分光光度法测定蒙药中痕量铅

采用双硫腙显色分光光度法测定蒙药中痕量铅,该方法具有简单、快速、灵敏等特点,用以测定蒙药中的痕量铅,获得了满意的结果.该方法线性范围为0.00-0.40μg/mL Pb2 ,相关系数0.9993.回收率95%-ll0%.     

Fabrication of VO_2 thin film by rapid thermal annealing in oxygen atmosphere and its metal–insulator phase transition properties

Vanadium dioxide thin films have been fabricated through sputtering vanadium thin films and rapid thermal annealing in oxygen. The microstructure and the metal–insulator transition properties of the vanadium dioxide thin films were investigated by X-ray diffraction, X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy, and a spectrometer. It is found that the preferred orientation of the vanadium dioxide changes from(1ˉ11) to(011) with increasing thickness of the vanadium thin film after rapid thermal annealing. The vanadium dioxide thin films exhibit an obvious metal–insulator transition with increasing temperature, and the phase transition temperature decreases as the film thickness increases. The transition shows hysteretic behaviors, and the hysteresis width decreases as the film thickness increases due to the higher concentration carriers resulted from the uncompleted lattice. The fabrication of vanadium dioxide thin films with higher concentration carriers will facilitate the nature study of the metal–insulator transition.

一种高效的光伏监控方案及发电量预测

针对市场上光伏监控系统运行效率不高、发电量预测忽略太阳辐照度以及缺少嵌入预测功能等问题,提出一种以串口服务器为数据采集网关,以面向对象的方法描述设备、以多线程的方式处理数据、以模块化的思想布局,采用自定义数据队列、以嵌入的RBF神经网络模型预测发电量的高效光伏监控方案;以在广西大学内搭建的一个小型的光伏发电站为实验对象,在该方案的基础上实现多总线的光伏远程监控系统,并在该系统中嵌入发电量预测功能;经过长时间地运行系统并预测发电量,结果表明该系统具有运行效率高、可扩展性强、发电量预测精度高等优点。

Effect of thickness variations of lithium niobate on insulator waveguide on the frequency spectrum of spontaneous parametric down-conversion

We study the effect of waveguide thickness variations on the frequency spectrum of spontaneous parametric down-conversion in the periodically-poled lithium niobate on insulator (LNOI) waveguide. We analyze several variation models and our simulation results show that thickness variations in several nanometers can induce distinct effects on the central peak of the spectrum, such as narrowing, broadening, and splitting. We also prove that the effects of positive and negative variations can be canceled and thus lead to a variation-robust feature and an ultra-broad bandwidth. Our study may promote the development of on-chip photon sources in the LNOI platform, as well as opens up a way to engineer photon frequency state.     

一种改进的批处理常模算法

分析了传统批处理常模算法的缺点,提出了一种新的批处理常模算法——基于共轭梯度方向的批处理常模算法(CG-BPCMA).新算法采用共轭梯度方向作为下降方向,推导出共轭梯度方向的解析形式.在平坦瑞利衰落信道环境下的MIMO盲均衡系统中的仿真结果表明,新算法有效地克服了SD-BPCMA和NT-BPCMA的缺点,不仅获得了较低的算法复杂度,而且能快速收敛到常模代价函数的最小值点.     

16信道0.35μmCMOS/VCSEL光发射模块

研究了垂直腔面发射激光器 (VCSEL)及其列阵器件的光谱特性、调制特性、高频特性及与微电子电路的兼容性 ,将 1× 16的VCSEL与CMOS专用集成电路进行多芯片组装 (MCM ) ,混合集成为 16信道VCSEL光发射功能模块 .测试过程中 ,功能模块的光电特性及其均匀性良好 ,测量的 - 3dB频带宽度大于 2GHz.     

利用光子晶体提高InP基LED出光效率

应用FDTD方法计算了二维无限大光子晶体的能带结构,并制备出了InP基二维平板结构的光子晶体器件.在制备过程中尝试了仅用PMMA做掩模以及PMMA和SiO2做掩模两种方法.结果表明,不使用SiO2做掩模的情况下,由于PMMA胶选择性较差,在刻蚀过程中难以保证图形的准确转移.而增加SiO2掩模后,获得了图形质量良好的光子晶体结构.成功实现了利用光子晶体结构增强LED的出光效率,与未制作光子晶体结构的LED相比,光子晶体结构LED的出光效率可在原来基础上提高1倍以上.并且随着晶格常数的增加,出光效率进一步提高.     

阴影移动卫星信道中采用DPD和MRC的PRCPM的检测性能

本文给出了阴影移动卫星信道中采用差分相位检测(DPD)和最大比组合(MRC)的部分响应连续相位调制(PRCPM)信号的检测性能,并给出了实际阴影移动卫星信道中该方案的检测性能数值计算结果.
