We experimentally studied ion behavior and interelectrode breakdown voltage. The ion behavior of a drift tube directly influences the detection of ion intensity, and then influences the detection sensitivity of a system. Interelectrode voltage and pressure directly influence the ion behavior. Gas discharge between electrodes influences the adjustments required for interelectrode voltage. The experimental results show: ion intensity increases exponentially with the increment of voltage between drift electrodes; ion intensity decreases exponentially as pressure increases; with the increment of pressure, the breakdown voltage at first decreases, and then increases; ion injection has a significant influence on breakdown voltage, and this influence depends on the pressure and shapes of the electrodes. We explain the results above through assumptions and by mathematical methods. 相似文献

We show that by integrating out the electric field and incorporating proper boundary conditions,a Boltzmann equation can describe electron transport properties,continuously from the diffusive to ballistic regimes.General analytical formulas of the conductance in D = 1,2,3 dimensions are obtained,which recover the Boltzmann–Drude formula and Landauer–B ¨uttiker formula in the diffusive and ballistic limits,respectively.This intuitive and efficient approach can be applied to investigate the interplay of system size and impurity scattering in various charge and spin transport phenomena,when the quantum interference effect is not important. 相似文献

为探索民航安全监察员背景特征对民航安全监管绩效的影响作用.系统分析了衡量民航安全监管绩效的维度,并构建了其与监察员性别、年龄、学历、专业背景、企事业单位工作经历和籍贯6个背景特征之间的假设关系,通过问卷调查的方式收集数据,利用单因素方差检验和独立样本T检验验证了原假设.结果表明:不同背景特征的监察员对民航安全监管绩效的影响存在显著性差异.年龄差异体现在监管效能上,性别差异体现在监管效能和监管成本方面,是否具有民航企事业单位工作经历体现在监管效率上.在民航安全监察效能方面,男性要高于女性,40~50岁的监察员对监管效能的影响最高;在民航安全监管成本控制方面,女性要优于男性;具有民航企事业单位工作经历的监察员的监管效率高于不具有类似工作经历的人员.不同年龄段、学历和籍贯的监察员对监管效率均不存在显著性差别. 相似文献

本文中以Ti6Al4V与CoCrMo合金为研究对象,在不同介质中开展了球/面切向微动磨损的试验研究,结合多种微观分析手段,揭示了不同条件下钛合金与钴铬钼间切向微动运行特性和损伤机理.结果表明:钛合金球与钴铬钼平面间的切向微动主要运行于部分滑移区和混合区.随着微动振幅的增加,Ft-D曲线从直线型向椭圆型转变,其中振幅较大时微动末期Ft-D曲线呈平行四边型.在部分滑移区,摩擦系数较小且保持不变,磨痕表面磨损轻微.在混合区,摩擦系数的变化因振幅的不同各存在两种情况.在振幅较小的混合区,磨斑边缘有磨屑堆积,中心以黏着为主.在振幅较大的混合区,磨痕表面以磨粒磨损为主. 相似文献
