多相催化反应原位红外系统及其应用

设计和建立了一套能耐高温的用于多相催化反应研究的原位红外系统，反应温度从室温到１１５０Ｋ，系统真空为１．０＊１０＾５－１．０－１０＾－４Ｐａ，红外光谱检测范围为４８００－２００ｃｍ＾－１。此系统扩展了原仪器的功能，提高了仪器利用率和效率。     

线型/圈型网络上单台车辆分群调度问题

本文研究线型/圈型网络上单台车辆分群调度问题。给定一个线型/圈型网络,若干客户分布其中。所有客户被划分成若干个子集,每个子集称为一个群。每个客户有一个释放时间和一个服务时间。给定一台车辆,其需要服务所有客户,且每个群内的客户连续服务。问题的要求是计算一个时间表,使得车辆能够按要求服务完所有客户并返回初始出发位置所花费的时间最少。针对该问题,就线型网络和圈型网络,分别给出一个7/4和一个13/7近似算法。     

改进的免疫粒子群算法在TDOA定位中的应用

针对无线传感器网络中的TDOA节点无源定位估计中的非线性优化问题,提出了一种改进的免疫粒子群优化(Immune Particle Swarm Optimization, IPSO)的TDOA定位算法。该算法在自适应粒子群算法的基础上,引入免疫过程,增加了粒子种群的多样性,平衡局部搜索能力和全局搜索能力,有效地解决粒子易陷入局部最优问题,更快收敛到全局最优解。仿真结果表明,提出的算法相比于标准粒子群算法、自适应粒子群算法、Chan算法,当基站数量仅为4～5个、半径达到100 m时定位精度仍然较高,当加入随机噪声时,性能更加稳定,鲁棒性较好。     

激光光散射研究丙烯酰胺-二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物的溶液行为

用激光光散射技术表征了阳离子含量受控的丙烯酰胺 二甲基二烯丙基氯化铵共聚物 (简称P(AM DMDAAC) )在 0 1mol LNaCl溶液中的基本参数和溶液行为 .表观基本参数 : Mw ,app =5 0 4× 10 5g·mol- 1 、app =39 9nm和A2 ,APP =1 5× 10 - 4cm3·mol·g- 2 .动态光散射研究结果表明 ,扩散系数Dt 与角度、浓度皆呈非线性依赖关系 ,当C >C 或在较大的散射角域 ,Dt 偏离线性关系所预示的理论值而向减小的方向发展 ,表明存在缔合物 ;流体力学半径Rh 分布有大、小两个范围 ,并随温度升高向小尺寸方向发展 ,证明了体系中存在缔合行为以及升温的解缔合作用 .在一定条件下 ,“亚稳定性”的存在有力地旁证了体系的缔合行为     

CYTOPLASMIC EFFECT ON GENE FUNCTION IN Xenopus laevis

The pigmentation gene of Xenopus laevis is dominant and that of albino a~p mutant recessive. Hete-rologous haploid hybrids are produced by UV inactivation of the egg nuclei during second polar body for-mation in the mutant sperm-fertilized Xenopus eggs. During development of these hybrids, melanin ap-peared in the eye and melanophores in the skin at stages comparable to those of the wild type, but muchearlier than in the albino mutant. The number and intensity of pigment cells are interinediate betweenthe black Xenopus and albino mutant. While a number of pigment cells remain in the hybrids, thosein the albino eventually degenerate. Therefore, the development and maintenance of pigmentation in hete-rologous hybrids are contributed by Xenopus cytoplasm. Tadpole tail-tips were squashed and stained for chromosome counting. The results show thatXenopus and mutants are diploid (36 chromosomes) and heterologous haploid hybrids have 18 chromosomes.     

合成重要中间体1,4位官能化化合物的简便方法

5,6-取代环烯醚2在乙腈的单重态氧反应有效的生成一系列1,4位官能化化合物3。1,4位官能化化合物为合成上重要的中间体。环烯醚2可以通过β-二酰基化合物1和1,3-二溴丙烷在稀碱(碳酸钾/丙酮)条件下缩合生成。     

流动注射分光光度法测定水体总磷

提出了一种单通道紫外消解流动注射比色分析法，能快速测定水样中总磷。实验采用了微量恒流混合泵、新型的细长型高灵敏度流通池及紫外消解器、液流分配阀、恒流瓶等FIA装置，并使用工业编程控制器和智能触摸屏进行控制和计算，使操作更为方便。此法分析时间短，测量范围宽，精度高，适合于各种水体的测定。     

A MATHEMATICAL STUDY OF THE SEVEN GRAPTOLITE BIOZONES OF THE LOWER SILURIAN LONGMAXIAN STAGE IN CHINA

With the aid of matrix theory and computer a series of data can be obtained such as the total number of localities in which r species of graptolites appears, the common number of localities in which both i and j species of graptolites appear, the total number of species of graptolites in one locality, the common number of species of graptolites found in both i and j localities, the total number of zones in which r species of graptolites appears, the common number of zones in which both i and j species appear, the total number of species of graptolites found in one zone, the common number of species of graptolites found in both i and j zones. Based on these data a common problem in biostratigraphy may be solved, that is, in the absence of the zonal graptolite which species of graptolites can be chosen to replace the zonal graptolite, or how to detect the zonal graptolite of a graptolite biozone. The result of matrix treatment not only detects the graptolite biozone but is useful to infer the paleo-biogeo     

人工光合作用反应中心的研究进展

本文对几种人工光合作用反应中心系统,做一个简单的综述,其中包括叶绿素和细菌叶绿素二聚体,卟啉二聚体,卟啉-苯醌共价键络合物以及其他合成中心。     

麦饭石对香烟诱发蚕豆根尖细胞微核的抑制作用

研究了中华麦饭石浸液对香烟烟雾水溶物引起的蚕豆根尖细胞微核率的影响。结果表明，中华麦饭石浸液能显著降低由香烟烟雾水溶物引起的微核率，可能具有减轻由吸烟引起遗传损伤的作用。此外对上述结果的意义进行了讨论。
