In this study, magnetic multimodal nanoparticles with potential applications in magnetic- and nuclear-medicine imaging, magnetic resonance imaging, hyperthermia, and theranostic (therapeutic and diagnostic), applications were prepared by coating iron oxide nanoparticles with silica (core–shell), functionalizing with aminopropyltriethoxy silane and coupling with diethylenetriamine pentaacetic acid ligand (DTPA). Radiolabeling of core–shell–DTPA particles with 68Ga radiometal was carried out through chelation of 68Ga(III) ions by DTPA and was used for positron emission tomography. The biodistribution of the 68Ga-radiolabeled magnetic nanoparticles compared to free 68Ga(III) was checked in normal Balb/c mice up to 2 h. 相似文献
It is of some interest to understand how statistically based mechanisms for signal processing might be integrated with biologically motivated mechanisms such as neural networks. This paper explores a novel hybrid approach for classifying segments of sequential data, such as individual spoken works. The approach combines a hidden Markov model (HMM) with a spiking neural network (SNN). The HMM, consisting of states and transitions, forms a fixed backbone with nonadaptive transition probabilities. The SNN, however, implements a biologically based Bayesian computation that derives from the spike timing-dependent plasticity (STDP) learning rule. The emission (observation) probabilities of the HMM are represented in the SNN and trained with the STDP rule. A separate SNN, each with the same architecture, is associated with each of the states of the HMM. Because of the STDP training, each SNN implements an expectation maximization algorithm to learn the emission probabilities for one HMM state. The model was studied on synthesized spike-train data and also on spoken word data. Preliminary results suggest its performance compares favorably with other biologically motivated approaches. Because of the model’s uniqueness and initial promise, it warrants further study. It provides some new ideas on how the brain might implement the equivalent of an HMM in a neural circuit. 相似文献
A microstrip low-pass filter using T-shaped resonators is designed to achieve an ultra-sharp transition band and high suppression level. The performance of the resonators is investigated based on an LC equivalent circuit and a transfer function to compute the equations of the transmission zeros. This filter has an acceptable stopband with high insertion loss (28 dB) by adopting a rectangular suppressor. Also, the width of the transition band is 0.09 GHz (with – 3 and ? 40 dB attenuation levels), that exhibits a very high sharpness (ξ = 411 dB/GHz). The proposed filter with a 3 dB cut-off frequency (fc) of 1.32 GHz presents a high return loss in the passband (17 dB) and high figure of merit of 57,073. The designed filter is fabricated and measured, demonstrating sufficient agreement between the simulation and experimental results.

In the present study, a cauliflower‐like NiCo2O4?Zn/Al layered double hydroxide (NiCo2O4?Zn/Al LDH) nanocomposite was used as a novel electrode material for the sensitive and selective determination of pyridoxine (vitamin B6). The structure and morphology of the as‐prepared nanocomposite were characterized by X‐ray diffraction (XRD), FT‐IR, field emission scanning electron microscopy (FESEM) and energy dispersive X‐ray spectroscopy (EDX). The NiCo2O4?Zn/Al LDH nanocomposite exhibited excellent electrocatalytic ability in the oxidation of pyridoxine, which could result from the synergistic effect of the two components. The developed sensor also provided a selective determination of pyridoxine in the presence of other species such as vitamins (B1, B2, B12 and ascorbic acid), inorganic ions and biomolecules. The fabricated sensor showed a good linear response for pyridoxine over the concentration ranges 2×10?7–2.0×10?4 mol L?1 with a low detection limit of 8.6×10?8 mol L?1. Finally, the proposed method was successfully applied for the determination of pyridoxine in commercial tablets and plasma samples with satisfactory results. Furthermore, this novel sensor displayed superior benefits in terms of stability, sensitivity, repeatability and cost. The present work aims to expand NiCo2O4 based nanocomposites to sensor fields and promote the development of pyridoxine sensors. 相似文献
A conductance study concerning the interaction between hydronium ion and several crown ethers in acetonitrile, nitrobenzene and 1,2-dichloroethane solutions has been carried out at 25°C. The stability constants of the resulting 1:1 complexes in acetonitrile and nitrobenzene solutions were determined from the molar conductance-mole ratio data and found to vary in the order 18C6>DB30C10>DC18C6>DB18C6>DB21C7>DB24C8>B15C5. In 1,2-dichloroethane solution, the complexation process results in the dissociation of ion pairs. There is an inverse relationship between the stabilities of the complexes and the Gutmann donicity of the solvents. In nitrobenzene solution, some evidence for the formation of a 2:1 sandwich adduct between the smaller crowns (i.e., B15C5 and 18-crowns) are observed from the molar conductance-mole ratio data which is supported by the1H NMR data. 相似文献
A copper(II) ion-selective electrode based on a recently synthesized 2-quinolyl-2-phenylglyoxal-2-oxime (phenylglyoxal-alpha-monoxime) has been developed. The PVC-based membrane containing phenylglyoxal-alpha-monoxime, dibutyl phthalate as plasticizer, and sodium tetraphenylborate as anion excluder and membrane modifier, was directly coated on the surface of a platinum-wire electrode. The response of the electrode was linear with a near-Nernstian slope of 28.2 mV decade(-1) within the Cu2+ ion concentration range 1x10(-6)-1x10(-1) mol x L(-1). The response time for the proposed electrode to achieve a 95% steady potential for Cu2+ concentrations ranging from 1x10(-1) to 1x10(-6) mol x L(-1) is between 10 and 50 s, and the electrode is suitable for use within the pH range of 3 to 6.5. The electrode has a detection limit of 5x10(-7) mol x L(-1) Cu2+ and its selectivity relative to several alkali, alkaline earth, transition, and heavy metal ions was good. The coated-wire electrode could be used for at least two months without a considerable alteration of its potential. Applications of the electrode for determination of copper in milk powder samples and as an indicator electrode for potentiometric titration of Cu2+ ion using EDTA are reported. 相似文献
An optical chemical sensor based on immobilization of 2-(5-bromo-2-pyridylazo)-5-(diethylamino)phenol (Br-PADAP) in Nafion membrane is described. The membranes were cast onto glass substrates and were used for the determination of nickel in aqueous solutions by spectrophotometry. The sensor system is highly transparent, mechanically stable and showed no evidence of reagent leaching. The influence of several parameters such as pH, ligand concentration, and type and concentration of regenerating solution were optimized. The sensor system showed good sensitivity in the range 0.5-20 μg ml−1 with a detection limit of 0.3 μg ml−1 Ni(II). The sensor has been incorporated into a home-made flow-through cell for determination of nickel in flowing streams with improved sensitivity, precision and detection limit. The calibration curve in the flow system was linear in the range 0.1-16 μg ml−1 with a detection limit of 0.07 μg ml−1. The sensor is easily regenerated by dilute nitric acid solution. The proposed method was successfully applied to the determination of nickel content in vegetable oil and chocolate samples and the results were compared with those obtained using atomic absorption spectrometry. 相似文献
This paper provides an overview of the current status of chiral capillary electrophoresis (CE). The emphasis is placed on the application of CE in chiral separation of various racemic compounds. During the last two years about 280 papers, several review articles, and two entire issues, edited by S. Fanali (Electrophoresis 1999, 20, 2577-2798, and H. Nishi and S. Terabe (J. Chromatogr. A 2000, 879, 1-471.) have been devoted to chiral CE. Enantiomeric separations of various compounds, e.g., pharmaceuticals, drug candidates, drugs and related metabolites in biological fluids, amino acids, di- and tri peptides, pesticides and fungicides, have been performed using different chiral selectors. Native and derivatized cyclodextrins continue to be the most widely used chiral selectors. Other chiral selectors such as natural and synthetic chiral micelles, crown ethers, chiral ligands, proteins, oligo- and polysaccharides, and macrocyclic antibiotics have also been applied to chiral CE separations. 相似文献

increased with equilibrium pH. -irradiation (2 MGy) did not show any significant effect on the uptake of both of actinide ions onto L and SAPO-34. Higher does of -irradiation (up to 10 MGy) created a change of equilibrium pH, and hence uptake, due to radiolysis of water and heat localization generated by -radiation and annealing processes. 相似文献
