以4-甲氧基-N-(2-N’,N’-二甲基氨基乙基-N’-烯丙基)萘二甲酰亚胺氯化铵(DMNAA)为荧光单体, 合成了一种pH敏感荧光高分子聚N-异丙基丙烯酰胺-4-甲氧基-N-(2-N’,N’-二甲基氨基乙基-N’-烯丙基)萘二甲酰亚胺氯化铵-N,N-二甲基氨丙基甲基丙烯酰胺[P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)]. 采用共聚法将日本血吸虫抗原(SjAg)固定在P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)上, 制备P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)-SjAg连接物, 与日本血吸虫抗体(待测, SjAb)发生免疫反应后, 调节pH值, 使荧光高分子相变分离高分子-免疫组分连接物, 最后, 利用蛋白A对抗体的亲和性捕获P(NIP-DMAPM-DMNAA)-SjAg-SjAb, 通过测定高分子自身的荧光信号来定量 SjAb. 该新型高分子具有良好的荧光特性, 对pH响应快速, 37 ℃下相转变pH值为7.2, 分离免疫复合物时造成的损害低. 与传统相分离免疫分析比较, 新方法通过高分子相变分离和蛋白A捕获双重分离作用, 消除了非特异性组分和未反应的特异性免疫成分等的干扰; 利用高分子自身的荧光信号检测, 无须另外的标记物, 大大提高了免疫分析的简便性. 以日本血吸虫抗体为分析对象, 测得线性范围为1~1500 ng/mL, 抗体检出限为1.3 ng/mL, 相对标准偏差为3.6% (n=10), 结果令人满意.  相似文献

A new feruloyl amide derivative, named tribulusamide C, was isolated from the fruits of Tribulus terrestris. Its structure was determined on the basis of spectroscopic analysis including IR, 1-D-, 2-D-NMR and HR-ESI-MS. The structure of tribulusamide C was characterised by a unit of pyrrolidine-2,5-dione, which distinguished it from other lignanamides previously isolated from the fruits of T. terrestris.  相似文献

Template cations have been extensively employed in the formation, stabilization and regulation of structural polymorphism of G‐quadruplex structures in vitro. However, the direct addition of salts onto solid surfaces, especially under ultra‐high‐vacuum (UHV) conditions, to explore the feasibility and universality of the formation of G‐quartet complexes in a solventless environment has not been reported. By combining UHV‐STM imaging and DFT calculations, we have shown that three different G‐quartet‐M (M: Na/K/Ca) complexes can be obtained on Au(111) using alkali and alkaline earth salts as reactants. We have also identified the driving forces (intra‐quartet hydrogen bonding and electrostatic ionic bonding) for the formation of these complexes and quantified the interactions involved. Our results demonstrate a novel route to fabricate G‐quartet‐related complexes on solid surfaces, providing an alternative feasible way to bring metal elements to surfaces for constructing metal–organic systems.  相似文献

Code-Division Multiple-Access (CDMA) systems are interference limited,and therefore efficient interference management is necessary to enhance the performance of a CDMA system.In this paper,a successive beamforming (spatial filtering),linear decorrelating MultiUser Detection (MUD, temporal filtering) and diversity reception structure for uplink multicarrier Direct Sequence CDMA (DS-CDMA) system with antenna array are proposed.By beamforming,the antenna array suppresses interference according to the distinct array signature.Subsequently,linear decorrelating MUD is ap- plied to separate the signals of different users and eliminate Multiple Access Interference (MAI).Finally, the decorrelated signals at different subcarriers that belong to the same user are combined to achieve frequency diversity.Simulation results show that the proposed structure offers significant Bit Error Rate (BER) performance improvement by successively exploiting the space-time-frequency processing.  相似文献

采用基于密度泛函理论的第一性原理研究了钪(Sc)、氧空位(OV)单/共掺杂锐钛矿相TiO2,对晶体结构、形成能以及电子结构进行了对比分析.研究结果表明,Sc-TiO2在富氧环境下缺陷形成能为负值,富钛环境下缺陷形成能为正值,表明Sc-TiO2只能在富氧环境下制备;OV-TiO2、Sc-OV-TiO2在富氧或富钛环境下缺陷形成能均为负值,但富氧环境下形成能更低;OV-TiO2的0/1-缺陷电荷转变能级为深能级,而Sc-TiO2的0/1-缺陷电荷转变能级则属于相对较浅能级;与纯锐钛矿相TiO2相比,Sc-TiO2的禁带宽度略有减小,但OV-TiO2、Sc-OV-TiO2禁带宽度变宽.  相似文献

In order to analyze the Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics and modulation transfer function (MTF) of a tilted ring metallic mesh, an optical intensity distribution model of Fraunhofer diffraction is built using Huygens–Fresnel diffraction theory and the diffraction integral is carried out directly in the tilted mesh plane. The diffraction characteristics of the tilted ring metallic mesh are in good agreement with experimental results, which proves the correctness of the model established. MTF of an optical system with metallic mesh is calculated based on the model established and Fourier transform. Analysis shows that the degradation of MTF caused by diffraction of a ring mesh is much less than that of a square mesh whether they are vertical or tilted to the optical axis. Therefore, ring mesh can provide higher imaging quality than square mesh when they are used as high-pass filters in optical windows. A tilted array diffraction modulating factor is abstracted and believed useful in the analysis of diffractive characteristics of tilted square mesh and ring mesh, and it can be extended to Fraunhofer diffractive characteristics analysis of other tilted diffraction arrays.  相似文献

In this study, we systematically investigated two-pseudoscalar meson systems with the Bethe-Salpeter equation in the ladder and instantaneous approximations. By solving the Bethe-Salpeter equation numerically with the kernel containing the one-particle exchange diagrams, we found that the \begin{document}$ K\bar{K} $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ DK $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ B\bar{K} $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ D\bar{D} $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ B\bar{B} $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ BD $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ D\bar{K} $\end{document}, \begin{document}$ BK $\end{document}, and \begin{document}$ B\bar{D} $\end{document} systems with \begin{document}$ I=0 $\end{document} can exist as bound states. We also studied the contributions from heavy meson (\begin{document}$ J/\psi $\end{document} and \begin{document}$\Upsilon $\end{document}) exchanges and found that the contributions from heavy meson exchanges cannot be ignored.  相似文献

An electron trap having an energy level of 0.14 eV from the conduction band edge was found in the bulk of copper-diffused VPE-grown n-GaAs0.6P0.4 by conventional DLTS measurements and by pulse-duration dependent capacitance amplitude measurements. The capture cross section at room temperature is about 1.0×10–21 cm2 and has a weak temperature dependence. These properties are attributed to a non-repulsive center having a capturing mechanism which involves multiphonon emission processes with hardly any lattice relaxation. Evolution of the spatial distributions of the traps with time under junction electric field were studied. The results suggest that the trap is positively charged and has a high diffusivity under electric field. The center can thus be identified as positively charged interstitial copper ion rather than some form of copper complexes.  相似文献
