K3[Cr3O(OOCH)6(H2O)3][α-GeW12O40]·17H2O 的合成、结构及特性研究

研究了多金属氧酸盐分子基化合物K3[Cr3O(OOCH)6(H2O)3][α-GeW12O40]·17H2O的合成、晶体结构及其结晶水可逆脱附和吸附性能.该化合物属于单斜晶系,C2/m空间群,α=2.738 3(6)nm,b=1.58 3 0(3)nm,c=1.730 4(4)nm,β=102.43(3)°,V=7.325(3)nm3,Z=4,R1(wR2)=0.067 8(0.171 9).该晶体具有孔道结构,孔道内的结晶水能够可逆的脱附和吸附,而晶体结构随之恢复,因此具有分子筛的特性.     

VO(PMBP)2·nL型加合物的合成和性质研究

本文合成了四个VO(PMBP)₂·nL型加合物,元素分析确定其组成为VO(PMBP)₂·2H₂O、VO(PMBP)₂·py、VO(PMBP)₂·β-MP·H₂O、VO(PMBP)₂·γ-MP,其中PMBP、py、β-MP、γ-MP分别为1-苯基-3-甲基-4-苯甲酰吡唑酮-5,吡啶,3-甲基吡啶、4-甲基吡啶.通过摩尔电导、差热热重分析、红外光谱、电子光谱、顺磁共振波谱等方法研究了加合物的性质.     

DECARBOXYLATION DURING THE FORMATION OF THE FLUORESCENT NAD DERIVATIVE OF D-GLYCERALDEHYDE-3-PHOSPHATE DEHYDROGENASE

During the formation of the fluorescent NAD derivative of rabbit muscle D-glyceral-dehydc-3-phosphate dehydrogenase modified with ~(14)C-1-iodoacetate by ultraviolet irradiation about 1/2 of the total radioactivity is removed as CO_2, when the fluorescent intensity has reached a maximum, With a weak light source, it can be shown that the formation of the fluorescent derivative precedes the decarboxylation. For the Bacillus stearothermophilus enzyme the formation of the fluorescent NAD derivative is an all-sites reaction and is accompanied by the removal of 4 CO_2 molecules showing conclusively that CO_2 has come from the subunits carrying the fluorophore.It is known that the yeast enzyme can be carboxymethylated either at 4, or under carefully controlled conditions, at 2 of the active site SH groups. Experiments with ~(14)C-labelled NAD~ show that both the tetrakis and his carboxymethylated enzymes form 2 molecules of the fluorescent NAD derivative. 三维网状的4-羧基苯氧乙酸锶(Ⅱ)配位聚合物[Sr2(4-CPOA)2(H2O)5]n的合成、结构与热稳定性研究

A novel coordination polymer of [Sr₂(4-CPOA)₂(H₂O)₅]_n (where 4-CPOA^2- is 4-carboxylphenoxyacetate) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, TG and single crystal X-ray diffraction. The title complex belongs to monoclinic system with space group C2/c, a=2.563 9(5) nm, b=1.162 7(2) nm, c=0.742 96(15) nm, β=99.64(3)°. V=2.183 5(7) nm³, Z=4, M_r=653.60, D_c=1.988 g·cm^-3, R=0.027 8, wR=0.058 1. The strontium atom has a bicapped triangular prismatic coordination geometry, involving four oxoacetate oxygen atoms, one ether oxygen atom from different 4-CPOA^2- ligands and three water molecules. The strontium(Ⅱ) ions are linked by 4-CPOA^2- ligands and water molecules to form a 3D network structure. CCDC: 223313.     

1,3,4,6-四-O-乙酰基-β-D-氨基葡萄糖的合成

分别用对甲氧基苯甲醛和苯甲醛保护D-氨基葡萄糖的氨基，再将羟基用乙酰基保护，以氯化氢脱去氨基上的保护基团，最后脱去氯化氢得到1，3，4，6-四-0-乙酰基-β-D-氨基葡萄糖。两种方法的总产率分别为59％和61％。道关键中间体3b未见报，其结构经^1H NMR表征。     

一维链状柔性羧酸镉配位聚合物[Cd(p-BDOA)·2H2O]n的合成、结构与性质研究(英)

A novel 1-D Cd(Ⅱ) coordination polymer, [Cd(p-BDOA)·2H₂O]_n(I) ( p-BDOA^2-=benzene-1,4-dioxyacetate dianion) has been synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis, IR, PL, TG and X-ray single crystal diffraction. The Crystal crystallizes in monoclinic system, the space group is C2/c, with the crystal cell parameters a=1.175 1(1) nm, b=0.551 0(1) nm, c=1.827 7(2) nm, β=96.14(2)°, and V=1.176 6(3) nm^3,, M_r=372.60, R=0.045 9, wR=0.127 9. The Cd(Ⅱ) ion has a trigonal prism coordination configuration that defined by four carboxyl O atoms from two different p-BDOA^2- ligands and two water molecules. Adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions are linked by carboxylate groups with the bidentate coordination mode, giving rise to a chain structure with the adjacent Cd…Cd distance of 1.526 3(5) nm. Furthermore, such chains are linked by hydrogen bonds to form supramolecular network. The results of PL and TG show that the complex exhibits intense fluorescent emissions and its chain skeleton is thermally stable up to 419 K. CCDC: 220443.

光电平台MEMS陀螺性能及滤波算法的Allan方差评价

光电稳定平台被广泛应用于火控、侦察、制导等武器系统中,具有提供重要的态势感知、监视、瞄准和搜跟能力。随着光电技术的发展,光电稳定平台变得更加精准和轻便小巧。MEMS陀螺具有体积小、重量轻、成本低、可靠性高、测量范围大的优点,使其已经成为小体积、低成本光电稳定平台的首选惯性传感器。但在光电稳定平台设计时,选用MEMS陀螺和陀螺滤波处理就成了首要的问题。本文首先介绍了基于Allan方差评价MEMS陀螺随机漂移误差的方法,描述了4种常用的陀螺滤波算法,然后基于Allan方差详细地分析了这几种滤波器的应用特性和滤波器参数对滤波性能的影响。可以看出,使用Allan方差可以很好地评估MEMS陀螺和滤波器性能,指导陀螺滤波器选型和滤波参数配置,该评估方法可有效地解决光电稳定平台设计阶段的陀螺选型和滤波器选型。     

中药化学复习指导在教学中的应用*

摘 要:《中药化学》课程是中药学类专业的专业课,涉及知识面广泛、体系庞杂、疑难点较多、学习难度较大。在现有教学模式下,学生被动接受知识,缺乏独立思考和自主钻研的精神,不能很好地培养学生自主学习能力和科研素养。为解决中药化学教学中存在的这一实际问题,在教学过程中采用引导学生进行复习的教学方法,让学生进行自主学习,从而建立中药化学知识体系,构建中药化学知识框架,提高学习效率,提升学生自主探索的钻研能力培养。
