The complexing ability of water-soluble calix[4]arene for l-tryptophan (l-try) was investigated by a variety of techniques. The spectrofluorometry titrations were performed at different temperatures to determine stability constants, as well as to evaluate the thermodynamic parameters of the obtained complex. The effect of pH on the complexation process was quantitatively assessed. Moreover, to obtain information about the binding mechanism of the interaction, 1H NMR studies were carried out. Molecular modeling showed that water-soluble calix[4]arene accommodated part of l-amino acid in its cavity meanwhile the aliphatic chain of l-tryptophan stuck out of the cavity. Based on the experiment data, the association process of complexes was established. The water-soluble calix[4]arene was found to be able to adjust its conformation to fit the size of aromatic l-tryptophan, and the benzene ring of amino acid penetrated into the hydrophobic cavity of calix[4]arene. 相似文献

<正>A microfluidic system was developed for the synthesis of trigonal selenium(t-Se) nanowires,which was composed of a glass microchip coupled with a poly(methyl methacrylate)(PMMA) microchip.In the glass microchip, amorphous selenium(a-Se) colloid was prepared by reducing selenious acid with an excess amount of hydrazine at a temperature of 100℃.In the coupled PMMA microchip,a-Se was transformed into more stable t-Se seeds via sonication at room temperature.The residence time of the reactants in both microchips was optimized by varying the dimension and length of the microchannel each.The t-Se nanowires were formed by anisotropic growth of selenium crystallite during sonication and aging under the assistance ofβ-cyclodextrin(β-CD).Various stages of the nanowires' growth were investigated.The as-synthesized products were characterized by powder X-Ray diffraction(XRD),Raman spectroscopy,scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM) and selected-area electron diffraction(SAED). 相似文献

Hydrogen ions are ideal charge carriers for rechargeable batteries due to their small ionic radius and wide availability. However, little attention has been paid to hydrogen‐ion storage devices because they generally deliver relatively low Coulombic efficiency as a result of the hydrogen evolution reaction that occurs in an aqueous electrolyte. Herein, we successfully demonstrate that hydrogen ions can be electrochemically stored in an inorganic molybdenum trioxide (MoO3) electrode with high Coulombic efficiency and stability. The as‐obtained electrode exhibits ultrafast hydrogen‐ion storage properties with a specific capacity of 88 mA hg?1 at an ultrahigh rate of 100 C. The redox reaction mechanism of the MoO3 electrode in the hydrogen‐ion cell was investigated in detail. The results reveal a conversion reaction of the MoO3 electrode into H0.88MoO3 during the first hydrogen‐ion insertion process and reversible intercalation/deintercalation of hydrogen ions between H0.88MoO3 and H0.12MoO3 during the following cycles. 针对GPS天线安装偏差在动态、实时情况下导致测量设备空间参考基准不一致,进而产生GPS航向测量误差的问题,采用空间投影的方法,分析了船体纵横摇、GPS天线高程差、方位偏差、GPS测量基线长和基座高程差等因素对GPS航向的影响,推导了GPS动态航向测量模型的误差补偿方程。仿真结果表明,方位偏差和船体横摇角分别是舰船静态和动态情况下GPS航向测量误差的主要影响因素。以某型高精度INS导航参数为基准,对GPS实测数据进行评估,试验结果表明,误差补偿后的GPS航向与INS航向的差值在均值统计上相差0.001°,证实了补偿模型提高GPS航向测量精度的有效性。 相似文献

Well-ordered TiO 2 nanotube arrays (TNAs) were fabricated by electrochemical anodization in a mixed organic electrolyte consisting of ethylene glycol and glycerol. The morphology, structure, crystalline phase, and photocatalytic properties of TNAs were characterized by using TEM, SEM, XRD and photodegradation of methylene blue. It was found that the morphology and structure of TNAs could be significantly influenced by the anodization time and applied voltage. The obtained tube length was found to be proportional to anodization time, and the calculated growth rate of nanotubes was 0.6 m/h. The microstructure analysis demonstrated that the diameter and thickness of the nanotubes increased with the increase of anodization voltage. The growth mechanism of TNAs was also proposed according to the observed relationship between current density and time during anodization. As expected, the obtained TNAs showed a higher photocatalytic activity than the commercial TiO 2 P25 nanoparticles. 相似文献

Using 281 fb-1 of data from the Belle experiment recorded at or near the (4S) resonance, we have measured the rates of the "wrong-sign" decays D0 --> K+ pi- pi0 and D0 --> K+ pi- pi+ pi- relative to those of the Cabibbo-favored decays D0 --> K- pi+ pi0 and D0 --> K- pi+ pi+ pi-. These wrong-sign decays proceed via a doubly Cabibbo-suppressed amplitude or via D0-D0 mixing; the latter has not yet been observed. We obtain R(WS)(K pi pi0) = [0.229 +/- 0.015(stat)(+0.013)(-0.009)(syst)]% and R(WS)(K3pi) = [0.320 +/- 0.018(stat)(+0.018)(0.013)(syst)]%. The CP asymmetries are measured to be -0.006 +/- 0.053 and -0.018 +/- 0.044 for the K+ pi- pi0 and K+ pi- pi+ pi- final states, respectively. 相似文献
