Growth and Characterization of a New Superconductor GaBa2Ca3Cu4O11+δ

We successfully grow a new superconductor GaBa₂Ca₃Cu₄O_11+δ(Ga-1234) with a transition temperature of 113 K, using the Walker-type high-pressure synthesis apparatus. X-ray diffraction measurements on the powderized samples show a mixture of the Ga-1234 phase and the Ca_0.85CuO₂ phase, and the former is dominant. 微乳毛细管电泳法测定脑心通胶囊中4种有效成分

建立了一种微乳毛细管电泳法同时检测脑心通胶囊中芍药苷、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA 4种有效成分的含量。使用未涂层熔融石英毛细管(60cm×75μm i.d.,有效长度50cm)为分离通道,以50mmol/L十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)-60mmol/LTris(含8.3%正丁醇,1.3%正己烷和15%乙腈,pH=8.8)作电解质,于230nm波长下进行检测。芍药苷、阿魏酸、丹酚酸B和丹参酮ⅡA的质量浓度分别在10～300mg/L、2.5～80mg/L、10～100mg/L和5.0～80mg/L范围与其峰面积呈良好的线性关系,4种物质的检出限分别为1.5mg/L、0.5mg/L、2.0mg/L和1.0mg/L。样品加标回收率在92%～105%之间,相对标准偏差均小于3.2%。方法简便、快速,已用于实际样品的分析。

配位化合物分子内配体间的疏水缔合作用——Ⅲ.镉(Ⅱ)/ATP/氨基酸体系

应用 pH-电位滴定法测定了水溶液中 Cd(ATP)(Aa)^3-(ATP^4-为腺苷三磷酸根,Aa^-分别为丙氨酸 ala^-、蛋氮酸 met^-、苯丙氨酸 phe^-和色氨酸 trp^-)型混合配体配合物及相应的单配体配合物在离子强度为 KNO₃0.10 mol/L,温度为37℃时的稳定常数.混配配合物的稳定性与氨基酸配体的关系为 trp^->met^->phe^->ala^-.从分子内配体间的弱相互作用角度对促成上述序列规律进行了讨论.     

重离子周边碰撞和中心碰撞引起的不同裂变行为

本实验同时研究了4 0Ar+209Bi反应中周边碰撞和中心碰撞两者产生的关联裂变碎片,以及其与α粒子的再关联.对裂变碎片质量分布和能量分布随热裂变核初始温度演化的系统分析,发现中心碰撞和周边碰撞所形成的热核存在着不同的裂变行为. Correlated fission fragments from the 40Ar+209Bi reaction and their further correlation with α particles have been studied for peripheral and central collisions simultaneously. The existence of different fission behavior of hot nuclei formed in central and peripheral collisions was found from the systematic analysis of the mass and energy distributions of fission fragments as a function of the initial temperature of hot fissioning nuclei.
