电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱法(ICP-AES)测定高碳铬铁中的硅、磷、锰

采用氢氟酸和高氯酸的混合酸为溶剂,微波消解法处理高碳铬铁样品,电感耦合等离子体原子发射光谱(ICP-AES)测定溶液中的硅、磷和锰,利用仪器扣背景的功能消除高浓度基体的干扰。结果表明,样品不经基体匹配可以直接测定。方法的线性相关系数大于0.999 94,能够同时测定三种金属元素,具有快速、高效、清洁、污染少等优点,完全能满足分析的要求。     

食品中降解糖的高灵敏、高选择性的检测方法

本文使用岛津公司开发的,以精氨酸为衍生剂的降解糖柱后衍生荧光检测系统,并选择配位体交换色谱法为分离手段,获得了6种降解糖的线性关系和检出限。本法重现性较好。利用该法测定了酱菜汁中的各种糖组分的含量,分析结果满意。     

珠心算“一目多行加法”趣味算题

今年是2009年,笔者结合“一目多行珠心算加法”教学进度计划,编写了很多组“一目两行珠心算加法”和“一目三行珠心算加法”练习卷,每一道题的合计数都得“2009”。小朋友用这样的题型学练,兴趣特别高,教学效果非常好。     

Plasma-assisted surface treatment for low-temperature annealed ohmic contact on AlGaN/GaN heterostructure field-effect transistors

In this study, a low-temperature annealed ohmic contact process was proposed on Al Ga N/Ga N heterostructure field effect transistors(HFETs) with the assistance of inductively coupled plasma(ICP) surface treatment. The effect of ICP treatment process on the 2DEG channel as well as the formation mechanism of the low annealing temperature ohmic contact was investigated. An appropriate residual Al Ga N thickness and a plasma-induced damage are considered to contribute to the low-temperature annealed ohmic contact. By using a single Al layer to replace the conventional Ti/Al stacks, ohmic contact with a contact resistance of 0.35 ?·mm was obtained when annealed at 575?C for 3 min. Good ohmic contact was also obtained by annealing at 500?C for 20 min.     

面阵探测下的污染云团红外光谱仿真

研究污染云团的红外光谱仿真,对于利用仿真光谱进行光谱识别的算法研究十分重要.在单元探测器探测方式下污染云团的红外光谱仿真研究取得了一定成果,并且已经被应用于识别算法的研究工作中.针对基于成像光谱仪的污染云团识别算法研究缺乏实测数据的问题,利用具有高仿真精度的基于物理模型的污染云团扩散模型及其仿真结果网格化的特点,研究相应的云团红外光谱仿真多层模型,提出了面阵探测方式下污染云团红外光谱的仿真方法,生成了同时具有光谱维和空间维信息的数据立方体,为该研究领域提供了新的研究方法.提出的面阵探测方式下的污染云团红外光谱仿真直观地反映了污染云团的扩散,提供了完备且符合实际情况的污染云团红外光谱立方体数据,对于提高和完善红外光谱识别算法具有重要意义.     

荧光光度法测定土壤岩石中有机物的发光强度判断地下石油分布干扰因素的探讨

现代聚焦电子束、聚焦离子束装置大都采用自动聚焦、自动消象散技术，本文对目前常用的几种自动聚焦、自动消象散技术加以总结，介绍了其原理及实现方法。     

Self－Assembled Monolayers Exposed by Metastable Helium for Nano－Patterning： Octanethiol and Dodecanethiol

A large-area gold pattern with nanoscale edge on muscovite mica was fabricated by using a metastable helium beam and octanethiol (OT) and dodecanethiol (DDT) self-assembled monolayers (SAM), in which the width of edge was typically ～70nm for the OT SAM and ～90nm for the DDT SAM, respectively. The mask was reproduced with high fidelity. Combined the analysis of roughness with grain size, more fiat surface and sharper edge of patterns were obtained by using the shorter chain molecules such as the OT. All the information indicated that the OT SAMs on atomically ttat surfaces can be used as a resist for exposure to metastable atom beams.
