Films of (Cd-Pb)S have been prepared using chemical deposition in aqueous alkaline bath and their subsequent condensation on substrates. Important achievements in terms of electrical response, optical absorption and photoconductivity (PC) excitation spectra, SEM, XRD and photoluminescence (PL) studies are presented and discussed. From the photocurrent curves, the ratio I PC (saturated photocurrent)/I DC (dark current) was observed to be of the order of 106 for the systems prepared with CdCl2, and to be 107 when doped with samarium nitrate. Values of trap depth E, lifetime and mobility are evaluated from the PC decay. Band gaps are determined from the two spectra. Diffraction lines in XRD studies are associated with CdS and PbS, and according to SEM studies, layered growth of the films takes place. PL of samarium-doped (Cd-Pb)S films shows an emission peak in the green-yellow region under 365-nm excitation. The PL brightness decreases with temperature.  相似文献

Integrated microprojectors are being developed to project a large image on any surface chosen by the users. For a laser-based microprojector, a piezo-electric based adaptive optics unit is adopted in the green laser architecture. The operation of this unit depends on stick-slip motion between the sliding components. Nanolubrication of adaptive optics sliding components is needed to reduce wear and for smooth operation. In this study, a methodology to measure lubricant thickness distribution with a nanoscale resolution is developed. Friction, adhesion, and wear mechanisms of lubricant on the sliding components are studied. Effect of actual composite components, scan direction, scale effect, temperature, and humidity to correlate AFM data with the microscale device performance is studied.  相似文献

Three antihypertensive agents were extracted and isolated from commercial formulations. These were purified and characterized by melting point, lambdamax and IR. The percentage recovery by extraction process was in the range 81-91%. Active ingredients from binary formulations were separated by RP-HPLC using methanol-water (50:50 v/v) and by TLC using CHCl3-CH3OH (6:1) as mobile phase. Detection was by UV at 210 nm in HPLC, and by iodine vapors in TLC. The solvent conditions from TLC were transferred to open column chromatographic separation. Quantitative determination was carried out using TLC and column chromatography supplemented with UV spectrophotometry. Recovery was in the range 82-93%. Two combination of drugs, viz. amlodipine+ramipril and amlodipine+enalapril, were separated by the three modes of liquid chromatography. The percentage recovery was in the range 80-92% by open column.  相似文献

In an endeavor to find a new class of antimicrobial agents, a series of novel substituted benzimidazole, benzoxazole, and benzothiazole derivatives 6 containing pyrazole moiety have been synthesized by reaction of 3‐aryl‐4‐formyl pyrazole 4 with substituted phenylenediamine or o‐aminophenol or o‐aminothiophenol 5 . Reaction of phenyl hydrazine or 2‐hydrazinopyridine 1 with substituted acetophenones 2 gave the corresponding hydrazones 3 , which on Vilsmeier–Haack reaction with POCl3–DMF gave substituted 3‐aryl‐4‐formyl pyrazoles 4 . All final compounds 6a , 6b , 6c , 6d , 6e , 6f , 6g , 6h , 6i , 6j , 6k were evaluated for in vitro antibacterial activities against Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus strains and in vitro antifungal activity against Candida albicans and Aspergillus niger strains by using serial dilution method. The antimicrobial activities were expressed as the minimum inhibitory concentration in µg/mL. The compound containing benzimidazole and benzoxazole moiety gave better antibacterial and antifungal activities than benzothiazole compounds.  相似文献

Summary Mercury derivatives of substituted 1,3,4-thiadiazoles and 1,2,4-triazine have been synthesized under microwave irradiation in open vessels using a domestic microwave oven as well as in a conventional way. The reaction time could be cut down from hours to minutes employing microwaves, accompanied by marginally improved yields. The compounds show promising fungicidal activity.

Zusammenfassung Quecksilberderivate substituierter 1,3,4-Thiadiazole und 1,2,4-Triazine werden sowohl unter der Einwirkung von Mikrowellen (offene Gefäße, Haushaltsmikrowellenherd) als auch auf konventionelle Weise hergestellt. Die Anwendung von Mikrowellen verkürzt die Reaktionszeit von Stunden auf Minuten, die Ausbeuten steigen geringfügig. Die Verbindungen zeigen vielversprechende fungizide Aktivität.
