A series of highly diversified 3-aroylmenadiones was prepared by a new Friedel–Crafts acylation variant/oxidative demethylation strategy. A mild and versatile acylation was performed between 1,4-dimethoxy-2-methylnaphthalene and various activated/deactivated benzoic and heteroaromatic carboxylic acids, in the presence of mixed trifluoroacetic anhydride and triflic acid, at room temperature and in air. The 1,4-dimethoxy-2-methylnaphthalene-derived benzophenones were isolated in high yield, and submitted to oxidative demethylation with cerium ammonium nitrate to produce 3-benzoylmenadiones. All 1,4-naphthoquinone derivatives were investigated as redox-active electrophores by cyclic voltammetry. The electrochemical data recorded for 3-acylated menadiones are characterized by a second redox process, the potentials of which cover a wide range of values (500 mV). These data emphasize the ability of the generated structural diversity at the 3-aroyl chain of these electrophores to fine-tune their corresponding redox potentials. These properties are of significance in the context of antimalarial drug development and understanding of the mechanism of bioactivation/action.  相似文献

In the recent years, lattice modelling proved to be a topic of renewed interest. Indeed, fields as distant as chemical modelling and biological tissue modelling use network models that appeal to similar equilibrium laws. In both cases, obtaining an equivalent continuous model allows to simplify numerical procedures. We define the basic properties of lattices: elasticity, frame-indifference, hyperelasticity. We determine rigorously the form that constitutive laws undertake under frame-indifference and hyperelasticity assumptions. Finally, we describe an homogenization technique designed for discrete structures that provides a limit continuum mechanics model and, in the special case of hexagonal lattices, we investigate the symmetry properties of the limit constitutive law.   相似文献

This paper introduces a novel dual-axis accelerometer structure with low cross-sensitivity. The device is fabricated in an SOI process, namely SOIMUMPs, and its fabrication is finalized by an in-house release step. The device measures 1 × 1 mm2 with four proof masses that are able to sense accelerations in the X and Y axes independently. Two commercial capacitance-to-digital converters are used to read both axes outputs of the device in a system in package implementation. Simulations show a sensitivity of 25 fF/g and the fabricated device exhibits a sensitivity of 101 digital counts/g or 16.83 fF/g. The measured cross-sensitivity is <1 % throughout the 4 g linear range. The rotational motion and Z accelerations have no impact on the device X and Y readings, thanks to the particular geometry and differential nature of the device.  相似文献

This is a summary of the main results presented in the author’s Ph.D thesis, supervised by C. Prins and defended at the Université de Technologie de Troyes in October 2006. The thesis, written in French, is available from the author upon request. It deals with the integrated optimization of production planning and distribution in supply chains. A single product case and a multiproduct case are investigated. Integer linear programming models are proposed and different approaches based on heuristics, metaheuristics and cooperative methods are developed. Significant savings are obtained, compared to classical decoupled methods. These results confirm both the interest of integrating production and distribution decisions and of using metaheuristics for the largest instances.   相似文献

We establish a stability estimate for an inverse boundary coefficient problem in thermal imaging. The inverse problem under consideration consists in the determination of a boundary coefficient appearing in a boundary value problem for the heat equation with Robin boundary condition (we note here that the initial condition is assumed to be a priori unknown). Our stability estimate is of logarithmic type and it is essentially based on a logarithmic estimate for a Cauchy problem for the Laplace equation.  相似文献

This paper describes the electro-optic response of a suspension of disk-like colloids. We have considered aqueous suspensions of Gibbsite platelets and measured the electrically induced birefringence in the broad frequency range 10(2)-10(8) Hz. When simply dispersed in an electrolyte solution, these particles orient with their major axis parallel to the electric field at all frequencies. The spectral dependence of their Kerr coefficient features three regimes: an electrokinetic α-relaxation within the kHz range, a conductive Maxwell-Wagner-O'Konski (MWO) relaxation having characteristic frequency in the 1-10 MHz range, and a nonzero high frequency asymptote. We quantitatively analyze the MWO spectral component and the high-frequency asymptote on the basis of a model developed for oblate particles. This analysis enables us to obtain the relevant particle properties: surface conductivity, zeta potential, and intrinsic Gibbsite birefringence. When the particles are dispersed in a mixture that also contains smaller spherical particles that have a charge of the same sign, their electric birefringence becomes negative at low frequency. This anomalous orientation of the platelets is analogous to that observed in mixtures of prolate and spherical particles, and demonstrates the anomalous birefringence as a universal property of suspensions of nonspherical particles when surrounded by smaller charged particles.  相似文献

This work is concerned with the inverse problem for ocean acoustics modeled by a multilayered waveguide with a finite depth. We provide explicit formulae to locate the layers, including the seabed, and reconstruct the speed of sound and the densities in each layer from measurements collected on the surface of the waveguide. We proceed in two steps. First, we use Gaussian type excitations on the upper surface of the waveguide and then from the corresponding scattered fields, collected on the same surface, we recover the boundary spectral data of the related 1D spectral problem. Second, from these spectral data, we reconstruct the values of the normal derivatives of the singular solutions, of the original waveguide problem, on that upper surface. Finally, we derive formulae to reconstruct the layers from these values based on the asymptotic expansion of these singular solutions in terms of the source points.  相似文献
