Highly efficient cascaded P-doped Raman fiber laser pumped by Nd:YVO4 solid-state laser 总被引:1,自引:0,他引:1
A highly efficient cascaded P-doped Raman fiber laser (RFL) pumped by a 1064-nm continuous wave (CW) Nd:YVO4 solid-state laser is reported. 1.15-W CW output power at 1484 nm is obtained while the input pump power is 4 W, corresponding to the power conversion efficiency of 28.8%. The threshold pump power for the second-order Stokes radiation is 1.13 W. The slope efficiency is as high as 42.6%. The experimental results are in good agreement with theoretical ones. Furthermore, the power instability of the P-doped RFL at 1484 nm in an hour is observed to be less than 5%. 相似文献

A practical two-stage double-pass structure using high concentration erbium-doped fiber and 1480-nm pump laser diode is suggested for a high power and broad bandwidth erbium-doped superfluorcscent fiber source. A considerable increase in output power and bandwidth extension is achieved by adding an unpumped fiber and a broadband fiber mirror to make the most of wasted backward amplified spontaneous emission as both pump and input light source simultaneously. Superfluorcscent fiber source with nearly 80-nm bandwidth and 28.6-mW output power is obtained experimentally. 相似文献

采用后向抽运的两级级联的掺铒光纤超荧光光源的新型结构,运用同步抽运技术对两级光纤按比例进行后向抽运,从而实现高效率且中心波长稳定的L波段超荧光光源输出.研究了光纤总长度、两级光纤长度分配以及抽运比例对超荧光光源输出特性参数的影响.结果表明,通过采用两级级联后向结构可以将光谱从C波段有效地转移到L波段,而且能够实现在高抽运功率下具有中心波长对抽运功率波动不敏感的特性.在290 mW功率1:1抽运下,实验获得了输出功率97 mW,线宽47.3 nm,中心波长稳定的L波段超荧光光源. 相似文献

A temperature-tunable polarization interference filter (PIF) made of YVO4 crystal has been presented and applied for wavelength locking of a distributed feedback (DFB) semiconductor laser in dense wavelength-division-multiplexing (DWDM) optical communication systems. This new design offers a flexible way to monitor and then lock an operating wavelength of DFB laser to any preselected point without dead spots. The results show that the laser wavelength can be locked with accuracy better than ±0.01 nm with much relaxed requirement on temperature stability of the filter. 相似文献

使用20 W/1.06 μm掺镱双包层光纤激光器作为抽运源, 抽运由300 m国产掺磷光纤和光纤光栅构成的级联拉曼谐振腔, 进行了高功率1.48 μm级联拉曼光纤激光器的实验研究。实验研究了不同反射率的输出光纤光栅对拉曼激光阈值和激光效率的影响。结果表明激光阈值随输出光纤光栅反射率的增加而减小。当使用25.7%的输出光纤光栅时, 激光器具有最大的转换效率, 在入腔抽运功率为12.1 W时, 获得了最大2.8 W/1.48 μm连续波激光输出, 相应的激光斜率效率和转换效率分别为31.3%和23.1%。通过监测1.48 μm激光的最大输出功率, 2 h内的功率波动小于5%。 相似文献
