Reactions of N,N′‐disubstituted hydrazine‐1,2‐carbothioamides 8a‐c and substituted N,N″‐ethane‐1,2‐diylbis(thioureas) 9a‐c with 2,3,5,6‐tetrachloro‐1,4‐benzoquinone (chloranil, 10a ) and 2,3,5,6‐tetrabromo‐1,4‐benzoquinone (bromanil, 10b ) to form N,N′‐disubstituted 1,3,4‐thiadiazole‐2,5‐diamines 11a‐c , substituted 3‐amino‐6,7‐dichloro‐2,3‐dihydro‐1H‐4,2,1‐benzothiadiazine‐5,8‐diones 12a‐c , 2,3,7,8‐tetrahalothianthrene‐1,4,6,9‐tetrones 13a,b , substituted 5,6,8‐trihalo‐7‐oxo‐3,7‐dihydroquinoxaline‐2H‐carbothioamides 14a‐c, 15a‐c and 7‐substituted imino‐1,3,6‐thiadiazepane‐2‐thiones 16a‐c are reported.  相似文献

Eight new secondary metabolites, micropeptin MM836 (1), micropeptin MM850 (2), micropeptin MM916 (3), micropeptin MM932 (4), micropeptin MM978 (5), anabaenopeptin MM823 (6), anabaenopeptin MM850 (7), and anabaenopeptin MM913 (8), as well as the known anabaenopeptin B (9) were isolated from the hydrophilic extract of the cyanobacterium Microcystis sp. that was collected from a fishpond in Kibbutz Ma’agan Michael, Israel, in September 2006. The structure of the pure natural products was established by spectroscopic methods including 1D and 2D NMR, UV, and MS techniques. The absolute configuration of the chiral centers of the compounds was determined using Marfey’s method. The inhibitory activity of the compounds was determined against the serine proteases, trypsin, chymotrypsin, thrombin and elastase.  相似文献

The thiolate-for-thiolate ligand exchange reaction between the stable Au(38)(2-PET)(24) and Au(40)(2-PET)(24) (2-PET: 2-phenylethanethiol) clusters and enantiopure BINAS (BINAS: 1,1'-binaphthyl-2,2'-dithiol) was investigated by circular dichroism (CD) spectroscopy in the UV/vis and MALDI mass spectrometry (MS). The ligand exchange reaction is incomplete, although a strong optical activity is induced to the resulting clusters. The clusters are found to be relatively stable, in contrast to similar reactions on [Au(25)(2-PET)(18)](-) clusters. Maximum anisotropy factors of 6.6 × 10(-4) are found after 150 h of reaction time. During the reaction, a varying ratio between Au(38) and Au(40) clusters is found, which significantly differs from the starting material. As compared to Au(38), Au(40) is more favorable to incorporate BINAS into its ligand shell. After 150 h of reaction time, an average of 1.5 and 4.5 BINAS ligands is found for Au(38) and Au(40) clusters, respectively. This corresponds to exchange of 3 and 9 monodentate 2-PET ligands. To show that the limited exchange with BINAS is due to the bidentate nature of the ligand, exchange with thiophenol was performed. The monodentate thiophenol exchange was found to be faster, and more ligands were exchanged when compared to BINAS.  相似文献

Two new thiazole-containing cyclic hexapeptides, microcyclamides MZ602 and MZ568, were isolated from the hydrophilic extract of the cyanobacterium Microcystis sp. The structures of the pure natural products were elucidated using spectroscopic methods including UV, 1D and 2D NMR, and MS techniques. The absolute configuration of the chiral centres of the modified cyclic peptides was determined using Marfey’s method for HPLC. Conductivity detection, which is universal in capillary electrophoresis (CE), has received considerable attention, since the introduction of the axial capacitively coupled contactless detector C4D in 1998. This detector is made of two electrodes which are placed cylindrically around the CE capillary and connected to the AC oscillator. The distance between the electrodes is the detection gap. In this review, applications of CE and MCE with C4D in pharmaceutical and biological analysis are presented.  相似文献

A spectrodensitometric method is described for the determination of the components of two analgesic mixtures. For the first mixture (paracetamol-ascorbic acid-caffeine-phenylephrine), the pharmaceutically active components were separated from each other and closely related degradation products and impurities on high-performance thin-layer chromatography (F254) plates using methylene chloride-ethyl acetate-ethanol-formic acid (3.5 + 2 + 4 + 0.5) and methylene chloride-ethyl acetate-ethanol (5 + 5 + 1) as the developing systems. The other mixture (phenazone-phenacetin-caffeine) was separated efficiently from the degradation products using the same plates and acetonitrile-chloroform (1 + 1) as the mobile phase. The proposed method was used to determine these mixtures in commercial tablets.  相似文献

The reactivity of cyclohexene (CHE) over catalysts containing 0.3 wt% Pt, 0.3 wt% Re or 0.3 wt% Pt + 0.3 wt% Re supported on Na‐ and H‐mordenite has been studied in an atmospheric flow‐type reactor at a temperature range of 100–400 °C, using a flow of hydrogen (20 cm3/min). The catalysts were characterized for acid sites strength‐distribution, using desorption of ammonia in DSC. The acidity of H‐mordenite (HM) is attributed to strong acid sites, whereas the acidity of Na‐mordenite (NaM) is due to weak acid sites which are not involved in the catalytic reaction under study. The catalysts containing HM enhance the reactivity of CHE for isomorization reactions. However, the reactivity of CHE on NaM catalysts enhances only the hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactions. Pt/HM is the most selective catalyst for isomerization of CHE, whereas Pt/NaM and PtRe/NaM catalysts are the most selective for hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactions, respectively. The hydroisomorization of CHE seems to depend only on the acidity of the catalysts, whereas both hydrogenation and dehydrogenation reactions were controlled by metallic function of the catalysts.  相似文献

Summary.  The cyclization reactions of trans-3a-hexahydro-2-benzimidazolamine with 2-alkylidene- and 2-benzylidenecyclohexanones and α-tetralones, respectively, yield mixtures of two isomeric condensates each. Thorough high resolution NMR analyses (1H and 13C NMR, HH-COSY, gs-HSQC, gs-HMBC, 1D TOCSY, and 1D NOE difference spectra) revealed that the corresponding isomers are in all cases linearly fused diastereomeric 12α- and 12β-substituted trans-6aα-dodecahydrobenzimidazo[2,1-b]quinazolines and 7α-substituted trans-8aβ- and trans-8aα-decahydrobenzimidazo[2,1-b]benzo[h]quinazolines, respectively. The formation of corresponding angularly fused regioisomers was not observed so far. The stereochemistry and the tautomerism of some bases and their hydrochlorides as well as the regiospecific course of the cyclization reactions are discussed. Novel composite self-disinfecting films of polylactic acid (PLA) filled with nanosized particles of double sodium–copper(II) paratungstate B Na2Cu3(CuOH)2[W12O40(OH)2]·32H2O (POM) were developed. The solvent casting (POM/PLA film) and solvent-free melt extrusion methods (Extr. POM/PLA film) were applied for film preparation. The copper (II) ion release to water from both types of the films after 10 days at different temperatures demonstrated that the PLA matrix acts as a diffusion barrier, and the resulting concentration of released copper in water at room temperature remained low, at 0.79% for POM/PLA film and 0.51% for Extr. POM/PLA film. The POM-containing films reveals a significant inhibitory effect against E. coli ATCC 25922 in the agar diffusion test. The numbers of CFUs in washes of the films after incubation for 24 h were found to be 3.6 log CFU mL–1 (POM/PLA film) and 4.1 log CFU mL–1 (Extr. POM/PLA film). The films combine the antibacterial properties of POM and a bio-based polymer matrix, which makes them a prospective coating material for applications in hospital indoor environments. Excellent thermal stability of POM gives a technological advantage for industrial manufacturing to allow the processing of novel composite material in the solvent free (molten) state.  相似文献
