今年中国3G牌照发放已成泡影,业界包括运营商、设备商在内都开始冷静下来,为即将到来的3G竞争积蓄力量,例如运营商在差异化经营和对外合作的进步,例如设备商追求高性价比方案的努力、通过合作实现端到端方案等等无不如此。本期3G月报将对此进行分析和展望。     

双辅助信息敏感性问题问卷调查技术

对于敏感性问题调查,已有多种随机化策略.提出一类方便、实用的双辅助信息间接问卷调查方法,讨论了估计量及其方差以及精度与保护度之间的关系.通过比较得出,在相同的保护度下,随机化方法与问卷方法在精度上各有得益.     

1,4-二(萘[2,1-d]并(噁)唑-2’)苯为敏感试剂的荧光光纤传感器测定甲硝唑的研究

将1,4-二(萘[2,1-d]并(口恶)唑-2’)苯(BNOB)包埋在增塑的聚氯乙烯膜中,基于甲硝唑对BNOB的可逆猝灭,研制了一种甲硝唑荧光光纤传感器,传感器可逆性好,响应时间小于40s,响应线性范围为8.0×1O~(-6)～1.0×10~(-(?))mol·L~(-1),检出限为4.O×10~(-6)mol·L~(-1),常见的无机离子、药物不干扰甲硝唑的测定,传感器用于药品制剂中甲硝唑的测定,结果与药典法一致.     

微波消解-火焰原子吸收光谱法测定蕨麻中8种矿物元素

利用微波消解,空气-乙炔火焰原子吸收光谱法对蕨麻中钾、钠、钙、镁、铜、锌、铁、锰8种人体必需矿物元素进行了测定。对样品的预处理方法、仪器的测定条件、共存元素的干扰及消除进行了研究,并对各测定元素进行了加标回收率实验。结果表明,在选定的实验条件下,该法的相对标准偏差均小于2.5%(n=8),各元素加标回收率为96.5%—103.2%。     

Study of the circumstance influence on the elemental distribution in ancient animal bone using μ-XRF

Elemental analysis of archaeological bone plays an important role in the study of the dietary habits of ancient animals. The elemental characteristic of diagenetic skeletons depends on the surrounding circumstance. The study of environmental influence on the elemental concentration of ancient bone is significant. In this paper, the diagenetic influence on archaeological skeletons is analyzed by microbeam X-ray fluorescence （p.-XRF）. The results show that the enamel is an excellent barrier to the diagenesis and the element Sr in bone isn＇t susceptible to contamination from the buried environment.     

基于分布式动态功率控制的WLAN/WPAN自身干扰解决算法

文中提出的分布式动态功率控制(DDPC)算法能够在高密度WLAN/WPAN环境下大大提高每个用户的吞吐量,解决由于有限的信道所带来的自身干扰问题,尤其在变化不均匀的通信量条件下.仿真表明给定任意的通信负载分布及原始信道分配,算法会快速收敛到平衡状态,整个网络的吞吐量得到了很大的提高.该算法能够根据信道的使用状态自适应的改变算法启动门限,并且只通过AP自身完成动态信道分配算法,真正解决了高密度WLAN/WPAN环境下的自身干扰问题,简单有效并有很高的实用价值.     

一个新的四维混沌系统性质分析与电路实现

提出了一个新的四维混沌系统,并对该系统的基本动力学特性进行了分析,得到该系统的Lyapunov指数和Lyapunov维数,为验证这个混沌系统还设计了一个模拟电子电路,观察到了混沌吸引子,与仿真结果相符。     

上网本的3G盛宴

3G上网本正在成为热门话题,中国移动在4月15日联合17家笔记本电脑厂商推出近30家TD-SCDMA笔记本;中国电信在4月16日全国3G业务启动仪式上也展出了超过10款EV-DO上网本;中国联通也在紧锣密鼓的筹备WCDMA上网本。     

MOCVD于高温AlN模板上生长的AlGaN材料

A high temperature AlN template was grown on sapphire substrate by metalorganic chemical vapor deposition.AFM results showed that the root mean square of the surface roughness was just 0.11 nm.Optical transmission spectrum and high resolution X-ray diffraction（XRD）characterization both proved the high quality of the AlN template.The XRD（002）rocking curve full width at half maximum（FWHM）was about 53.7 arcsec and（102）FWHM was about 625 arcsec.The densities of screw threading dislocations（TDs）and edge TDs wereestimated to be - 6 × 10^6 cm^-2 and - 4.7 ×10^9 cm^-2. AlGaN of Al composition 80.2% was further grown on the AlN template. The RMS of the surface roughness was about 0.51 nm. XRD reciprocal space mapping was carried out to accurately determine the Al composition and relaxation status in the AlGaN epilayer. The XRD （002） rocking curve FWHM of the AIGaN epilayer was about 140 arcsec and （102） FWHM was about 537 arcsec. The density of screw TDs was estimated to be - 4 × 10^7 cm^-2 and that of edge TDs was - 3.3 × 10^9 cm^-2. These values all prove the high quality of the AlN template and AlGaN epilayer.
