CONSTRUCTION OF Sesbania rostrata COSMID GENOMIC LIBRARY AND MOLECULAR CLONING OF LEGHEMOGLOBIN GENE

Using plant mini-Ti cosmid pEND4K, the cosmid genomic library of Sesbania rostratawas constructed. Sizes of plant DNA inserts in clones were 25- 33 kb. The restrictionmapping showed that different recombinant involved various types of plant DNA insert. 4clones containing leghemoglobin gene sequence of S. rostrata were obtained by in situ hy-bridization of colonies. The cloning of leghemoglobin gene sequence has been confirmedby plasmid DNA dot hybridization and Southern blot hybridization.     

七甲茚基稀土络合物和碱金属盐的化学反应

本文用核磁共振等方法研究了稀土络合物和碱金属盐中的七甲茚基的质子化或氘化反应、亲核取代反应及络合物中稀土离子的还原反应。七甲茚基络合物比相应的茂基或茚基化合物更易与盐进行上述反应。三氘代七甲茚基在氘化反应中显示了同位素效应。     

冷原子吸收光谱法结合热解-原子吸收光谱法快速测定废水样中痕量无机汞和总有机汞

提出以冷原子吸收光谱法结合热解-原子吸收光潜法测定废水样中的痕量无机汞和总有机汞、水样经0．45μm膜过滤后不需消化处理,直接用冷原子吸收光谱法测定无机汞含量．用热解法测定总汞含量,二者之差为总有机汞含量。方法简便快速,干扰少．经加标回收实验验征,回收率为90％～103％．相对标准偏差(n=11)为3．8％。     

褶合光谱法测定感冒通片中双氯酚酸钠和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量

应用褶合光谱法的双组分定量分析功能,不经分离直接测定感冒通片中双氯酚酸钠和马来酸氯苯那敏的含量。双氯芬酸钠的平均回收率为100．5％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．16％;马来酸氯苯那敏的平均回收率为99．63％,测定结果的相对标准偏差为0．57％。     

Preparation of Mn3O4 Nanofibres via An Electrospinning Technique

Thin PVA/manganese acetate composite fibres were prepared by using sol-gel processing and electrospinning technique.After calcinations of the above precursor fibres,Mn3O4 nanofibres with a diameter of 50-200 nm could be successfully obtained.The fibres were characterized by SEM,FT-IR,XRD.The results showed that the crystalline phase and morphology of nanofibres were largely influenced by the calcination temperature.     

Synthesis of Silica-anchored Sensitizer and its Application in the Preparation of Previtamin D3 from Tachysterol

A silica gel-anchored photosensitizer was synthesized with anthracene as sensitizer moiety. The photoisomerization of tachysterol to previtamin D3 was carried out with this heterogeneous photosensitizer in ethanol. The experiment results demonstrate that this solid phase photosensitizer is efficient for the photoisomerization and can be simply separated from the reaction mixture by filtration.     

Synthesis of Analogues of the Antitumor （1→6）-Branched （1→3）-Glucohexaose

β-D-Glcp-(1→）3-[β-D-Glcp-(1→6)-]α-D-Manp-(1→3)-β-D-Glcp-(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]D-Glcp(18)and β-D-Glcp(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]α-D-Manp-(1→3)-β-D-Glcp(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]β-D-Glcp-D-(1→3)-Glcp-1→OM3(29)were synthesized as the analogues of the immunomodulator β-D-Glcp-(1→3)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]α-D-Glcp(1→3)-β-D-Glcp(1→63)-[β-D-Glcp(1→6)-]D-Glcp through coupling of trisaccharide donors 9 with trisaccharide acceptor 16 and tetrasaccharide acceptor 27 followed by deprotection,respectively.     

A New Kinetic Method of Processing TA Data

A new method of investigating the kinetic parameters and mechanism functions of a solid phase reaction is presented. This method is to analyze the data based on the use of these data at the same temperature and the same degree of conversion on a series of TA curves with different heating rates, so that the kinetic triplet--the activation energy E, the pre-exponential factor A and the analytical form of the function of conversionf(α) can be obtained. The main advantage of this method is that the values of E and f(α) are obtained respectively, and the determination of f(α) is not under the influence of the value of E and the calculation of the value of E is not influenced by thef(α) either.     

几种植物基活性炭材料的表面结构与吸附性能比较——(II)表面化学结构与吸附性能研究

用X-射线光电子能谱对3种植物基活性炭材料:椰壳活性炭 (CAC4)、剑麻茎基活性炭(SSAC)和剑麻基活性碳纤维 (SACF) 的表面化学结构进行了表征,并研究和对比了它们的吸附性能,包括对碘、苯酚和亚甲基蓝的液相吸附性能,对有机蒸汽的吸附性能以及对Au3+的还原吸附性能等。结果表明,3个样品表面均含有多种含氧官能团,吸附能力SACF>SSAC> CAC4。样品的吸附性能主要取决于自身孔结构,与其表面化学结构也有密切的关系。     

Electrochemical Reduction of Benzoylformic Acid in Ionic Liquid

Ionic Hquids possess a number of unique properties that makethem ideal electrolytes. Electrochical reduction of benzoyl-formic acid in room temperature ionic liquids as reaction media could be conducted with excellent performances without any ad-ditional supporting electrolyte. Electrolysis at glassy carbon electrode results in the formation of mandelic acid in 91% yield. And the electrochemical behavior of benzoylformic acid was investigated with the technique of cyclic voltammetry.
