A new high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) method for the sensitive simultaneous determination of hydrazine (Hy), monomethylhydrazine (MMH) and 1,1-dimethylhydrazine (UDMH) based upon the derivatization of hydrazines with naphthalene-2,3-dialdehyde and the separation of the derivatives on Zorbax Eclipse AAA column in a single chromatographic run under acidic conditions (pH 2.4) was developed. Hydrazine and monomethylhydrazine derivatives were found to be strongly fluorescent at λex?=?273?nm, λem?=?500?nm. It was shown that UDMH derivative can be detected as non-fluorescent hydrazone at 290?nm by UV-detection. Limits of detection were 0.05?µg?·?L?1 for Hy and MMH, and 1?µg?·?L?1 for UDMH for the injection volume of 100?µL. The method was validated for water sample analysis. It proved to be selective, accurate and precise with the supplementary advantage of the simple and rapid sample preparation.  相似文献

An undescribed 5,6-dihydropyran-2-one, namely diplopyrone C, was isolated and characterized from the cultures of an isolate of the fungus Diplodia corticola recovered from Quercus suber in Algeria. The structure and relative stereostructure of (5S,6S,7Z,9S,10S)-5-hydroxy-6-(2-(3-methyloxiran-2-yl)vinyl)-5,6-dihydro-2H-pyran-2-one were assigned essentially based on NMR and MS data. Furthermore, ten known compounds were isolated and identified in the same cultures. The most abundant product, the tetracyclic pimarane diterpene sphaeropsidin A, was tested for insecticidal effects against the model sucking aphid, Acyrthosiphon pisum. Results showed a toxic dose-dependent oral activity of sphaeropsidin A, with an LC50 of 9.64 mM.  相似文献

Selective iodocyclization of 6-(alkenylamino)-1-allylpyrazolo[3,4-d]pyrimidines provided hydrogenated derivatives of 1-allyl-8(9)-iodomethylimidazo(pyrimido)[1,2-a]pyrazolo[4,3-e]pyrimidines which were further reacted with NaN3 at 75°С to 80°С to give a series of new-type 1,3,6-triazocines annulated with the pyrazole, pyrimidine, imidazole (or pyrimidine), and 1,2,3-triazole rings. The compounds synthesized were structurally characterized by analytical, spectral (IR, 1H and 13C NMR, HPLC-mass), and X-ray diffraction data.  相似文献

Folates have a pterine core structure and high metabolic activity due to their ability to accept electrons and react with O-, S-, N-, C-bounds. Folates play a role as cofactors in essential one-carbon pathways donating methyl-groups to choline phospholipids, creatine, epinephrine, DNA. Compounds similar to folates are ubiquitous and have been found in different animals, plants, and microorganisms. Folates enter the body from the diet and are also synthesized by intestinal bacteria with consequent adsorption from the colon. Three types of folate and antifolate cellular transporters have been found, differing in tissue localization, substrate affinity, type of transferring, and optimal pH for function. Laboratory criteria of folate deficiency are accepted by WHO. Severe folate deficiencies, manifesting in early life, are seen in hereditary folate malabsorption and cerebral folate deficiency. Acquired folate deficiency is quite common and is associated with poor diet and malabsorption, alcohol consumption, obesity, and kidney failure. Given the observational data that folates have a protective effect against neural tube defects, ischemic events, and cancer, food folic acid fortification was introduced in many countries. However, high physiological folate concentrations and folate overload may increase the risk of impaired brain development in embryogenesis and possess a growth advantage for precancerous altered cells.  相似文献

For the first time, the heat capacity $ C_{\text{p}}^{^\circ } $ of poly(2-ethylhexyl acrylate) has been studied in an adiabatic vacuum calorimeter between 7 and 350 K, the standard thermodynamic functions: heat capacity $ C_{\text{p}}^{^\circ } $ (T), enthalpy H°(T) ? H°(0), entropy S°(T) ? S°(0), Gibbs function G°(T) ? H°(0) have been calculated from T → 0 to 350 K. The energy of combustion Δc U of the compound under study has been measured in a calorimeter with a stationary bomb and an isothermal shell. The standard enthalpy of combustion Δc H° and thermodynamic parameters of formation—enthalpy Δf H°, entropy Δf S°, Gibbs function Δf G°—at T = 298.15 K have been calculated. The results have been used to calculate the thermodynamic characteristics of 2-ethylhexyl acrylate bulk polymerization into poly(2-ethylhexyl acrylate) over the range from T → 0 to 350 K.  相似文献

A new nickel(II) σ‐aryl complex, trans‐chloro(9‐phenanthrenyl)bis(triphenylphosphine)nickel(II), was used as a precatalyst for the Suzuki–Miyaura coupling reactions of aryl chlorides. The catalytic conditions were optimized by investigating the cross‐coupling of p‐chloroanisole with phenylboronic acid. The results show that this complex is efficient for both electron‐rich and electron‐deficient aryl chlorides, though it gives better yields for activated arylboronic acids than deactivated ones. All isolated cross‐coupled biaryl products have been characterized by 1H and 13C NMR, and their spectral data are consistent with those reported. Side products from the coupling of arylboronic acid with the precatalyst complex have also been isolated and characterized, which is helpful for understanding the coupling mechanism. Synthesized powders and grown single crystals of nominal compositions Li6Ln(BO3)3:Yb3+ (Ln=Y, Gd) were investigated by means of powder and single‐crystal X‐ray diffraction (XRD), as well as optical near‐IR spectroscopy in conjunction with electron paramagnetic resonance (EPR) spectroscopy. The appearance of two distinct zero‐phonon lines suggests the existence of two kinds of Yb3+ ions in the single crystals. The XRD results exclude the possibility of a phase transition occurring between room and low temperatures. EPR spectra of single crystals show the presence of both isolated ions and pairs of ytterbium ions substituted for Y3+. A strong temperature dependence of the intensity of Yb–Yb pairs resonance lines coincides with temperature dependence of emission peak at 978 nm, confirming a common origin of the defect giving rise to these spectra. Calculated from EPR spectra, the distance between pairs of Yb3+ is in good agreement with crystallographic ones: R=3.856 Å, Rcryst=3.849 Å.  相似文献

Pd(DME)Cl2 complex was synthesized and characterized, where DME is 2‐{[2‐(dimethylamino)ethyl]‐methylamino}ethanol. Stoichiometry and stability constants of the complexes formed between various biologically relevant ligands (amino acids, peptides, DNA constituents, and dicarboxylic acids) and [Pd(DME)(H2O)2]2+ are investigated at 25°C and at constant 0.1 M ionic strength. The effect of dielectric constant of the medium on the stability constant of Pd(DME)‐CBDCA complex, where CBDCA is cyclobutanedicarboxylate, is also reported. The concentration distribution diagrams of the various species formed are evaluated. The kinetics of base hydrolysis of amino acid esters coordinated to Pd(DME)2+ complex is investigated. A novel, cheap copper(II) fluoride-mediated N-arylation of heterocycles with halothiophenes is described. The yield of the pyrazolylthiophene strongly depends on the nature of the initial thiophene. The molecular structure of 3,5-dimethyl-1-(5′-methyl-[2,2′]bithienyl-5-yl)-1H-pyrazole was studied by X-ray diffraction.  相似文献
