含奇异材料的掺杂一维光子晶体色散关系和空间局域度理论

给出了描述掺杂的一维光子晶体结构缺陷态的变化规律及其空间局域度特性的理论表达式.该式对由具有任意色散关系材料组成的、中间掺杂、两边对称的一维光子晶体结构均成立.通过研究含奇异材料的光子晶体组态发现，当缺陷层材料为右手材料时，光子带隙中缺陷态的频移方向随缺陷层厚度的增大而红移；当缺陷层材料是左手材料时，频移方向刚好相反，表现为蓝移.该缺陷态的空间局域度只与两边对称结构有关.两边对称结构含奇异材料的光子晶体的缺陷态比传统右手材料的结构具有更强的空间局域度.     

An acousto-optic Q-switched fiber laser using China-made double-cladding fiber

A simple laser-diode pumped acoustic-optic Q-switched fiber laser is reported by using China-made large- mode-area ytterbium-doped fiber.Q-switched pulses with a beam quality factor of M~2≈2 and several hundred nanoseconds pulse duration are achieved at the repetition rate of 1-50 kHz.When the repetition rate is 1 kHz,the pulse energy is 0.93 mJ with the pulse duration of 132 ns.Meanwhile,the profile of laser pulses shows some mode-locking phenomena,the mechanism of the phenomena is discussed.     

Fibre Bragg Gratings Inscribed in Homemade Microstructured Fibres

Fibre Bragg gratings （FBGs） are inscribed in homemade microstructured fibres by the standard phase mask method. Enhanced couplings between the forward fundamental mode and backward cladding modes are obtained. The mode coupling and spectral characteristics are investigated experimentally. The cladding mode resonances can be affected by filling active materials into the air holes, which will be useful for the implementation of tunable photonic devices in optical fibre communication and sensing systems.     

Birefringence of Irregular-Microstructure Fibre

Birefringence of a microstructure fibre with irregular structures is investigated using the finite element method. The birefringence of each sample is statistically analysed, and the relation between the birefringence and the irregular structure of the microstructure fibre is derived. The results indicate that the irregular structure of the symmetrical microstructure fibre result in the birefringence which is more strongly affected by disorder of air holes than the nonuniformity. Moreover, lower birefringence can be obtained with smaller air holes and larger pitch in the fibre structure.     

Properties of All-Solid Square-Lattice Photonic Bandgap Fibres

Properties of all-solid square-lattice photonic bandgap fibres are studied for the first time to the best of our knowledge. Using the plane-wave expansion method and finite element method, we investigate the mode, effective area, confinement loss and dispersion of such fibres. The simulation results demonstrate that the proposed effective mode area of all-solid square-lattice photonic bandgap fibres is 1.25 times larger than triangular-lattice ones and the confinement loss of the fibres is no more than 0.1 dB/m within the bandgap.

一种通用低成本大功率高亮度LED封装技术

提出了一种热传导高、热膨胀匹配良好、低成本、大功率、高亮度LED封装技术。该技术采用光电子与微电子技术相结合，利用背面出光的LED芯片，倒装焊接在有双向浪涌和静电保护电路的硅基板上。由于在封装中引入了热膨胀过渡层，在保证良好热膨胀匹配的同时，热阻增加少。采用该封装技术封装的白光LED，发光稳定，光衰小，长期寿命高。     

Numerical study of the Ne-like Cr x-ray laser at 28.6nm

We investigate the Ne-like Cr x-ray laser at $28.6\,\mathrm{nm}$ by using a modified 1D lagrangian hydrodynamic code MED103 coupled with an atomic physics data package and a 2D ray tracing code as a post-processor. The laser pumping configuration includes two prepulses and one main pulse. The first prepulse normally irradiates the target, while the second prepulse and the main pulse irradiate the target at grazing-incident angles. We predict that saturation can be achieved for the Ne-like Cr x-ray lasers with a total pumping energy of $125\,\mathrm{mJ}$. Good beam qualities with no deflecting angle and a small divergence angle of $5\,\mathrm{mrad}$ are observed.     

Experimental Test of the Non—reproducibility of Cross Sections in Dissipative Reactions

Two independent measurements of cross sections for the ^19F ^93Nb dissipative heavy ion collisions have been performed at incident energies from 100 to 108MeV in steps of 250keV.In the two measurements,two independently prepared targets were used.All other experimental conditions were identical in both experiments.The data indicate that non-reproducibility of the non-self-averaging oscillation is yielded in the two measurements.This supports the recent theoretical predictions of spontaneous coherence,slow phase randomization and extreme sensitivity in highly excited complex quantum systems.     

对称非线性弹簧振子的周期特性

通过计算机编程(Quick Basic)描绘对称非线性弹簧振子振动的特性曲线,使难懂的物理过程变得直观、形象。对称非线性弹簧振子的振动是一种周期性振动,但不是严格的简谐振动,其振动周期随非线性系数、振幅的变化而偏离简谐振动的周期。
