信息系统灾难恢复能力评估方法研究

论文提出了一种信息系统灾难恢复能力评估方法:信息资产分析方法、本地灾难恢复和远程灾难恢复等级的划分方法,并在此基础上,利用AHP层次分析法,构建了一套灾难恢复能力评估指标体系。该方法可以使评估结果具有更好的针对性和全面性。     

基于击键动力学和口令的双因素用户验证

提出基于击键动力学和口令的一种新的身份验证方法，该方法监视用户在输入口令时的用户击键特征的有关数据，通过采用监视键盘输入时一种新的三键持续时间的击键特征表示，用一种表示用户节奏的相对击键速度的距离衡量方式，在正常样本上建立用户模式，然后用新样本与用户模式的距离匹配情况来验证用户身份的合法性。实验表明该方法简单实用，识别效率高。     

Study of Disk-Loaded Waveguide Filled with Plasma

Recently disk-loaded waveguide has been widely used in high-power traveling wave tubes (HPTWT). It has been shown in many experiments that the interaction efficiency and output power can be increased greatly by injecting plasma into the vacuum microwave device. Using field analysis, the dispersion characteristics and the interaction impedance of the disk-loaded waveguide filled with plasma are analyzed in a strong longitudinal magnetic field. In conclusion, the frequency of the TM₀₁ mode increases as the density of the plasma increases. It also can be found when the plasma density increases to a large scale, the TM₀₁ mode of the disk-loaded waveguide overlaps the TG mode, these two modes couple each other and form the new hybrid modes.

基于矢量平均的信道估计算法

提出一种适用于DS-CDMA无线通信系统的低计算量而性能良好的信道估计算法。在DS-CDMA系统中，当接收信号经过解扩或多用户检测等时域预处理后，可以认为干扰大大减弱、期望信号在处理后的信号中占主要地位。这样，用预处理后信号相关阵的最大特征值对应的特征矢量可以很好地近似期望信号的信道矢量。但是，直接特征分解需要很大的计算量，特征跟踪计算量较低，但瞬态性能较差。本文提出一种基于相关矩阵列矢量平均的信道估计算法，该算法不需要特征分解或跟踪。仿真结果表明：新算法在降低计算量的情况下可以获得同直接特征分解方法几乎相同的性能。

On trading wavelengths with fibers: a cost-performance based study

We consider the effect of multiple fibers on wavelength division multiplexing networks without wavelength conversion. We study networks with dynamic wavelength routing and develop accurate analytical models to compare various possible options using single- and multiple-fiber networks. We use results of an analytical model and simulation-based studies to evaluate the blocking performance and cost of multifiber networks. The number of fibers required providing high performance in multifiber networks and their costs are compared. A case is made for using multiple fibers in each link with fewer wavelengths instead of using a single fiber with many wavelengths. In particular, we show that a network with four fibers per link and with four wavelengths on each fiber without any wavelength conversion on any node yields similar same performance as the networks with one fiber per link and 16 wavelengths per fiber on each link and with full wavelength conversion capability on all nodes. In addition, the multifiber network may also offer the cost advantage depending on the relative cost of components. We develop a parametric cost model to show that multiple fibers in each link are an attractive option. Finally, such multifiber networks also has fault tolerance, with respect to a single fiber failure, already built into the system.     

High-performance MIM capacitor using ALD high-k HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectrics

For the first time, we successfully fabricated and demonstrated high performance metal-insulator-metal (MIM) capacitors with HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate dielectric using atomic layer deposition (ALD) technique. Our data indicates that the laminate MIM capacitor can provide high capacitance density of 12.8 fF//spl mu/m/sup 2/ from 10 kHz up to 20 GHz, very low leakage current of 3.2 /spl times/ 10/sup -8/ A/cm/sup 2/ at 3.3 V, small linear voltage coefficient of capacitance of 240 ppm/V together with quadratic one of 1830 ppm/V/sup 2/, temperature coefficient of capacitance of 182 ppm//spl deg/C, and high breakdown field of /spl sim/6 MV/cm as well as promising reliability. As a result, the HfO/sub 2/-Al/sub 2/O/sub 3/ laminate is a very promising candidate for next generation MIM capacitor for radio frequency and mixed signal integrated circuit applications.
