The protonation of the highly reactive 1:1 intermediates, produced in the reaction of triphenylphosphine and dialkyl acetylenedicarboxylates, by 1,1-binaphthyl-2,2′-diol leads to vinyltriphenylphosphonium salts, which undergo a Michael addition reaction to produce the corresponding stabilized phosphonium ylides. Dipotassium hydrogen phosphate powder was found to catalyze the conversion of the stabilized phosphonium ylides to alkyl 2-(2-alkoxy-2-oxoethyl)dinaphtho[2,1-d:1,2-f][1,3]-dioxepin-2-carboxylates under solvent-free conditions using microwave (0.6 KW, 3 min) and thermal (100°C, 60 min) conditions. 相似文献

Cell separation and sorting are essential steps in cell biology research and in many diagnostic and therapeutic methods. Recently,
there has been interest in methods which avoid the use of biochemical labels; numerous intrinsic biomarkers have been explored
to identify cells including size, electrical polarizability, and hydrodynamic properties. This review highlights microfluidic
techniques used for label-free discrimination and fractionation of cell populations. Microfluidic systems have been adopted
to precisely handle single cells and interface with other tools for biochemical analysis. We analyzed many of these techniques,
detailing their mode of separation, while concentrating on recent developments and evaluating their prospects for application.
Furthermore, this was done from a perspective where inertial effects are considered important and general performance metrics
were proposed which would ease comparison of reported technologies. Lastly, we assess the current state of these technologies

In this work, for the first time, an ion‐imprinted polymer was developed for selective extraction and determination of gold ions. To increase the sorbent efficiency, this polymer was coated on a novel nanoporous carbon‐based material, carbohydrate‐derived Max‐Planck Gesellschaft 1, which is also the first example of grafting imprinted polymer on nanoporous‐carbon material. These particles were applied successfully for preconcentration of ultratrace amount of gold ions, following determination by flame atomic absorption spectrometry. Some effective factors on the efficiency of gold ions extraction, such as concentration and volume of eluent, sample and eluent flow rates, and also effect of interfering ions especially palladium and platinum ions, were investigated. The LOD was determined to be 0.27 ng/mL. Furthermore, the precision of the method was calculated to be 2.14% under optimal conditions with recovery more than 97.3%. The technique was also used to determine the concentration of gold ions in mine stone samples with satisfactory results. The accuracy of this method was investigated by determination of gold ions concentrations in several reference materials with certified gold content. 相似文献

This paper presents an equivalent circuit model with complex numbers that describes the free stator model of traveling-wave ultrasonic motors. The mechanical, dielectric, and piezoelectric losses associated with the vibrator are considered by introducing the imaginary part to the equivalent circuit elements. The determination of the complex circuit elements is performed by using a new, simple iterative method. The presented method uses information about five points of the stator admittance measurements. Oxoperoxo tungsten(VI) complex immobilized on Schiff base-modified Fe3O4 super paramagnetic nanoparticles were synthesized and appropriately characterized using FT-IR, XRD, SEM, TEM, EDX, BET, and VSM analysis. The synthesized nanoparticles efficiently catalyzed oxidation of benzylic alcohols with H2O2 as oxidant in high yields, with high to excellent selectivity. The catalyst can be recovered using an external magnetic field and recycled for subsequent oxidation reactions without any appreciable loss of efficiency. The simple preparation, high activity, excellent selectivity, and simple recoverability of the catalyst are advantageous. 相似文献

The silylated hexatriynyl complex trans-(C6F5)(p-tol3P)2Pt(C≡C)3SiEt3 ( PtC6TES ) is converted in situ to PtC6H (wet n-Bu4N+ F−, THF) and cross coupled with the diyne H(C≡C)2SiEt3 ( HC4TES ; CuCl/TMEDA, O2) to give PtC10TES (71 %). This sequence is repeated twice to afford PtC14TES (65 %) and then PtC18TES (27 %). An analogous series of reactions starting with PtC8TES gives PtC12TES (60 %), then PtC16TES (43 %), and then PtC20TES (17 %). Similar cross couplings with H(C≡C)2Si(i-Pr)3 ( HC4TIPS ) give PtC12TIPS (68 %), PtC14TIPS (68 %), and PtC16TIPS (34 %). The trialkylsilyl species (up to PtC18TES ) are converted to 3+2 “click” cycloadducts or 1,4-disubstituted 1,2,3-triazoles trans-(C6F5)(p-tol3P)2Pt(C≡C)n-1C=CHN(CH2C6H5)N=N (29–92 % after workups). The most general procedure involves generating the terminal polyynes PtC x H (wet n-Bu4N+ F−, THF) in the presence of benzyl azide in DMF and aqueous CuSO4/ascorbic acid. All of the preceding complexes are crystallographically characterized and the structural and spectroscopic properties analyzed as a function of chain length. Two pseudopolymorphs of PtC20TES are obtained, both of which feature molecules with parallel sp carbon chains in a pairwise head/tail packing motif with extensive sp/sp van der Waals contacts. 相似文献
