ZnSe棱镜折叠波导CO_2激光器的研究

研制了使用ZnSe棱镜折叠的波导CO_2激光器,提出一种CO_2激光—He-Ne激光调整光路的方法,并获得了该种折叠激光器的振荡。进一步的改进可以提高其输出功率而得到实用性的器件。     

Crystal and molecular structures of 1-[3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propenoyl]pyrrolidine.

The crystal structure of 1-[3-(3,4-dimethoxyphenyl)-2-propenoyl]pyrrolidine (C15H19NO3) (I) has been determined by X-ray analysis. It crystallizes orthorhombic space group Pbca with a = 24.295(3), b = 15.086(3), c = 7.552(3)A, V = 2768(1)A3, Z = 8, Dcalc = 1.254 g/cm3, mu = (Mo K(alpha)) = 0.87 cm(-1). The title compound has analgesic activity of cycloaliphatic amine part. The molecule is deviated from planar configuration.     

退火损伤对Er注入GaAs和Yb注入InP发光的影响

本文报道了CaAs∶Er、InP∶Yb发光样品的二次离子质谱、X-射线双晶衍射测量结果及其与Er离子的表面成份的关系.分析讨论了退火损伤对GaAs∶Er和InP∶Yb发光的影响以及Er~(3+)复合体发光中心模型.     

Optimizing the optical field distribution of solid immersion lens system by a continuous phase filter

In solid immersion lens (SIL) microscopy systems with high numerical aperture (NA), there always exists the aberration produced by Fresnel effects at the interface between SIL and the sample. This aberration may cause the degradation of the image of sample. We design a continuous phase filter and optimize the optical field distribution of SIL system. The numerical results show that when the continuous phase filter is used, the field distribution of SIL system can be optimized, and the focal depth and intensity of transmitted light can be increased. At the same time, the intensity of side-lobe and the resolution are kept almost unchanged.     

Geometrical study of paraxial light beam transmission in free space

By introducing an imaginary space transform curvature ρ_s, a complex space called Riemannian space is constructed, in which the light propagating in free space has the trajectory of straight line while propagating. Moreover, this curvature couples with that of the wave front of the paraxial beam ρ_w, and therefore a complex curvature ρ_c is constructed, which can be employed to investigate the behavior of the light transmission and to generalize the ABCD law. 高峰值功率重频脉冲固体激光器

综述了高峰值功率重频脉冲固体激光器的发展现状，对其中的Ｑ开关、腔倒空、锁模等窄脉冲技术和放大技术进行了分析，展示了高峰值功率重频脉冲固体激光器的发展前景。     

关于电视群信号对光纤副载波调频传输中的信噪比平衡问题的分析

本文对微波副载波用电视群信号调频的光纤传输中的信噪比平衡问题进行了分析,推导出VSB-AM信号在解调后的信噪比表达式,引入了信噪比恶化系数的概念.为了实现多路VSB-AM信号间的信噪比的平衡,相应的微波副载波频偏应有确定的比例关系.     

InGaAsP/InP有源双稳放大器的实验研究

本文报导了室温下F—P型InGaAsP/InP双异质结半导体激光放大器的双稳态效应,放大器的增益为20dB。     

Banach空间上算子张量积的联合谱

本文主要研究了 Banach 空间上交换算子组的张量积以及 Banach 代数的张量积中交换元组的 Taylor 联合谱,推广了 Vasilescu,F.H.及 Wrobel,V.等人结果。
