An effective multi‐component reaction (MCR) protocol has been developed for the construction of propargyl amines from aldehydes, amines and terminal alkynes by using microwave‐assisted continuous‐flow organic synthesis (MACOS). The process is catalysed by thin films of either copper or gold that achieve temperatures in excess of 900 °C when irradiated with low levels of microwave power. The process works equally well for premixed solutions of the three starting materials, or as three separate streams, which improves the combinatorial efficiency of the method. The process tolerates a wide variety of functional groups and heterocycles, and conversion over these diverse substrates ranges from 70–90 %.  相似文献

Peroxymonocarbonate (HCO4) was produced by the online reaction of bicarbonate with hydrogen peroxide. A strong chemiluminescence (CL) was observed when HCO4 reacted with AuCl4 without any special CL reagent. When bisphenol A (BPA) was added to AuCl4-HCO4 CL system, the CL emission was inhibited significantly. This new CL system was developed as a flow-injection method for the determination of BPA. Under the optimum experimental conditions, the inhibited CL intensity was linearly related to the concentration of BPA from 0.3 to 80 μM (R = 0.9958). The detection limit of BPA was 0.08 μM. The relative standard deviation for 12 repeated measurements of 1.0 μM BPA was 2.9%. The interferences of some cationic ions can be removed by an online cation-exchange column. The applicability of the present CL system was demonstrated for the sensitive and selective determination of BPA in real samples (mineral water bottle, baby bottle, beverage bottle and polycarbonate container). Based on the CL spectrum, UV-visible adsorption spectra, and the quenching effect of reactive oxygen species scavengers, a possible CL mechanism was proposed.  相似文献

We report a highly enantioselective Morita-Baylis-Hillman (MBH) reaction of isatins and acrolein to provide enantiomerically enriched 3-substituted 3-hydroxyoxindoles, which could serve as valuable synthetic building blocks. This is also the first time that a ketone has been used as the electrophile and acrolein as the nucleophile in a highly enantioselective catalytic asymmetric MBH reaction. Hatakeyama's catalyst, β-isocupreidine (1), turned out to be a powerful catalyst for this transformation.  相似文献

An improved HPLC procedure for the separation of phospholipids is described. The method described utilizes a solvent mixture of acetonitrile-methanol–water-trifluoroacetic acid (100:25:1.7:2.5, v/v) as the mobile phase, which is more compatible with the pump than mobile phases containing inorganic acids. Separation was by isocratic elution on a Hypersil silica column coupled to an evaporative light scattering detector. Complete separation of phosphatidylserine (PS), phosphatidylethanolamine (PE), phosphatidylcholine (PC) and sphingomyelin (SM) was achieved in less than 20 min. The detection limits for PS, PE, PC and SM were 50, 50, 80 and 150 ng (S/N = 3), respectively. Human, bovine and porcine erythrocyte ghost membranes and animal tissues have been successfully analyzed for their phospholipid contents.  相似文献

Five novel coordination polymers, [(Cu(L1)2OH) · Cl · 3H2O] ( 1 ) [L1 = bis(N‐imidazolyl)methane], [Cd(L1)2(NCS)2] ( 2 ), [Zn(L1)2(NCS)2] ( 3 ), [Cu(L1)2(NO3)2] ( 4 ), and [Cu(L2)1.5(NCS)2] ( 5 ) [L2 = 1,4‐bis(N‐imidazolyl)butane] were obtained from self‐assembly of the corresponding metal salts with flexible ligands and their structures were fully characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD) analysis, Fourier Transform Infrared (FT‐IR) spectroscopy, elemental analysis and thermogravimetric (TGA) measurements. X‐ray diffraction analyses revealed that complexes 1 , 2 , 3 , and 4 exhibit 1D double‐stranded chain structures, which result from doubly bridged [CuOH], [M(NCS)2] (M = Cd, Zn), and [Cu(NO3)2] units, respectively. The polymeric copper complex 5 displays 1D ladder structure., These complexes, with the exception of complex 1 , are stable up to 300 °C.  相似文献

The controllable preparation and forming mechanism of rare-earth Y3+ and Eu3+ chemically co-doped fluorescent mesoporous silica were studied in detail. Their structures, morphologies, chemical compositions and emission properties were characterized and evaluated by small angle X-ray scattering, nitrogen adsorption/desorption measurements, high resolution transmission electron microscopy, inductive coupled plasma-atomic emission, X-ray photoelectron spectra and fluorescent spectroscopy. The results show that chemical composition of the resultant mesoporous materials were significantly affected by solution acidity condition, and can be effectively adjusted by varying the feed ratio of raw materials at a suitable solution acidity condition. These materials with a well-ordered two-dimensional hexagonal mesoporous structure and high specific surface area exhibit significantly broadened emission band from 526 to 682 nm and the fluorescent emission mechanism and influence of materials structure on optical properties were investigated.  相似文献

本文首先分析了TD-SCDMA网络中TD-MBMS与R4/HSDPA共存时存在的干扰,并从理论上探讨了如何设置隔离带宽度才能有效规避MBMS业务对R4/HSDPA性能的影响。然后,利用系统级仿真平台对各种场景进行模拟分析,并与理论值做了对比验证。本文提出了在保证网络性能前提下的最佳隔离距离的判断方法,并给出在中等负荷网络情况下隔离距离的建议值。  相似文献
