Solid Phase Synthesis of 4H-Pyrimido[2,1-b] Benzothiazol-4-ones from Resin-Bound Cyclic Malonic Ester

The solid phase synthesis of 4H-pyrimido[2,1-6] benzothizaol-4-ones has been reported.     

~(14)N ENDOR Study on Bis(2-Hydroxylphenyl Ketoxime)-~(63)Cu(Ⅱ) Complex

The ENDOR spectrum of ~(14)N-~(63)Cu-HAP complex in DMSO/EtOH (5:1) freezing solution at 20 K has been studied using orientational selective method in this paper. The anisotropic superhyperfine coupling tensor and qusdrupole coupling tensor of ligand ~(14)N nucleus, and the superhyperfine coupling tensor of various ~1H nuclei have been measured precisely. Comparing the superhyperfine coupling tensor of ~(14)N-nucleus with previous work shows that the analytical method of spectrum is reasonable and the data are reliable in our previous work.     

羧甲基壳聚糖/聚乙烯醇/甘油环氧树脂蛇笼型复合螯合膜的制备及对金属离子的吸附性能

以交联甘油环氧树脂交联的聚乙烯醇(PVA)为笼树脂，羧甲基壳聚糖(CCTS)为蛇树脂制备了具有蛇笼结构的复合螯合膜，研究了其对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 、Fe^3 、Zn^2 ，Hg”^2 、Cd^2 等金属离子的吸附性能，研究表明，该树脂对Cu^2 、Ni^2 、Pb^2 有较好的吸附性能，其中PVA是对Cu^2 的吸附的主要贡献者，而CCTS则是在对Ni^2 的吸附中起主要作用。该树脂可以用于含Cu^2 废水的处理。

A New Approach to α—Bromochalcones

α-Bromo benzolymethylene triphenylphosphorane 3 has been synthesized by the reaction of benzoylmethylene triphenylphosphorane 1 with N-bromosuccinimide in the yield of 87% and can react with aromatic aldehydes 4 to give α-bromochalcones 5 in good yields.     

Chitosan-mediated and spatially selective electrodeposition of nanoscale particles

Nanoscale particles offer a variety of interesting properties, and there is growing interest in their assembly into higher ordered structures. We report that the pH-responsive aminopolysaccharide chitosan can mediate the electrodeposition of model nanoparticles. Chitosan is known to electrodeposit at the cathode surface in response to a high localized pH. To demonstrate that chitosan can mediate nanoparticle deposition, we suspended fluorescently labeled latex nanoparticles (100 nm diameter spheres) in a chitosan solution (1%) and performed electrodeposition (0.05 mA/cm2 for several minutes). Results demonstrate that chitosan is required for nanoparticle electrodeposition; chitosan confers spatial selectivity to electrodeposition; and nanoparticles distribute throughout the electrodeposited chitosan film. Additionally, we observed that the deposited films reversibly swell upon rehydration. This work indicates that chitosan provides a simple means to assemble nanoparticles at addressable locations and provides further evidence that stimuli-responsive biological materials may facilitate fabrication at the microscale.

微机电系统扭转微镜面驱动器的研制

提出了一种新颖的采用键合减薄工艺制作的微机电系统扭转微镜面驱动器,该种微镜面驱动器工艺制作简便可行.通过对研制的微镜面驱动器进行测试,该驱动器在18V驱动电压时可以达到0.3°的扭转角度,微镜面的频率响应时间小于1ms.同时该驱动器具有较大的微反射镜面,面积达到600μm×700μm,试验结果表明微镜面驱动器将可以应用于光通信领域.     

用于大功率半导体激光器的新型焊料

在大功率半导体激光器列阵及叠阵的组装中,焊料的选择是极其关键的,因为焊料直接参与对激光器的导电、导热激光器所需的电流全部从焊料通过,而半导体激光器列阵或叠阵工作时电流是很大的,可达50A～100A。同时半导体激光器工作时产生的热量非常大,如焊料的导热性不好,由于电流的热效应,就会在焊料上产生巨大的热量,使焊料熔化。文中研制了一种新型的焊料,这种焊料在两层铟之间蒸镀几层金,焊料由钨/镍/金/铟/铜等多层金属构成。利用这种焊料研制出脉冲功率达100W的半导体激光器列阵。
