以3, 5-二氨基-1,2,4-三唑与取代苯甲醛为原料成功合成了5种1,2,4-三唑双席夫碱衍生物(D1-D5)。采用菌丝生长速率法和分子对接技术研究了化合物对小麦赤霉病菌的体外抗真菌活性。结果表明,除化合物D3外,其余4种化合物的活性均优于对照药物氟康唑,其中化合物D1的抑制效果约为对照药物的1.8倍,可作为抗小麦赤霉病菌的先导化合物进一步研究。分子对接的结果与生物活性一致,即对接结合能越小,抗小麦赤霉病菌的活性越强,且氢键是维持药物分子与受体蛋白稳定结合的关键因素。为克服病原菌的耐药性问题,研究了活性最强的化合物D1和D2与氟康唑复配体系的抑菌作用,结果发现,m(D1)∶m(氟康唑)=1∶2、m(D2)∶m(氟康唑)=1∶1、1∶2、1∶4和4∶1时,共毒系数(CTC)值大于120,表现为增效作用,故化合物D2有望成为一种具有应用前景的复配用剂。 相似文献

自制肌肉醇磷酸盐,其结构经1H NMR、IR和元素分析确证,并测定了肌肉醇磷酸盐的晶体结构。其晶体属单斜晶系,空间群为P21/n;晶胞参数为:a=1. 01401(14) nm,b=1. 0912(15) nm,c=1. 7645(2)nm,α=90. 00°,β=103. 923(2)°,γ=90. 00°,V=1. 9036(5) nm~3,Dc=1. 501g·cm-3,Z=8,F(000)=912,μ=0. 288mm-1。对其进行了量子化学计算,获得了优化构型,并对其分子前沿轨道、Mulliken电荷分布进行了分析,为肌肉醇磷酸盐的结构和性能的研究提供了基础数据。 相似文献

Synthesis,Structure and Biological Activity of 5-Benzyl-4-amino-1,2,4- triazole-3-thione Schiff Base
A novel Schiff base was synthesized via 5-benzyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole-3-thione with 3-phenoxy-benzaldehyde under refluxing. The structure was characterized by elemental analysis, IR, 1H NMR, ESI-MS and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. This compound crystallizes in monoclinic, space group P21 /c with a = 16.0289(16), b = 5.8022(6), c = 20.542(2), β = 95.667(2)o, C22 H18 N4 OS, Mr = 386.46, V = 1901.1(3)3, Z = 4, Dc = 1.347 g/cm3, F(000) = 804, μ = 0.191 mm-1, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1307 for 2456 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). The crystal packing of the compound is stabilized by classical intermolecular N–H···S hydrogen bonds. Furthermore, the biological activity to four vegetable pathogens has been tested. The title compound exhibited good fungicidal activities to Gibberlla nicotiancola. 相似文献

采用水热法制备了MnO2纳米管,以其与纳米铝粉为原料,采用超声分散复合的方法,制备了超级铝热剂Al/MnO2.利用粉末X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)及能量散射光谱仪(EDS)对产物的物相、组成、形貌和结构进行分析表征,并运用差示扫描量热法(DSC)研究了MnO2纳米管及其超级铝热剂对环三亚甲基三硝胺热分解特性的影响.结果表明,水热法制备的纳米MnO2呈管状均匀分布,球形纳米Al与管状纳米MnO2相互依附,分散较均匀;MnO2纳米管及其超级铝热剂的加入均改变了环三亚甲基三硝胺的热分解行为及分解历程,使原有占主导的液相分解变为二次的气相反应加剧,使环三亚甲基三硝胺主分解峰形发生了明显的改变. 相似文献

To optimize the performance of longitudinally pumped Yb3+:Y2O3 ceramic lasers, cavity parameters such as material length and output coupler transmission at a certain laser output power are calculated numerically using quasi-three-level laser model.
