基于状态的测控设备维护决策方法

为解决定期预防性维护存在的弊端,提出了基于状态的测控设备维护决策方法,并参照OSA-CBM标准,构建了适用于测控系统的维护决策系统。通过对状态监测、故障诊断、性能评估、状态预测等关键技术的研究表明,该方法切实可行,可进一步提升测控设备维护管理水平。     

Spiking patterns of a hippocampus model in electric fields

We develop a model of CA3 neurons embedded in a resistive array to mimic the effects of electric fields from a new perspective. Effects of DC and sinusoidal electric fields on firing patterns in CA3 neurons are investigated in this study. The firing patterns can be switched from no firing pattern to burst or from burst to fast periodic firing pattern with the increase of DC electric field intensity. It is also found that the firing activities are sensitive to the frequency and amplitude of the sinusoidal electric field. Different phase-locking states and chaotic firing regions are observed in the parameter space of frequency and amplitude. These findings are qualitatively in accordance with the results of relevant experimental and numerical studies. It is implied that the external or endogenous electric field can modulate the neural code in the brain. Furthermore, it is helpful to develop control strategies based on electric fields to control neural diseases such as epilepsy.     

分子束外延碲镉汞探测器的变结面积I-V测试研究

碲镉汞红外探测器的表面钝化处理对器件暗电流有较大影响,决定了器件的探测性能。为了研究表面钝化层不同生长方式对暗电流的抑制效果,使用分子束外延(Molecular Beam Epitaxy, MBE)系统在Si基衬底上生长碲镉汞材料,分别通过磁控溅射和原位钝化方法生长CdTe/ZnS钝化膜层。采用半导体工艺在碲镉汞材料上制备了变面积光伏探测器。通过测试不同钝化膜层器件的暗电流,分析零偏电阻和面积乘积(R₀A)与周长面积之比(p/A)的关系。结果表明,磁控溅射生长钝化层的Si基碲镉汞器件存在较大的隧穿电流,而原位钝化生长钝化层的Si基碲镉汞器件能更有效地抑制表面漏电流。拟合器件R₀A因子随PN结面积的变化,得出原位生长钝化层的器件具有更好的钝化效果。变面积器件的制备和测试能够有效且直观地反映器件性能。     

一种同步控制方法的设计与实现

以无线电导航设备为工程背景,设计一种基于可编程器件的数字锁相环。在论述锁相环的工作原理和功能的基础上,详细地给出了数字锁相环中各组成部分的设计。该锁相环采用FPGA作为核心器件,在片内实现了所有逻辑,极大地减少了分立元件的使用,系统性能良好。     

Effect of biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic properties of bilayer CrI3

Two-dimensional van der Waals magnetic materials are intriguing for applications in the future spintronics devices, so it is crucial to explore strategy to control the magnetic properties. Here, we carried out first-principles calculations and Monte Carlo simulations to investigate the effect of biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure on the magnetic properties of the bilayer CrI₃. We found that the magnetic anisotropy, intralayer and interlayer exchange interactions, and Curie temperature can be tuned by biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure. Large compressive biaxial strain may induce a ferromagneticto-antiferromagnetic transition of both CrI₃ layers. The hydrostatic pressure could enhance the intralayer exchange interaction significantly and hence largely boost the Curie temperature. The effect of the biaxial strain and hydrostatic pressure revealed in the bilayer CrI₃ may be generalized to other two-dimensional magnetic materials.     

基于双目立体视觉实现物体三维测量的研究

以双目立体视觉理论为基础,提取立体图像的Harris角点作为特征点,经过基于小波变换的子线段匹配方法,采用由粗到细的匹配策略匹配端点,盒滤波技术加速法,解决了匹配准确度和匹配速度之间的平衡问题.采用该方法对水泥冷却机内熟料进行测量,实验表明该方法能够较精确的对物体实现三维测量.     

0.18μm工艺下p-n结电荷收集的三维TCAD模拟

采用三维TCAD模拟的手段,针对0.18μm工艺下的真实p-n结,研究了偏压、温度、衬底掺杂浓度和LET对辐射诱导的SET电流脉冲的影响. 研究结果表明,在1.62～1.98V的范围内,偏压对电流脉冲的形状有明显影响,而对2ns内的电荷收集总量几乎没有影响;电流脉冲峰值和2ns内的电荷收集总量均随着温度的增加而降低,但温度对电流脉冲峰值的影响更大,而对电荷收集总量的影响相对较小;在典型的现代工艺条件下,衬底掺杂浓度的起伏对单粒子加固性能的影响基本可以忽略;电流脉冲的峰值和电荷收集量二者均随着LET的增加而增加.     

分布式智能ERP体系结构的研究

文章分析了传统ERP系统存在的问题,针对系统智能性、可重构性差等缺点,基于"软件人"、多库协同等技术提出了"分布式智能ERP系统"的体系结构模型,为系统的设计和应用提供了基础.     

Coral reef-like polyanaline nanotubes prepared by a reactive template of manganese oxide for supercapacitor electrode

Coral reef-like PANI nanotubes composed of nanopaticles were successfully synthesized by a reactive template of manganese oxide.The structure was characterized by using SEM,TEM,and FT-IR,and the supercapacitive behaviors of these nanotubes were investigated with cyclic voltammetry（CV）,and charge-discharge tests,respectively.A maximum specific capacitance of 533 F/g could be achieved in 1mol/L aqueous H₂SO₄ with the potential range of -0.2 to 0.8 V（vs.the saturated calomel electrode） in a half-cell setup configuration for PANI electrode,suggesting its potential application in the electrode material for electrochemical capacitors.     

CAN总线在航空模块化综合系统中的应用

为满足航空模块化综合系统中对控制总线的需求,提出了采用现场控制总线CAN作为系统控制总线的方法.针对CAN总线在航空应用中存在的不支持总线冗余和消息时延不确定的不足,结合模块化系统的技术特征,通过制定系统的高层通信协议和冗余机制,成功实现了CAN总线在模块化系统中的工程实例应用,可为今后其它类似系统提供参考.
