新型糖基化多肽富集材料的研究进展

糖基化是生物体内广泛存在的一类蛋白质翻译后修饰,其参与了生命活动的各种调控过程。鉴于糖基化修饰有着重要的生物学意义,近20年来,相关研究逐渐得到重视。因糖蛋白在生物样品中的相对丰度较低且分子结构复杂、离子化能力差,故如何高效地进行样品前处理成为糖蛋白组学研究中所必须面对的一个挑战性课题。除经典的亲水相互作用材料外,近10年来许多新型材料也逐渐被应用于糖肽富集。以材料基质而言,可大体分为壳聚糖材料、有机骨架材料、功能化聚合物材料等。本文总结了这些新兴材料的特点及富集效果,并展望了它们的应用前景。     

STUDY ON PREPARATION AND APPLICATION OF MONOCLONAL ANTIBODIES TO Anabaena azollae

Forty hybridoma cell lines secreting monoclonal antibodies against Anabaena azollae have been established by fusing SP_2/O myeloma cells with spleen cells from BALB/c mice immunized with purified antigen Anabaena azollae from different strains of azolla.According to the fluorescent antibody test, 40 McAbs were divided into 8 types. They may differentiate the Anabaena azollae in 195 azolla strains which are collected from different places in the world, into 8 antigenic groups.The identifying result of Anabaena azollae isolated from reconstituted azolla and sexual hybrid azolla showed that the Anabaena azollae in the reconstituted azolla retains its antigenicity from the donor azolla, and Anabacna azollae in hybrid azolla maintains its antigenicity from the female parent plant.     

Charge density wave states in phase-engineered monolayer VTe2

Charge density wave (CDW) strongly affects the electronic properties of two-dimensional (2D) materials and can be tuned by phase engineering. Among 2D transitional metal dichalcogenides (TMDs), VTe$_{2}$ was predicted to require small energy for its phase transition and shows unexpected CDW states in its T-phase. However, the CDW state of H-VTe$_{2}$ has been barely reported. Here, we investigate the CDW states in monolayer (ML) H-VTe$_{2}$, induced by phase-engineering from T-phase VTe$_{2}$. The phase transition between T- and H-VTe$_{2}$ is revealed with x-ray photoelectron spectroscopy (XPS) and scanning transmission electron microscopy (STEM) measurements. For H-VTe$_{2}$, scanning tunneling microscope (STM) and low-energy electron diffraction (LEED) results show a robust $2\sqrt 3 \times 2\sqrt 3 $ CDW superlattice with a transition temperature above 450 K. Our findings provide a promising way for manipulating the CDWs in 2D materials and show great potential in its application of nanoelectronics.     

舰载雷达复杂环境下的CFAR选择

舰载雷达的使用环境非常复杂,回波中包含了海杂波、气象杂波、目标回波以及干扰信号等.其杂波会对雷达正常工作造成恶劣影响,增加后端处理通道的工作量,导致虚假航迹数量增加.对于杂波的处理需采用综合手段,其中一项有效措施就是采用合理恒虚警率(CrAft)设计.该文从舰载雷达回波特性人手,重点分析了海杂波的特性,并对典型环境下雷达的CFAR设计提出了选择建议.     

有机介质对2,3—二氨基吩嗪的荧光增敏作用研究

研究了有机介质对漆酶催化氧化邻苯二胺的产物－２，３－二氨基吩嗪（ＤＡＰ）的光谱性质的影响，结果表明，极性有机介质对其吸收光谱影响较小，但对其荧光具有强烈的增敏作用，荧光量子效率可提高近３０倍，据此，建立了有机介质增敏荧光测定ＤＡＰ的新方法，进一步研究表明：有机介质对２，３－二氨基吩嗪的荧光增敏原因在于其增溶作用，供电子效应及对ＤＡＰ分子吸收性能的增强。     

铁(III)催化多卤代变色酸双偶氮胂类试剂的褪色反应特性及其应用

本文研究了铁(III)催化H2O2还原多卤代变色酸双偶氮胂类试剂(PHA)的褪色反应动力学行为, 测定了反应级数和反应活化能, 获得了经验速率方程, 探讨了反应机理, 稳态处理后的动力学方程与经验速率方程相吻合, 说明了机理的合理性。并以三氯偶氮胂为指示反应试剂, 测定了人发中痕量铁的含量, 得到了满意的结果。     

Electronic states of domain walls in commensurate charge density wave ground state and mosaic phase in 1T-TaS2

Domain walls(DWs) in the charge-density-wave(CDW) Mott insulator 1T-TaS₂ have unique localized states, which play an important role in exploring the electronic properties of the material. However, the electronic states in DWs in 1T-TaS₂have not been clearly understood, mostly due to the complex structures, phases, and interlayer stacking orders in the DW areas. 信号模型与仿真分析

将含有信息的数字信号从一点正确地传递到另一点(Signaling)．是数字系统设计中的重要环节．信号模式包括驱动端(将每个数字比特位译码并量化为电压或电流)，传输介质及接收端(将接收到的模拟信号再还原为数字信号)三部分(图1)。     

静电驱动电容式微机械陀螺寄生Coriolis力的建模与分析

在静电驱动电容式微机械陀螺传感器结构的基础上,对寄生Coriolis力进行受力分析,建立了寄生Coriolis力的等效电学模型.比较分析了理想情况下微机械陀螺的等效电学模型以及包含寄生Coriolis力的等效电学模型,结果表明,对于静电驱动电容式微机械陀螺,寄生Coriolis力并不改变有用信号的频率及相位,对其峰峰值的衰减程度小于0.2‰.
