液晶研究（Ⅰ）──4＇－酰基－4－羟基－1，1＇－联苯酯类液晶的合成与性质

以４＇－羟基联苯为原料合成了８种新型４＇－酰基－４－羟基联苯酯类化合物．除化合物５＿ｈ外，均为新的近晶相液晶化合物．它们具有较宽的相变温度范围和较高的热稳定性．用偏光显微镜和差热分析仪研究了它们的相行为，讨论了分子结构对液晶相行为的影响．

Two 3D supramolecular polymers constructed from an amino acid and a high-nuclear Ln6Cu24 cluster node

The first successful attempt to construct 3D supramolecular frameworks with high-nuclear 3d-4f heterometallic clusters as a node is reported. The self-assembly of Ln3+, Cu2+ and amino acid in solution leads to the formation of two polymers, 35-nuclear complex [Sm6Cu29] 1 with a primitive cubic net-like structure and 36-nuclear complex [Nd6Cu30] 2 with a face-centred cubic network type structure. Glycine and L-proline, respectively, were used as ligands. It should be noted that 2 has a chiral framework. X-ray structure analyses show that 1 crystallizes in the triclinic P1 space group (a=19.6451(8), b=20.4682(8), c=20.7046(8) A, alpha=89.453(1), beta=66.290(1), gamma=68.572(1) degrees, V=7003.0(5) A3 and Z=1) and 2 belongs to the cubic P2(1)3 space group (a=b=c=32.4341(3) A, V=34 119.7(5) A3 and Z=4). Both complexes utilize Ln6Cu24 octahedral clusters as nodes and trans-Cu(amino acid)2 groups as bridges. Electrical conductivity measurements reveal that both polymers behave as semiconductors.     

一步法合成N-1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基烷基乙酰胺

以5-氨基烷基-2,2-二甲基-1,3-二噁烷为起始原料, 乙酸酐为酰化剂, 一步法选择性地合成氨基二醇类氨基乙酰化产物N-1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基烷基乙酰胺. 该方法操作简便, 收率高. 所合成的4个新化合物的结构均经FTIR, ¹H NMR, ¹³C NMR及HRMS确证. N-3-(1,3-二羟基丙烷-2-基)丙基乙酰胺(1a)作为关键的中间体, 可以用于HIV-1 Tat/ PCAF BRD抑制剂4的合成.     

不同构象铂(Ⅱ)配合物与G-肌动蛋白作用的光谱研究

The cyclohexamethylene-diamine squaric acid platinum(Ⅱ) complexs(R,R, S,S) binding to G-actin and the consquence conformation change were studied by N-(1-pyrenyl) maleimide(NPM) labeled fluorescence and intrinsic fluorescence. The binding and chemical kinetics were determined by fluorometry. The results showed that when R (Pt/actin molar ratio) was lower than 30, the Pt binded to G-actin strong binding sites(-SH), when R was larger than 30, the Pt binded to G-actin weaker binding sites. The consquence conformation changes were determined by CD. The CD results showed that R was smaller than 60, G-actin α-helix contents decreased slowly, R was larger than 60, G-actin conformation changed obviously. The reaction of R,R complex of platinum(Ⅱ) S,S complex of platinum(Ⅱ) with G-actin was similar to that of with S,S complex of platinum(Ⅱ).     

胶束催化作用下实现聚苯乙烯的氯甲基化

用紫外分光光度法测定了离子型表面活性剂胶束溶液对聚苯乙烯四氯化碳溶液的增溶性能; 用胶束催化法实现了聚苯乙烯的氯甲基化, 用红外光谱法和佛尔哈德法表征了氯甲基化聚苯乙烯的化学结构与组成; 通过比较阴、 阳离子表面活性剂及结构不同的阳离子表面活性剂的催化效果, 探索了胶束催化的作用机理, 考察了表面活性剂结构对催化作用的影响规律. 结果表明, 表面活性剂胶束溶液可增溶聚苯乙烯的四氯化碳溶液, 随着四氯化碳在胶束中的增溶, 聚苯乙烯可转移至表面活性剂的胶束中; 胶束催化是实现聚苯乙烯的氯甲基化的有效途经, 仅用3.35 g/L的十六甲基三甲基溴化铵(CTAB),  于65 ℃， 5 h内即可使聚苯乙烯大分子链中的苯环氯甲基化程度达到37%; 聚苯乙烯与甲醛、 氯化氢的反应过程由亲电取代和亲核取代串联而成, 阳离子表面活性剂比阴离子表面活性剂的催化作用更加有效, 说明亲核取代是慢步骤; 阳离子表面活性剂疏水链越长, 对聚苯乙烯的增溶效果越好, 催化作用越强.     

Highly Efficient Pd/C-Catalyzed Suzuki Coupling Reaction of p-（un）Substituted Phenyl Halide with （p-Substituted phenyl） Boronic Acid

A highly efficient Pd/C-catalyzed ligandless, heterogeneous Suzuki reaction of p-（un）substituted phenyl halide with （p-substituted phenyl）boronic acid in DMF/H2O solvent in a short reaction time （0.5 h） at 75 ℃ was developed. The key for such a catalytic system was the addition of 1 equivalent of tetrabutylammonium bromide. A wide variety of substituents can be tolerated and high yields of cross coupling products were achieved. The palladium catalyst can be easily recovered and reused without significantly decreasing its efficiency.     

层状MAgTeS3 (M＝K, Rb)的溶剂热合成与表征

以硫醇为螯合剂, 在溶剂热条件下合成了两种层状硫代亚碲酸盐KAgTeS₃ (1)和RbAgTeS₃ (2). X射线单晶解析表明, 1和2是类质同晶化合物. 在晶体结构中, 银硫四面体通过共用顶点形成无限的平行链, 在相邻链中银硫四面体取向相反, 这些链与链由三角锥配位的碲互相连接形成阴离子层状结构, 阳离子在阴离子层间. 1的结晶学数据为: M_r＝370.75, P2₁/c, a＝0.73639(6) nm, b＝1.06468(8) nm, c＝0.85203(6) nm, β＝106.4640(10)°, V＝0.64062(8) nm³, Z＝4, R(F)＝4.44%, wR(F²)＝11.66%. 2的结晶学数据: M_r＝417.12, P2₁/c, a＝0.75531(12) nm, b＝1.07076(7) nm, c＝0.8583(2) nm, β＝106.497(6)°, V＝0.66558(19) nm³, Z＝4, R(F)＝6.00%, wR(F²)＝15.43%. DSC及紫外-可见漫反射光谱研究表明, 这两种化合物为半导体, 并具有很好的热稳定性.
