提出一种新型时域反射系数渐进公式,该公式形式简单且不受截断误差影响,解析式完备且结果精确,可有效地提高时域射线跟踪法的预测精度。用新方法对室内超宽带信号的平均功率延迟分布进行了预测,仿真结果和公开发表的文献结果相比,一致性良好。研究工作证明:新型时域射线跟踪法是预测超宽带信号传播特性的一种有效方法。  相似文献

The multi-objective optimization of inverse planning based on the Pareto solution set, according to the multi-objective character of inverse planning in accurate radiotherapy, was studied in this paper. Firstly,the clinical requirements of a treatment plan were transformed into a multi-objective optimization problem with multiple constraints. Then, the fast and elitist multi-objective Non-dominated Sorting Genetic Algorithm (NSGA-Ⅱ)was introduced to optimize the problem. A clinical example was tested using this method. The results show that an obtained set of non-dominated solutions were uniformly distributed and the corresponding dose distribution of each solution not only approached the expected dose distribution, but also met the dosevolume constraints. It was indicated that the clinical requirements were better satisfied using the method and the planner could select the optimal treatment plan from the non-dominated solution set.  相似文献

传统彩虹测量技术标定复杂、精度可重复性差且难以适应密闭空间。一种基于多彩虹谱线自标定方法,可省去原有的标定系统装置,将标定过程内化于对彩虹信号的处理,以水为例的测量偏差仅为0.13%。将该技术应用于混合喷雾液滴组分浓度测量中,探究并优化了参与混合的两种液体组分的方案。实验采用60%乙醇-水混合喷雾,原位测量了混合喷雾场多点组分浓度,测量结果差别可以控制在0.5%以内,表明该方法技术在相关领域的应用潜力。  相似文献

In this paper,we present an innovative method of double balanced differential configuration,in which two adjacent single photon avalanche diodes(SPADs)from the same wafer are configured as the first balanced structure,and the output signal from the first balanced stage is subtracted by the attenuated gate driving signal as the second balanced stage.The compact device is cooled down to 236 K to be characterized.At a gate repetition rate of 400 MHz and a1 550 nm laser repetition rate of 10 MHz,the maximum photon detection efficiency of 13.5%can be achieved.The dark count rate is about 10-4 ns-1 at photon detection efficiency of 10%.The afterpulsing probability decreases with time exponentially.It is shown that this configuration is effective to discriminate the ultra-weak avalanche signal in high speed gating rates.  相似文献

Er3+/Ce3+co-doped tellurite-based glasses with composition of TeO 2-Zn O-Na2O are prepared by high-temperature melt-quenching technique.Effects of Ce2O3 content on the 1.53μm band fluorescence spectra and fluorescence lifetime of Er3+are measured and investigated.It is found that the tellurite glass containing Ce2O3 with molar concentration of 0.25%exhibits an increment of 13%in 1.53μm fluorescence intensity and an increment of 15%in the 4I13/2 level lifetime.The results indicate that the prepared tellurite-based glass with a suitable Er3+/Ce3+codoping concentration is an excellent gain medium applied for broadband Er3+-doped fiber amplifier(EDFA)pumped with a980 nm laser diode.  相似文献

In this paper, the RS-Turbo concatenated code is applied to coherent optical orthogonal frequency division multiplexing (CO-OFDM) system. RS(186,166,8) and Turbo code with code rate of 1/2 are employed for RS-Turbo concatenated code. Two decoding algorithms, which are Max-Log-MAP algorithm and Log-MAP algorithm, are adopted for Turbo decoding, and the iteration Berlekamp-Massey (BM) algorithm is adopted for RS decoding. The simulation results show that the bit error rate (BER) performance of CO-OFDM system with RS-Turbo concatenated code is significantly improved at high optical signal to noise ratio (OSNR), and the iteration number is reduced compared with that of the Turbo coded system. Furthermore, when the Max-Log-MAP algorithm is adopted for Turbo decoding, the transmission distance of CO-OFDM system with RS-Turbo concatenated code can reach about 400 km without error, while that of the Turbo coded system can only reach about 240 km when BER is lower than 10-4 order of magnitude.  相似文献

针对超宽带滤波器的插入损耗和选择性问题,提出一种基于折叠枝节加载多模谐振器结构的超宽带滤波器。通过调节谐振器的阻抗比及电长度比,可以控制谐振频率。仿真与实验结果吻合良好,表明采用折叠枝节加载形式,可以使滤波器具有低插入损耗和良好的选择性。通带范围在2.9~10.7 GHz,带内插入损耗优于1 d B,实现相对带宽114%。  相似文献
