The main circuit topology, control hardware and control sequence of the cathode filament power supply for the HL-2A neutral beam heating system was introduced. Feedback control simulation of main circuit of filament power supply is carried out through MATLAB simulation software. It is found that the ripple factor is about 1%when the current is about 1000A, and the ripple coefficient increases to 3% when the current drops to 200A. Without the AC filter reactor in series L₁ and parallel harmonic filter LC in the low level control cabinet, the output current ripple coefficient becomes larger obviously. It shows that L₁ and LC not only absorb harmonic current, but also filter the chopper waveform after AC voltage regulation to make the output waveform smoother.

５－甲基吡咯－２－羧酸酯在磺酰氢，溴或四乙酸铅作用下，生成相应的在５－甲基上含取代基的产物，后者不经分离不便可自缩合得标题化合物，核磁共振氢谱研究和分子构象木匠，当３，３位的取代基为甲酸（酯）基或乙酸（酯）基时，可形成３，３位酯基与另一吡咯环上的氮氢之间的分子内氢键，而３，３位是其它取代基，如乙酰基，丙酸（酯）基，丁酸（酯）基时不能形成类似的分子内氢键。

一维螺旋状3，6-哒嗪二甲酸镉(Ⅱ)配位聚合物的合成与结构

Using the ligand pyridazine-3，6-dicarboxylate (H₂pzdc)， a coordination polymer [Cd₂(pzdc)₂(H₂O)₄] was synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis， thermal analysis， IR and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The complex crystallizes in the tetragonal system with space group I4₁/a. The crystallographic data are: a=1.470 6(4) nm， c=1.489 8(6) nm， V=3.222 0(19) nm³， Z=16， μ=2.725 mm^-1， D_c=2.594 g·cm^-3， R₁=0.017 8， wR₂=0.044 6. In the complex， the cadmium(Ⅱ) ions with the eight-coordinated dodecahedral geometry are linked by the pzdc ligands to generate one-dimensional chains， which are associated into the three-dimensional architecture via O-H…O hydrogen bonding. Increase of Calcium Levels at Interphase in NIH 3T3 Cells

The fluorescent calcium ion indicator dye Fluo-3 and DNA-binding dye Hoechst 33342 were employed to determine, in a quantitative microspectrofluorometric study, the intracellular calcium ion concentration ([Ca~(2+)]_i) and the DNA content of individual living NIH3T3 cells. The well-separated excitation and emission properties of these dyes allowed us to establish for each cell both the phase of the cell cycle using DNA content and [Ca~(2+)]_i. We found that the transition from G_1, through S, to the G_2 phase is accompanied by a two-fold increase in [Ca~(2+)]_i. The [Ca~(2+)]_i was inhomologous in each phase of the interphase (G_1, S and G_2) although [Ca~(2+)]_i in the S and G_2 phases was never lower than certain threshold values in the G_1 and S phases respectively. [Ca~(2+)]_i in G_0 cells was lower than that in G_2 cells. These changes in [Ca~(2+)]_i suggest that [Ca~(2+)]_i may be an import regulator of cell cycle progression.     

含磷二肽的合成及其除草活性的研究（Ⅳ）

本文采用α-氨基膦酸酯与N-氯乙酰基氨基酸酯进行反应,合成了通式为(PhO)_2POCHRNHCH_2CONHCHR~1COOR~2的一系列新型含磷二肽,通过~1H NMR、IR、MS和元素分析证明了其结构。初步生物活性测定表明其中有些化合物具有较高的选择性除草活性。     

顺式-二(乙二胺)二硝基合钴(Ⅲ)苹果酸盐的晶体结构及手性识别

合成了标题化合物，并用X-射线衍射法确定了该分子的晶体结构。化合物Δ（λλ），Λ（δδ）－cis－[Co（en）2（NO2）2]2d，l-C4H4O5，Co2C12N12O13H22，Mr=657．94．晶体属单斜晶系，空间群为P21/c，晶胞参数：a=13．969（4），b=6.440（1），c＝14．408（4）A，β=94.37（1）°，V=1292．3A3，Z=2，Dc=1．69g／cm3，μ=105.833cm－1，F（000）=668.最终偏离因子R=0.066，Rw=0．085。结构分析表明晶体存在无序现象，其阴离子C4H4O52-有两种排列方式。R-构型和S-构型的几率各为50％，手性识别是通过Δ构型的阳离子与阴离子R-构型C原子上羟基氧形成氢键相互作用；Λ构型的阳离子与阴离子S-构型C原子上羟基氧形成氢键相互作用而实现的。
