可变波长光纤光栅滤波器用微驱动器的研制

为了研制可调谐光纤光栅滤波器而采用拉伸装置和光纤光栅一体化的微小器件结构。实现方法是由微细加工技术加工制造一种新的波长可变光纤光栅滤波器用驱动器，该微型驱动器采用电磁式驱动，由上下两层线圈构成，每个线圈有21匝平面线圈，产生约0．2μNm的扭矩，对应光纤光栅的反射波长变化约5nm。它可应用于可谓谐光纤光栅滤波器的驱动。     

一类二层凸规划的对偶二层规划

本文讨论上层目标函数以下层子系统目标函数的最优值作为反馈的一类二层凸规划的对偶规划问题 ,在构成函数满足凸连续可微等条件的假设下 ,建立了二层凸规划的 Lagrange对偶二层规划 ,并证明了基本对偶定理 .     

Effects of Dual-Electrode Biasing on Er in a Toroidal Plasma

Two externally biased electrodes were inserted into the plasma on the KT-5C tokamak to test the effects on modifying the radial electric field Er, other than single biasing. Using various combinations of biasing voltage,the influences of double biasing are compared with the single biasing. It turns out that the effect of dual-biasing is also effective as a single one, but the outer electrode seems to be shielded by the inner one and show less influence. The results clearly show that the radial electric field Er changed by external biasing is intrinsically an effect localized at the edge of the plasma, which is caused by the electrode induced radial current; and dualelectrode biasing using the method similar to the single biasing seems not to be able to increase more distinctly the peaking effect on Er than the single biasing.     

CTAB对四-(4-N-甲基吡啶)卟啉SERS谱的影响

研究了阳离子表面活性剂十六烷基三甲基溴化铵 (CTAB)对四 ( 4 N 甲基吡啶 )卟啉 (H2 TMPyP)及其银配合物 (AgTMPyP)在Ag胶中的表面增强拉曼散射 (SERS)谱的影响 .SERS光谱表明 ,吸附于Ag胶粒的H2 TMPyP与衬底银原子结合形成AgTMPyP ,加入CTAB后 ,部分AgTMPyP表面络合物还原为H2 TMPyP .相似的去金属化反应也出现在AgTMPyP/Ag胶 /CTAB体系中 .CTAB的加入使SERS谱带强度明显增加 .AgTMPyP的去金属化被认为是由于CTAB的存在使Ag胶颗粒表面附近微环境发生改变     

Fowler—Nordheim高电场应力引起的MOS结构损伤研究

本文研究了Ｆｏｗｌｅｒ－Ｎｏｒｄｈｅｉｍ高电场应力引起的ＭＯＳ结构损伤及其室温退火。结果表明有四种损伤产生，氧化物正电荷建立，Ｓｉ／ＳｉＯ２快界面态增长，慢界面态产生和栅介质电容下降，当终止应力后，前三种损伤在室温下有所恢复，但最后一种损伤没有变化，实验还表明：产生的慢界面态分布在禁带上半部；高电场下栅介电容呈现无规阶梯型下降，对四种损伤及其室温退火机理进行了讨论，还给出产生的慢界面态对高频电容－     

鲍(Abalone,Haliotis discus hannailno)心肌的微细结构

鲍俗称鲍鱼,自古以来,我国就把鲍列为海产珍品.我国自50年代末北方沿海地区如辽宁、山东等地对皱纹鲍的人工养育、移植、生态习性等进行了系统的研究,并投入群众性生产.80年代后期又开展了工厂化养殖的鲍生产.但是对鲍的正常组织学及超微结构方面的研究在国内尚未见报道.著者在观察鲍的组织切片材料时注意到其心肌组织有不少特殊点,今就观察所及初步整理如下.

Modulation Frequency Multiplexed Tunable Diode Laser Spectroscopy System for Simultaneous CO, CO2 Measurements

A modulation frequency multiplexed dual diode-laser system is developed for simultaneous detection of the two most common fire gas products CO and CO2. Simultaneous detection is achieved by modulating each laser at different frequencies, demodulating the signal by a pair of lock-in amplifiers for each gas. Laser beams are combined and detected by one detector after passing through an identical optical path. The experimental results show little performance degradation associated with modulation frequency multiplexing, and no cross-talk between the two multiplexed detection channels is measured.
