the correct characteristic of the test particle through a gauge condition, imposed upon A′μ, which turns the geodesic into the fully covariant linear and gauge invariant Lorentz equation. Fitting the ratio inside the gauge leaves F′μν independent of and allows its identification with the E.-M. tensor Fμν. This four dimensional approach allows the identification of the fifth coordinate used in Kaluza's geometrization |1,2|. The gauge function appears as the sum of Hamilton-Jacobi function plus an additional term, related to the “length” of the trajectory.
