The development of express method for detection of endocrine-disrupting chemicals (EDC) such as alkylphenols is required for ecological monitoring. Several attempts have been made to produce antibodies against 4-nonylphenol (NP) in recent years. This work describes the production of new antibodies against NP and also summarizes the characterization of antibodies obtained earlier. Three approaches used to produce alkylphenol-specific antibodies are compared; these are based on: 1. omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonanoic or omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)heptanoic acid NP derivatives designed to mimic the linear NP isomer; 2. 4-aminophenol, which potentially mimics various substituted phenolic compounds with different side-chain structures at position 4 of the benzene ring; and 3. a mixture of branched NP isomers, conjugated to the carrier protein via a benzene ring by the Mannich reaction, and expected to be the closest mimic of NP structure by preserving its natural alkyl moiety.Fluorescence polarization immunoassays based on different combinations of antibody and labeled antigen for screening detection of NP were developed and structural aspects of assay sensitivity and specificity were investigated. The assays based on the antisera raised against omega-(4-hydroxyphenyl)nonanoic acid and NP conjugate via Mannich reaction are capable of express detection of NP with detection limit of 7 microg mL(-1 )and assay dynamic range of 18-300 microg mL(-1).  相似文献

The purpose of the paper is to introduce and to investigate a new class of fractional integrals connected with balls in ?n. Enabling the lithium metal anode (LMA) in solid-state batteries (SSBs) is the key to developing high energy density battery technologies. However, maintaining a stable electrode–electrolyte interface presents a critical challenge to high cycling rate and prolonged cycle life. One such issue is the interfacial pore formation in LMA during stripping. To overcome this, either higher stack pressure or binary lithium alloy anodes are used. Herein, it is shown that fine-grained (d = 20 µm) polycrystalline LMA can avoid pore formation by exploiting the microstructural dependence of the creep rates. In a symmetric cell set-up, i.e., LiǀLi6.25Al0.25La3Zr2O12(LLZO)ǀLi, fine-grained LMA achieves > 11.0 mAh cm−2 compared to ≈ 3.6 mAh cm−2 for coarse-grained LMA (d = 295 µm) at 0.1 mA cm−2 and at moderate stress of 2.0 MPa. Smaller diffusion lengths (≈ 20 µm) and higher diffusivity pathway along dislocations (Dd ≈ 10−7 cm2 s−1), generated during cell fabrication, result in enhanced viscoplastic deformation in fine-grained polycrystalline LMA. The electrochemical performances corroborate well with estimated creep rates. Thus, microstructural control of LMA can significantly reduce the required stack pressure during stripping. These results are particularly relevant for “anode-free” SSBs wherein both the microstructure and the mechanical state of the lithium are critical parameters.  相似文献

We define a quantum-algebra associated to as an associative algebra depending on two parameters. For special values of the parameters, this algebra becomes the ordinary-algebra of , or theq-deformed classical-algebra algebra of . We construct free field realizations of the quantum-algebra and the screening currents. We also point out some interesting elliptic structures arising in these algebras. IR spectra of solutions of methanesulfonic acid in acetonitrile are recorded and analyzed at 30°C at methanesulfonic acid concentrations ranging from 0 to 100%. Molecular 1 : 1 complexes with the coordination of the acid proton at the nitrogen atom of the acetonitrile molecule are formed over a wide range of acid concentrations. When the base is in excess, the whole amount of the acid is bound in these complexes. In solutions with excess acid, the solvation of the 1 : 1 complexes by several methanesulfonic acid molecules produces associates containing a structure fragment in which the acetonitrile molecule acts as both the donor and acceptor of hydrogen bonds. Hydrogen bonds involving CH3 groups of acetonitrile can be formed when the 1 : 1 complexes are solvated by several acid molecules.  相似文献

To reveal useful environmental information which is contained in large analytical data sets, an approach, based on the successive application of hierarchical cluster analysis and factor analysis, is proposed. Estimation criteria to determine the most suitable number of clusters and/or factors, are discussed and the interpretation of the cluster and factor analyses results is performed using visual techniques. The data sets were obtained by scanning electron microscope-energy-dispersive X-ray analysis of individual North Sea aerosol particles.  相似文献

Abstract— Previous studies (Biolo et al., Photochem. Photobiol. 59, 362-365, 1994) showed that liposome-delivered Si(IV)-na-phthalocyanine (SiNc) photosensitizes B16 pigmented melanoma subcutaneously transplanted in C57 mice to the action of 776 nm light. However, the efficacy of the phototreatment was limited by a lack of selectivity of tumor targeting by SiNc as well as by incomplete necrosis of the neoplastic mass. The present investigations show that the use of a different delivery system (Cremophor emulsion vs liposomes of dipalmitoylphosphatidylcholine) causes no significant increase in the selectivity of tumor targeting for three injected doses of SiNc (0.5, 1, 2 mg/kg). However, upon 776 nm light irradiation (300 mW/cm2; 520 J/cm2), the delay in the rate of tumor growth was maximal (7-8 days) for the highest naphthalocyanine dose. On the other hand, a remarkable improvement in the tumor response was obtained by inducing an intratumoral temperature increase to 44°C immediately after PDT. The thermal effect appeared to be due to photoexcitation of melanin by 776 nm light (550 mW/cm2; 520 J/cm2) and subsequent partial conversion of absorbed energy into heat.  相似文献

The ion interaction approach developed by Pitzer was used for the prediction of volumetric properties of mixed electrolyte solutions at 25°C based on parameters calculated from experimental data for single-solute electrolyte solutions. Such an approach was shown to be especially effective for application to the calculation of volumetric properties of natural hypersaline brines and of industrial electrolyte solutions of large complexity. The use of the latest recommended sets of volumetric ion interaction parameters for single electrolyte solutions and symmetrical mixing parameters for Na–K–Cl ion combinations considerably improved the precision of the density calculations of highly concentrated mixed electrolyte solutions and of various natural waters.  相似文献
