一种Wifi音响系统的设计实现

本文以炬力集成电路设计有限公司的产品ATS3603为核心微处理器,搭配Realtek-Wifi模组、功放、Flash、S DRAM等元器件,并基于Linux系统,移植了DLNA协议,Web Server等网络服务设计实现了一种低成本、高保真、集成度高、操作便捷的Wifi音响系统。     

不同退火条件对PEALD制备的Ga2O3薄膜特性的影响

利用等离子增强原子层沉积技术(PEALD)在c面蓝宝石衬底上制备了氧化镓(Ga₂O₃)薄膜,研究了退火气氛(v(N₂)∶v(O₂)=1∶1(体积比)、空气和N₂)及退火时间对Ga₂O₃薄膜晶体结构、表面形貌和光学性质的影响。研究结果表明,退火前的氧化镓处于亚稳态,不同退火气氛下退火后晶体结构发生明显改变,而且退火气氛中N₂比例增加有利于Ga₂O₃重结晶。在N₂气氛下退火达到30 min,薄膜结构已由亚稳态转变成择优取向的β-Ga₂O₃。而且表面形貌分析表明,退火30 min后表面形貌开始趋于稳定,表面晶粒密度不再增加。另外实验样品在 400~800 nm的平均透射率几乎是100%,且光吸收边陡峭。采用N₂气氛退火,对于富氧环境下沉积的Ga₂O₃更利于薄膜表面原子迁移,以及择优取向Ga₂O₃重结晶。     

TC675天车主轴润滑系统的改进

针对天车油路润滑系统装配难的问题,提出了一种改进方案,该方案已处于观察试用阶段,效果很好。     

生物滴滤塔废气处理过程的神经网络建模

在生物滴滤塔处理有机废气过程中,参数问存在比较明显的耦合,同时非线性性能也较强,精确数学模型的建立比较困难。采用辨识方法,建立BP神经网络模型模拟处理生物滴滤塔有机废气的过程。同时采用Levenberg—Marquardt算法解决标准BP训练算法训练速度慢的问题。通过遗传算法优化BP网络的初始权值,避免网络训练时陷入局部极小点,最终的网络模型能够较好得模拟实际对象的运行过程。     

基于液面旋转平移法的绝对检验技术研究

绝对检验作为一种光学元件高精度检测方法,其中的两平晶绝对检验无法精确测量平移过程中的倾斜误差,导致恢复的面形中二次项出现偏差.液面在位置变化前后能够保持水平,在旋转平移过程中不会产生倾斜误差.推导了平移过程中倾斜误差和恢复面形中离焦项的关系,并通过仿真分析加以验证,当不存在倾斜误差时,残差面PV值小于1nm.在300m...     

Single-Photon Detection at Telecom Wavelengths

A single-photon detector based on an InGaAs avalanche photodiode has been developed for use at telecom wavelengths. A suitable delay and sampling gate modulation circuit are used to prevent positive and negative transient pulses from influencing the detection of true photon induced avalanches. A monostable trigger circuit eliminates the influence of avalanche peak jitter, and a dead time modulation feedback control circuit decreases the afterpulsing. From performance tests we lind that at the optimum operation point, the quantum efficiency is 12% and the dark count rate 1.5 × 10^-6 ns^-1, with a detection rate of 500 kHz.     

基于光子间隙随机分布的任意进制真随机数源

根据激光光子数的泊松分布特征，通过衰减脉冲激光的光强度使衰减后平均每十个脉冲含有一个光子，该光子在十个脉冲中位置的分布是随机的，也即任意二十个脉冲中的两个光子的间隙时间是随机的。基于该随机间隙时间可产生真随机数序列，不仅可以产生二进制随机数，也可产生多进制的。实验上分别制备了二进制和十进制真随机数序列；对数据量为100M的样本进行通用的ENT程序随机性检验，检测结果很好。此外，该实验方案具有抗干扰能力强、便于集成、随机数产生速率容易提高等优点，可广泛应用于保密通信、身份验证、Monte Carlo计算、彩票游戏等领域。     

A hybrid-type quantum random number generator

This paper proposes a well-performing hybrid-type truly quantum random number generator based on the time interval between two independent single-photon detection signals, which is practical and intuitive, and generates the initial random number sources from a combination of multiple existing random number sources. A time-to-amplitude converter and multichannel analyzer are used for qualitative analysis to demonstrate that each and every step is random. Furthermore, a carefully designed data acquisition system is used to obtain a high-quality random sequence. Our scheme is simple and proves that the random number bit rate can be dramatically increased to satisfy practical requirements.     

Negative photoconductivity in low-dimensional materials

In recent years,low-dimensional materials have received extensive attention in the field of electronics and optoelectronics.Among them,photoelectric devices based on photoconductive effect in low-dimensional materials have a broad development space.In contrast to positive photoconductivity,negative photoconductivity(NPC)refers to a phenomenon that the conductivity decreases under illumination.It has novel application prospects in the field of optoelectronics,memory,and gas detection,etc.In this paper,we review reports about the NPC effect in low-dimensional materials and systematically summarize the mechanisms to form the NPC effect in existing low-dimensional materials.
