Time calibration for the end cap TOF system of BESⅢ

The time calibration for end cap TOF system of BESⅢ is studied in this paper. It has achieved about 110 ps time resolution for muons in dimu events. The pulse height correction using electronic scan curve and the predicted time calculated using Kalman filter method are introduced. This paper also describes the study of using electrons and muons as calibration samples.     

反相微乳液模板原位聚合制备纳米氯化银/聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯及其结构表征

用甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (MMA)作油相 ,反相胶束微乳液作为模板 ,制备了纳米氯化银 (AgCl)粒子 ,再进行原位聚合制备了纳米氯化银 /聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯 (AgCl/PMMA)复合材料 .透射电镜 (TEM )分析表明 ,纳米AgCl的尺寸为 2 0～ 80nm .扫描电镜 (SEM )测试表明纳米AgCl粒子均匀地存在于PMMA基材中 .红外分析证明 ,胶束中水和表面活性剂AOT的羰基在MMA聚合后微观环境发生变化 ,纳米粒子同聚合物之间有吸附行为 .动态力学 (DMTA)分析复合材料 ,发现纳米AgCl粒子与聚合物之间存在强烈相互作用 ,形成了中间相层 (interphaselayer) ,改变了聚合物的动态力学性能 .

结构随机分析的Monte Carlo加权残值法

本文提出一种结构随机分析的Monte Carlo加权残值法。文中建立了这种方法的基本列式,并通过静力挠度、固有频率和屈曲荷载等算例,表明本文方法理论简捷,计算工程量少,精度较高,是随机结构数值分析的有效方法。     

The investigation of ZnO：Al2O3/metal composite back reflectors in amorphous silicon germanium thin film solar cells

Different aluminum-doped ZnO （AZO）/metal composite thin films, including AZO/Ag/Al, AZO/Ag/nickelchromium alloy （NiCr）, and AZO/Ag/NiCr/Al, are utilized as the back reflectors of p-i-n amorphous silicon germanium thin film solar cells. NiCr is used as diffusion barrier layer between Ag and Al to prevent mutual diffusion, which increases the short circuit current density of solar cell. NiCr and NiCr/AI layers are used as protective layers of Ag layer against oxidation and sulfurization, the higher efficiency of solar cell is achieved. The experimental results show that the performance of a-SiGe solar cell with AZO/Ag/NiCr/Al back reflector is best. The initial conversion efficiency is achieved to be 8.05%.     

火炮声探测装备辅助训练系统

针对火炮声探测系统在日常训练中受声源限制等问题,研制了火炮声探测装备辅助训练系统。该系统由数据交换机模拟设备和目标模拟机组成（平板电脑）,监控软件加装在数据综合处理终端设备,用来监控数据综合处理终端的功能和操作,数据交换机模拟设备用于模拟实装数据交换机设备的功能和操作,目标模拟机用于构建声测作业的虚拟战场环境,为数据综合处理终端设备提供虚拟的炮位或者炸点信号,用于完成火炮声探测系统信号处理设备的模拟操作训练。     

Excellent Passivation of p-Type Si Surface by Sol-Gel Al2O3 Films

Al2O3 films with a thickness of about lOOnm synthesized by spin coating and thermally treated are applied for field-induced surface passivation of p-type crystalline silicon. The level of surface passivation is determined by techniques based on photoconductance. An effective surface recombination velocity below lOOcm/s is obtained on 10Ωcm p-type c-Si wafers （Cz Si）. A high density of negative fixed charges in the order of 10^12 cm^-2 is detected in the Al2O3 films and its impact on the level of surface passivation is demonstrated experimentally. Furthermore, a comparison between the surface passivation achieved for thermal SiO2 and plasma enhanced chemical vapor deposition SiNx ：H films on the same c-Si is presented. The high negative fixed charge density explains the excellent passivation of p-type c-S/by Al2O3.     

硅太阳电池用MgF2/ZnS双层减反射薄膜的制备及表征

采用真空热蒸发技术,制备出了性能优良的MgF2/ZnS双层减反射薄膜.采用扫描电子显微镜、X射线衍射仪对薄膜的形貌以及结晶形态进行分析,采用椭圆偏振仪测试薄膜的折射系数及厚度,利用反射谱对双层减反射薄膜的减反射性能进行了表征.研究表明:衬底温度为200 ℃时薄膜附着力、结晶态良好;蒸发速率影响薄膜的表面形态;MgF2/ZnS厚度为110 nm/35 nm时具有最佳减反射效果.     

雷达信号的采集与分析

提出了由数字存储示波器、计算机和Ｌａｂｖｉｅｗ＋Ｍａｔｌａｂ软件组成地雷达信号采集与分析系统,并给出了应用实例,实际应用表明该系统具有良好的性能。
