The organoindium compound derived from indium monobromide and dibromoacetonitrile reacts with carbonyl compounds to afford the corresponding 2-bromo-2-cyano-indium(III) alkoxide. The action of a second equivalent of indium monobromide onto the alkoxides derived from aldehydes promotes the Boord elimination of the β-related oxygen and bromine atoms leading to 2-alkenenitriles.  相似文献

La2–x Ca x Cu0.99Fe0.01O4–y samples with 0.00 x 0.30 were studied by X-ray diffraction and Mössbauer spectroscopy after heat treatment under different atmospheres (air, oxygen and helium). A new reagent, 6-[2′-(6′-methyl-benzothiazolylazo)]-1,2-dihydroxy-3,5-benzenedisulfonic acid (Me-BDBD), was synthesised and used in on-line and off-line systems for copper preconcentration by solid-phase extraction. Spectrophotometry and Flame Atomic Absorption Spectrometry (FAAS) were the detection techniques. Polyurethane foam loaded with Me-BDBD packed in a minicolumn was used as sorbent in both systems. The spectral characteristics of Me-BDBD were investigated. The optimum pH values for maximum sorption of the metal are between 7.0 and 8.5. Copper was desorbed with 0.05 and 0.50 mol L−1 hydrochloric acid solutions, for on-line and off-line systems, respectively. The effects of several foreign substances on the adsorption of copper are reported. The enrichment factors obtained were 7 (on-line) and 26 (off-line) for the systems. The proposed procedures allowed the determination of copper with detection limits of 3.4 and 1.4 μg L−1 (0.85 and 0.35 μg per gram of sample) for on-line and off-line systems, respectively. The precision of the procedures was also calculated: 3.2 (on-line) and 1.9% (off-line). The validation of the procedures was carried out by analysis of certified reference material. The copper contents in corn and rice flour and black tea samples were determined by applying the proposed procedures.  相似文献

A new chelating sorbent has been developed using Amberlite XAD-2 resin anchored with pyrocatechol through –N=C– group. This sorbent, characterised by elemental analysis and infrared (IR) spectra, was used as packing for the minicolumn in an on-line system preconcentration system for cadmium, cobalt, copper and nickel determination. Metal ions were sorbed in the minicolumn, from which it could be eluted directly to the nebulizer–burner system of the flame atomic absorption spectrometer (FAAS). Elution of all metals from minicolumn can be made with 0.50 mol L 1 HCl or HNO3. The enrichment factors obtained were 16 (Cd), 24 (Co), 15 (Cu) and 19 (Ni), for 60 s preconcentration time, and 39 (Cd), 69 (Co), 36 (Cu) and 41 (Ni), if used 180 s preconcentration time. Under the optimum conditions, the proposed procedure allowed the determination of cadmium, cobalt, copper and nickel with detection limits of 0.31, 0.32, 0.39 and 1.64 μg L 1, respectively, when used preconcentration periods of 180 s. The accuracy of the developed procedure was sufficient and evaluated by the analysis of the certified reference materials NIST 1515 apple leaves and NIST 1570a spinach leaves. The method was applied to the analysis of food samples (spinach, black tea and rice flour).  相似文献

A sensitive and specific assay for detection of busulfan in human plasma was developed. The assay is based on rapid isolation of busulfan by liquid-liquid extraction with ethyl acetate, and detection by high-performance liquid chromatography with electrospray ionization and tandem mass spectrometry. 1,6-Bis(methanesulfonyloxy)hexane, a synthesized analogue of busulfan, was used as the internal standard (IS). The acquisition was performed in the multiple reaction monitoring mode; busulfan and the IS were detected with no interferences from plasma matrix. The method was linear over the range 5-2500 ng mL(-1), with r2 > 0.99 and a run time of only 3.5 min. The intra- and inter-assay precisions were in the ranges 2.1-11.9% and 3.2-10.1%, respectively, and the intra- and inter-assay accuracies were 92.2-107.6% and 94.7-104.1%, respectively. The absolute recoveries were 82.0% (20 ng mL(-1)), 90.6% (1000 ng mL(-1)) and 80.0% (2000 ng mL(-1)) for busulfan, and 89.1% for the IS (1000 ng mL(-1)). The limits of detection and quantification were 2 and 5 ng mL(-1), respectively. The validated method was successfully applied to analyze plasma samples obtained from six adults receiving doses of 1 mg kg(-1) in a conditioning regimen prior to bone marrow transplantation. A marked intra-patient variation in busulfan concentrations during the steady state was observed, which limits the application of pharmacokinetic modeling and suggests that continuous therapeutic monitoring is necessary for adequate individualized dosing. In this regard, the present assay brings important advantages relative to other methods described in the literature, i.e., it is highly specific and simple to perform, with a rapid chromatographic run time (3.5 min), and the whole procedure can be completed in 4-5 h, which would permit dose corrections after the third dose allowing earlier and better dosing adjustments towards the target level of busulfan.  相似文献

The aim of this work was to determine the background airbome radioactivity in the town of Natal, Brazil. Indoor radon concentrations were measured inside 24 buildings using solid state nuclear track detectors which were exposed for a period of about 180 days. The average indoor radon level resulted to be 15.4±10.6 Bq·m–3. Measurements of gross - and -activities were performed at six different sites for airbome particulate samples collected over cellulose nitrate filters. Mean values of 0.15±0.06 mBq·m–3 and 0.42±0.10 mBq·m–3 were obtained for the gross -and gross -activity, respectively.  相似文献

A new functionalized resin has been applied in an on-line preconcentration system for copper and cadmium determination. Amberlite XAD-2 was functionalized by coupling it to 2-aminothiophenol (AT-XAD) by means of an NN spacer. This resin was packed in a minicolumn and used as sorbent in the on-line system. Metal ions were sorbed in the minicolumn, from which it could be eluted directly to the nebulizer-burner system of the flame atomic absorption spectrometer (FAAS). Elution of Cd(II) and Cu(II) from minicolumn can be made with 0.50 mol l−1 HCl or HNO3. The enrichment factors obtained were 28 (Cd) and 14 (Cu), for 60 s preconcentration time, and 74 (Cd) and 35 (Cu), if used 180 s preconcentration time. The proposed procedure allowed the determination of cadmium and copper with detection limits of 0.14 and 0.54 μg l−1, respectively, when used preconcentration periods of 180 s. The effects of foreign ions on the adsorption of these metal ions are reported. The validation of the procedure was carried out by analysis of certified reference material. This procedure was applied to cadmium and copper determination in natural, drink and tap water samples.  相似文献

We describe a method for single drop microextraction of manganese from fish, mollusk, and from natural waters using the reagent 1-(2-pyridylazo)-2-naphthol as the complexing agent and chloroform as the fluid extractor. After extraction, the analyte was directly submitted to graphite furnace electrothermal atomic absorption spectrometry. Once optimized, the method has a detection limit of 30 ng L?1, a limit of quantification of 100 ng L?1, and an enrichment factor of 16. Its accuracy was verified by applying the procedure to the following certified reference materials: apple leaves, spinach leaves, bovine liver, and mussel tissue. The procedure was also successfully applied to the determination of manganese in seafood and natural waters.

In this work, the characterization of Activated Carbons (AC) by using the independent pore models is discussed, with special emphasis on the issue of how the assumed pore geometry can affect the resulting Pore Size Distribution (rPSD) and on the problem of the unicity of the PSD when different probe molecules are used in adsorption experiments. A theoretical test was performed using virtual solids based in the so-called Mixed Geometry Model (MGM) (Azevedo et al. 2010). The MGM uses a kernel of adsorption isotherms generated by GCMC for different pore sizes and two pore geometries: slit and triangular. The adsorption isotherms of a virtual MGM solid were fitted with both the traditional Slit Geometry Model (SGM) and the Mixed Geometry Model (MGM). It is demonstrated that, by assuming a different pore geometry model from that of the real sample, different PSDs may be obtained by fitting adsorption isotherms of different probe gases. Finally, experimental results are shown which both point toward the MGM as an acceptable extension of the SGM and confirm that the MGM is a closer representation of the actual porous structure of most activated carbons.  相似文献
