非接触法自动测量薄膜厚度

根据白光等厚干涉原理,基于单片机改造的迈氏干涉仪用于自动测量透明薄膜厚度,采用非接触性测量法。当迈克尔逊干涉仪静镜形成的虚像与动镜相交所成的夹角很小时,在光屏上看到彩色干涉条纹,插入薄膜后,光程差改变,彩纹消失。步进电机带动微调手轮转动,当彩纹再次出现,即可得出透明薄膜厚度。     

A≈110质量区奇A核形状演化研究

应用E-GOS（E-Gamma Over Spin）曲线方法研究了A≈110质量区奇A核结构随角动量增加的演化, 发现随着角动量的增加原子核的激发特性从振动逐渐演化为转动。 The E-GOS（E-Gamma Over Spin）curves were used to investigate the structure evolution in the odd A nuclei around A≈110 as a function of spin. The result shows that there is a clear transition from vibration to rotation while increasing spin.     

The structure and the potential energy function of AlSO(C_S,X~2A″)

By using the B3P86/aug-cc-pvtz method,the accurate equilibrium geometry of the AlSO(CS,X2A″) molecule has been calculated and compared with available theoretical values.The obtained results show that the AlSO molecule has a most stable structure with bond lengths of R OAl = 0.1864 nm,R OS = 0.1623 nm,R AlS = 0.2450 nm,together with a dissociation energy of 13.88 eV.The possible electronic states and their reasonable dissociation limits for the ground state of the AlSO molecule were determined based on the principle of atomic and molecular reaction statics.The analytic potential energy function of the AlSO molecule was derived by the many-body expansion theory and the contour lines were constructed for the first time,which show the internal information of the AlSO molecule,including the equilibrium structure and stable point.The analysis demonstrates that the obtained potential energy function of AlSO is reasonable and successful and the present investigations provide important insights for further study on molecular reaction dynamics.     

功放线性化技术分析及前馈技术改进设计

分析了表示功率放大器线性的参数——三阶互调产生的机理,给出了几种最常用的提高功率放大器线性的方法,同时分析了这几种方法的优缺点,着重分析了传统的前馈技术所存在的问题,并给出了对传统前馈技术的改进方法。通过实验对比表明,该方法比传统的前馈技术有明显的改进。     

改进的屏蔽氢离子模型中量子修正△nl的推算

此文用等电子系列实验抛物线关系推算出了改进的屏蔽氢离子模型中量子修正△ｎｌ的值，从而提高了屏蔽氢离子模型计算离子能量的精度。     

Connecting orbits among Denjoy minimal sets for monotone twist map

In a Birkhoff region of instability for an exact area-preserving twist map, we construct some orbits connecting distinct Denjoy minimal sets. These sets correspond to the local, instead of global minimum of the Lagrangian action. In the earlier work, Mather constructed connecting orbits among Aubry-Mather sets and the global minimizer of the Lagrangian action.     

金激光等离子体带谱的精细结构分析

在自旋轨道劈裂阵(spin-orbit-split Array )模型下,计算得出激光金等离子体的Co-like、Ni-like、Cu-like、Zn-like 、Ga-like的5f-3d、5p-3d、5s-3p、4f-3d、4d-3p、4p-3d的波长和半宽度(FWHM),并与实验测得的光谱数据相比较,结果比较一致.
